**SOLUTION EXPERT, SUPPLY CHAIN
What are we looking for?
Main Assignments**
The Solution Expert's mission is to manage the consistency between the business practices & processes for his/her domain and the underlying IT solutions. The Solution Expert assesses any new business needs requiring IT solution development and evolution, manages the realization of the functional requirements and validates the requested development, before user acceptance. This person is an expert within the Supply Chain business areas (Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing and Distribution) and works closely with the business owners to assist in business technology strategic development, solution discovery, and service management. This person serves as the functional point of contact for the Supply Chain business area and is the link to the various IT resources needed for successful implementation of business needs.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
■ Collaborate with each business line in the definition of business requirements and ensure scope of work and business cases are clearly defined within their projects.
■ Assists the business users and the technical support team in application support for critical issues.
■ Acts as the liaison between business users, PMO, and IT technical teams.
■ Ensure that IT resources (people, costs, systems, hardware) are aligned with business needs.
■ Create shared vision of their respective solutions and facilitate decision making and arbitration relating to trade-offs both within and between different solution platforms
■ Drive IT innovation, best practices, and cost efficiencies to improve the financial and operational performance of the business operations
■ Documents the functional designs for all enhancements and projects.
■ Works with the technical teams in the execution and design of application enhancements and digital projects.
■ Prioritize and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate IT personnel as needed
■ Assists in the execution of the Digital and IT roadmap.
■ Process improvement: Works with his/her team as well as with cross-functional teams to continuously improve work processes. Continuously analyze the functioning of the activity, identifies causes of dysfunctions and proposes corrective measures accordingly.
■ Maintains an excellent relationship with key business stakeholders.
■ Assist the users (customers) in acceptance testing, developing procedures, and updating documentation.
■ Empower all users by creating a community of practice.
Requirements
Education, Training or Certification Requirements:
■ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related discipline
■ 8+ years experience in two of the three areas: Business/Operations, IT, or Project Management.
■ Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Asset Management and Manufacturing processes and applications.
■ Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems

What will you be doing?
- Own and be accountable for delivery of the Global Infrastructure Plan.

- Be a Technical Lead and advisor on all Merger & Acquisition technology projects.
- Project plan, develop and implement technical solutions for all infrastructure services with a one solution integrated architecture approach.
- Ensure technology risks are identified, communicated and that any mitigation is actioned to ensure solution meets requirements.

What are we looking for?
Ideally, You Will Be An Experienced IT Architect With a Background Of Working On Similar Infrastructure Projects. More Specifically, We Are Looking For The Following
- Educated to degree level in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (completed or working towards) or other equivalent certification for another cloud solution architecture with one of the leading CSPs.
- Experience with merger and acquisitions and the technology response required or equivalent demonstrable experience of complex infrastructure design and implementation.
- Experienced in building and applying cloud architecture frameworks to infrastructure.
- Expertise in global on-premises or cloud networking and security device management and configuration including, but not limited to, telephony, LAN/WAN (MPLS, SDWAN, etc) firewall management, etc.
- Expert level technical experience in the build, configuration and management of on-premises infrastructure.
- Expert level technical experience in Azure Cloud, through design, implementation, and ongoing management.
- A strong understanding of Data Management principles and Azure storage solutions.
- Strong experience in various software design principles, languages, and architecture models.
- Fluent in English.

Responsibilities- Very good communication and interpersonal relation skills in an international environment

**What you'll need (required):**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Natural Sciences & Mathematics or a related discipline
- 10 years of experience in IT Required
- Preferred 2 years of experience demonstrably solid performance in an architect role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations
- Preferred 2 years of relevant industry experience (e.g. medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments Preferred

The Architect establishes and maintains enterprise and/or domain-level architecture through planning, design, execution, and operation. SummaryThe Release Manager role will be responsible for deploying builds across the environment, on-boarding new environment, handling transversal projects and creating release management related documents and sharing release plans with the stakeholders.
- Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
- Facilitate release activities across all releases, ensuring quality and timely deployments across environments.
- Maintain the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.
- Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates.
- Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
- Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews with stakeholders.
- Produce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans.
- Participate in CAB meetings to present Production changes (RFCs).
- Lead and coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.
- Weekly Release Reporting with Program release manager.
- Own and continually improve the release process by documenting release issues and developing plans to improve processes, able to recommend continuous improvements (e.g., automation).
