Missão Do Cargo
Como Supervisor de manutenção eletromecânica sua missão será liderar e coordenar as atividades da área de manutenção e da planta industrial, garantindo a alta disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos equipamentos. Atuar de forma estratégica e operacional, promovendo a execução eficaz dos planos de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva, com foco em segurança, produtividade, e controle de custos.
Pré-requisitos Para Vaga
- Sistemas hidráulicos, pneumáticos, motores, inversores, CLPs, NR-10, NR-12, TPM.
- Gestão de ativos, SAP PM, ferramentas de análise de falha e melhoria contínua (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Certificações em TPM, RCM ou PCM.
- Experiência com metodologias World Class Manufacturing (WCM) ou Manutenção Centrada na Confiabilidade.
- Inglês técnico.
- Liderança de equipe técnica, pensamento analítico, foco em resultados, comunicação assertiva e tomada de decisão sob pressão
- Experiência como Supervisor de Manutenção em indústrias com equipamentos Tetra Pak.

What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?- Analyze employee productivity by task, identify performance gaps, and benchmark against industry standards
- Manage the Master Plan across tasks, processes, units, and simulate future production volumes and extra capacity needs
- Oversee video-based work measurement and methodology; identify best practices, manage improvement projects, and maintain a video library of activities
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to explore and implement innovative solutions
- Drive process improvements and CAPEX initiatives focused on profitability, while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and cost objectives
- Support factories in managing productivity, headcount, volume planning, vacation schedules, and absenteeism in line with master plans
- Manage Chrono Analysis Matrix, process flows/scripts, new SKU integration, employee allocation, and UEP/Kg variance analysis
- Validate nominal production capacities data entered into Otimix
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial processes, preferably in the food industry
- Understanding of lean manufacturing, routine management tools (SDCA) and improvement projects (PDCA)
- Previous experience with production planning, chrono analysis, efficiency and headcount optimization, cost control, and operational excellence
- Knowledge of ‘Assembly Line Balancing’ with a flow-oriented production strategy to improve productivity
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
- Based in Bandırma or willing to relocate
- Strong work ethic, proactivity and commitment to excellence

- Karat Gold Expertise:Strong experience working with different grades of karat gold (10K, 14K, 18K, 22K) and understanding of their properties.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in the use of jewelry production machinery, including soldering irons, grinders, and clipping tools.
