Seu time:
Você fará parte do time de Pesquisa e Arquitetura da Senior, liderando o time de pesquisa aplicada e inteligência artificial do SeniorLabs, uma equipe de 12 (doze) pessoas. A squad possui pessoas multidisciplinares que atuam como desenvolvedores e cientistas de dados.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Software Development Team Lead who can drive the architectural vision, guide a multidisciplinary team, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will lead a squad of engineers, collaborate closely with product owners, and apply best practices to build scalable, high-performing applications that meet complex technical and business requirements.
Your focus will be on delivering robust solutions, mentoring team members, and maintaining a strong engineering culture. You will contribute hands-on to development tasks: back-end microservices in Java and Kotlin, Angular front-end, containerized deployments - while continuously improving systems design, code quality, and team efficiency.
About the Auxiliary Squad:
The team is responsible for the Scenario service - our core no-code platform that empowers customers to create sophisticated processing pipelines for phone calls, emails, and SMS messages using intuitive block-based programming. Our users construct complex, highly customizable scenarios that enable automated and efficient communication workflows. These scenarios often involve extensive logic and functionality, running asynchronously to provide maximum flexibility and performance.
Additionally, the team manages critical internal infrastructure services such as Authentication , API Gateway , and API Proxy . These components require exceptional stability, scalability, and efficiency, as they form the backbone of secure and reliable communication between services.

What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years in software development within product-focused companies, with at least 5+ years working extensively in Java or Kotlin .
- 3+ years in a people management role.
- Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Experience with Spring Boot Framework .
- Experience in designing and implementing effective distributed systems.
- Ability to make architectural decisions and evaluate their impact on system performance, scalability, and reliability.

The Manufacturing Team Leader will manage and lead a team of employees by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team. They will motivate team members, assess performance and provide help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
In addition, the Team Leader will be working hands-on alongside the team to complete assigned daily production goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with Shift Supervisor/ Manager at the start of each shift to establish clear expectations for work to be completed during the shift and reports out at the end of each shift to summarize status of work actually completed.
- Plans project activity for the shift, and assigns team members appropriate tasks.
- Participates in the assembly and fabrication of mechanical parts, pieces, or products accurately and with proper procedures in a timely manner, using a variety or tools and equipment according to required specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in customized manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of all types of hand tools, fabricating equipment, measuring devices.
- Participates in Installations at customer sites.
- Oversees Team Members during the shift to assure compliance with all safety policies, quality practices & productivity expectations applicable to the work being performed.
- Provides real-time guidance to Team Members to address any issues affecting completion of planned work assignments (technical, procedural, material-related, etc.).
- Immediately addresses any employee behavioral issues that conflict with company policy or may be counter-productive to established goals for the shift.
- Reports project needs, material requirements, and any planning & scheduling issues that are affecting planned work activities to Supervisor/Manager to assure manpower resources can be utilized in the most effective and efficient manner.
- Maintains and promotes communication with and among team members to ensure common understanding of purpose, methods and progress toward committed goals.
- Interacts as necessary with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other Team Leads to obtain/provide information necessary to resolve problems and progress work.
- Participates in Team Leader/Shop Floor meetings, project meetings, design reviews, or other similar meetings as may be required to share important information.
- Provides performance review input and participates in interviewing new hire candidates.
- Supports employee training activities to help assure accurate understanding of technical requirements, as well as productivity expectations of the job.
- Reviews and approves team member paid time off request forms, and forwards them to the Payroll Timekeeping Specialist.
- Implement Continuous and Lean Manufacturing improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and reduce costs.
- Execute other tasks as assigned.
- Ability to travel when required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years direct leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read tape measure and perform simple mathematical equations.
- Proficient with the use of hand tools and basic fabrication tools.
- Production Planning and scheduling capability/experience.
- Self-Directed Work Style and Results-oriented attitude.
- Self-Disciplined and able to work with minimal oversight.
- Sets clear expectations for performance and leads by example.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate and able to direct team members in the use shop floor data system.
- Able to interpret technical drawings (Blueprints, P&ID’s, Electrical Schematics).
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs./ 23 kilograms.
- Typical work is in a manufacturing environment or customer’s site.
- Required to stand for long periods of time and may involve heavy manual labor.
- You will need to be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, and carry items.
- Awareness of and prior experience with implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) a plus.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
- Exposure to loud noises.

DESCRIÇÃO DAS ATIVIDADES:
- Gerenciar a equipe, incluindo seleção, capacitação, avaliação de desempenho, planejamento de férias e controle de ponto. Garantir a documentação e atualização dos processos de gestão de pessoas. Supervisionar os acessos e permissões da equipe. Controlar acessos de novos e desligados nas ferramentas da área;
- Planejar e gerir as tarefas do time através do software de gestão de tarefas utilizado (no momento usamos o ClickUp, Notion) e reuniões diárias;
- Realizar o alinhamento com todos os setores da empresa das entregas do time de produto, alinhado às demandas e expectativas com os stakeholders internos;
- Analisar dados de performance do produto, acompanhando índices da empresa e do mercado, a fim de obter melhor direcionamento de produto;
- Acompanhar o processo de discovery e validação com usuários (entrevistas, protótipos, testes A/B etc.) de novos produtos e soluções alinhadas com os objetivos estratégicos da empresa;
- Planejar as iniciativas do time de produto, de acordo com os objetivos estratégicos da empresa, oportunidades de mercado, feedbacks de usuários e dados de performance do produto;
- Promover discussões estratégicas e expor visão de produto para áreas correlacionadas, como Marketing, Produto (arte), Sucesso do Cliente (CS), Produção;
- Acompanhar as entregas técnicas do time de desenvolvimento, fomentando a cultura ágil, melhoria contínua e importância da documentação das iniciativas;
- Acompanhar processos em demandas internas e externas da área de produto, direcionando os colaboradores do time e apoiando as decisões estratégicas;

- Projetar e implementar soluções eficientes e sustentáveis, garantindo as melhores práticas em desenvolvimento de software.

Requisitos
- Mais de 5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software em Java.
- Mais de 2 anos de experiência em liderança de engenharia.
- Bom entendimento de arquitetura de sistemas, serviços em nuvem (AWS) e infraestrutura escalável.
- Experiência com testes unitários, de integração e e2e (desenvolvimento orientado a testes é um diferencial).
- Proficiência em APIs REST, tanto na implementação quanto no consumo de interfaces.
- Experiência sólida com bancos de dados relacionais, fluxos de CI/CD, Git, Docker e Kubernetes.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação (fluente em inglês, tanto escrito quanto falado), com um perfil autônomo e motivado.

We are actively seeking a Command Center Team Lead (SAP) . This position that is based in our São Paulo office, Brazil.
Position Summary
The role of the Team Lead, Command Center is to provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical applications as part of our global Application Managed Services support team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple application modules for our global clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of applications functionality and develop an action plan to resolve issues, either directly or through promotion to AMS L2/L3 or L4 support.
- Replicate reported issues as needed for troubleshooting
- Provide new or modified application configuration to resolve incidents
- Advise junior coworkers on application functionality and capabilities
- Recommend changes to training based on incident volumes and trends
- Identify opportunities of process improvements and automation
- Thoroughly document change requests, test results, and approvals
- Be a pro-active contributor to a support organization which is running 24x7x365, this will require the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays and monitoring email regularly outside standard business hours
- Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to extend field experience to different client situations
- Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client experience
- Identify, manage, and resolve complex risks and issues, preventing escalations wherever possible
- Coordinate with manager and team for daily tasks
- Ensure team is rightly staffed to support operations
Experience
- Minimum of 5-6 years relevant hands-on experience as a consultant or production support provider, based on the tool that will work for.
Qualifications and Skills
- A track record of successful roles in several implementation or upgrade projects, or as a production support provider
- Deep working knowledge and understanding of support business processes
- Broad expertise in applications (SAP , Oracle, Microsoft, …)
- A blend of functional and technical development skills, with deep understanding of the business processes supported by the PeopleSoft application as well as experience developing custom solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tactfully resolve conflict
- Ability to be persuasive and influence customer relationships in a positive direction
- Ability to multitask, managing competing priorities and administrative tasks
- Exposure on ServiceNow application
- Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment.
- Able to act as a mentor for the team
- Strong capability to read, write, and speak English
- Exceptional ability to maintain strong peer relationships, gaining trust and confidence from all levels within the organization
- Well-developed presentation and communication skills

About The Role
Street Diligence Inc. is seeking a dynamic Software Engineering Team Lead to drive the development of high-quality software solutions. What You'll Do
