ADVISORS & CONSULTING SERVICES
Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.
The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Marketing consultants lead the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for clients. They use customer data to provide deep direct marketing expertise across channels, evaluating campaign results and adapting the approach to optimize marketing performance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Impact
- Deliver exceptional digital marketing initiatives guided by data analytics, ensuring measurable business impact
- Take charge of client projects, collaborating to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns
- Lead the creation and end-to-end execution of Marketing Services projects focusing on financial performance and impact
- Implement data-driven digital marketing solutions, including campaigns, marketing automation, and lifecycle management initiatives
- Ensure operational project execution within agreed milestones and budget
- Manage creative development and media planning, meeting high-quality standards aligned with client needs
- Assess, recommend and improve the performance of client's marketing activities by using data insights and data visualization tools

  • Experience in Cyber Risk Assessment, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Sales & Strategy are highly desirable

**Responsibilities**
**Responsabilidades**
+ Apoiar os clientes do Setor privado na jornada da transformação digital utilizando tecnologias em nuvem e criando referências relevantes para a Oracle e cases de implementação;
+ Trabalhar na geração, desenvolvimento e fechamento de novos projetos de implementação;
+ Estabelecer relacionamento sólido com os clientes (incluindo seus C-Levels), focando na satisfação e consequentemente na execução dos projetos e na renovação de contratos;
+ Desenvolver e executar um plano contínuo de geração de novos negócios, estabelecendo estratégias de curto, médio e longo prazo;
+ Ser o ponto focal entre cliente e equipes internas da Oracle, coordenando e trabalhando com os times relevantes (Vendas de SaaS, Educação, Delivery, Arquitetura, Pré-Vendas, Legal e Suporte), para estabelecer uma experiência positiva e elevar o índice de satisfação do cliente;
+ Realizar cadências e trabalhar na previsão de novos projetos utilizando as ferramentas internas da Oracle em sua plenitude, aderindo aos nossos processos de governança e melhores práticas de negócios;
+ Engajar e atuar junto ao time de Delivery na qualificação e fechamento de vendas.
**Requisitos e habilidades necessárias**
+ Experiência em vendas de projetos de implementação de soluções **Tech Cloud** (Database, OCI, MultiCloud, Security, AI, Critical Mission)
+ Experiência com relacionamento com o cliente;
+ Conhecimento de processo de desenvolvimento de negócios e vendas;
+ Inglês avançado;
+ Espanhol desejável.
**Requisitos e habilidades desejáveis**
+ Conhecimento de estratégias e metodologias de implementação;
+ Perfil Hunter com sólida experiencia em desenvolvimento de negócios e vendas;
+ Conhecimento de tecnologias disruptivas.
