About The Position
As a Technical Integration Specialist, you'll be helping our customers improve the search experiences of their websites and mobile apps by integrating with our services. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with customers to understand their technical integration needs and goals
- Providing expert education and assistance on integrating with our APIs and utilizing our open source libraries
- Assisting customers in troubleshooting integration issues and resolving technical challenges alongside Customer Success
- Acting as a liaison between customers and other technical resources to ensure a smooth integration process
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing clear and concise explanations - assisting in monitoring customer integration health
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer questions

Position Overview
This is a key role in the Network Engineering and delivery team, responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a range of projects including complex systems integrations across telecoms networks and IT systems in multiple geographical locations and technical environments. This will require working with both internal and external teams to understand business strategy, business requirements and the delivery of solutions according to business priorities and to time, cost and quality. This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil. - Work with project teams (including vendors) and programme managers to define & agree scope and deliver the design, build and transformation of aggressive parallel deliveries across telecoms networks and IT systems, covering all features of the project both business and technology related.
- Be business' representative and act on their authority and behalf to ensure delivery of appropriate business outcomes.
- Work across the business to ensure the right level of engagement from project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment across all teams driving towards continuous integration rather than delivering individual work streams in parallel.
- Manage regular and consistent project planning sessions, meetings, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to existing Project management processes and controls.
- Pro-actively manage risks, issues corrections and escalations to ensure delivery remains on track to time, cost and quality.
- Ensure that all project dependencies are identified, communicated and proactively managed.

Requirements
Must Have
- Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in project management role experience, covering the end-to-end project life cycle, ideally with a Telecoms, IT service or consulting company.
- A background in mobile telecoms or the wider Telco industry sector is essential.
- Previous experience in large telecom projects in Mobile Network Operators or Mobile Virtual Network Operators.
- A track record in the delivery of Telecom integration projects, with high complexity, with multiple third-party suppliers.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Managing complex resources and multiple teams in a matrix structure.
- Management and delivery of concurrent projects that vary in scale and complexity.
- Driven, energetic, robust and able to work independently without supervision.
- Must be proactive, hands-on and be able to work independently.
- Commercially oriented and able to manage relationships at a senior level.
- Demonstrable experience in project management methodologies.
- English and Portuguese proficiency mandatory, other languages are a plus.

Como Senior Master Data Integration & Interoperability Specialist , você será responsável pelo design técnico e implementação dos fluxos de integração e serviços de dados em todo o nosso ecossistema de MDM. Seu foco será viabilizar uma interoperabilidade escalável, segura e eficiente entre SAP MDG, SAP ERP systems, Big Data & Analytics.
- Liderar o design e a implementação de padrões de integração corporativa, federação de dados e virtualização de dados em cenários de MDM.
- Liderar o desenvolvimento de estratégias orientadas a eventos para replicação, publicação e consumo de dados.
- Garantir data interoperability across SAP, non-SAP, Big Data, and Analytics systems em um ambiente de nuvem híbrida.
- Colaborar com as equipes de arquitetura para definir modelos canônicos e fluxos corporativos de dados.
- Otimizar o desempenho, a consistência e a confiabilidade dos dados em todo o cenário de integração de MDM.
- Contribuir para iniciativas de inovação envolvendo SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Integration Suite e Databricks.
- Experiência consistente em integração de dados, com sólido entendimento de orquestração de processos.
- Conhecimento técnico aprofundado em métodos de integração SAP, APIs e arquiteturas baseadas em eventos.
- Experiência na construção de pipelines de dados escaláveis, seguros e de fácil manutenção.
- Familiaridade com modelagem canônica, gerenciamento de metadados e contratos de dados.
- Capacidade comprovada de atuar de forma colaborativa com arquitetos, desenvolvedores e times de negócio.
- Conhecimento em modelos ágeis de entrega e práticas DevOps.
- Fluência em inglês.
- Desejável: conhecimento em abordagens modernas como data mesh ou data product thinking.

Summary Of Position And ObjectivesThe Release Manager role will be responsible for deploying builds across the environment, onboarding new environments, handling transversal projects, and creating release management documents. The role includes sharing release plans with stakeholders, managing risks, resolving issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality, and facilitating release activities to ensure quality and timely deployments across environments.

RequisitosQualifications and Experience Required:
- English language proficiency (speaking, writing, presenting) is mandatory.
- Understanding of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration (CD/CI) pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment, preferably Azure, and Agile practices.
- Experience with deployment tools like Octopus.
- Knowledge of MS Project and Excel macros.
- Experience in document management for audit compliance is an advantage.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant release and deployment management experience.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership and analytical skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects.

The Architect establishes and maintains enterprise and/or domain-level architecture through planning, design, execution, and operation. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead our ServiceNow platform. This role will provide technical leadership, own and enforce technical governance to ensure adherence to best practices, collaborate with a dynamic team, engage with stakeholders, and oversee program management to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow solutions.
How you'll make an impact:
- Provide SNOW expert knowledge in Platform Strategy & Architecture, Governance Framework & Policy Enforcement, Solution Design & Quality Assurance, Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement, Platform Performance, Security & Risk Management
- Translate business requirements into system qualities that lead to repeatable and executable design strategies and patterns for tactical projects / initiatives in collaboration with project teams
- Identify and define the opportunities for integration, selecting the tools, specifying the shared data & code resources, defining the interfaces and data-flows, and monitoring the success of the integration for tactical projects / initiatives
- Develop, institute, and maintain the IT design methodology, development process methodology, technology standards, and best practices.
- Provide oversight to ensure compliance with architectural standards and practices through all aspects of planning, execution, and operation.
- Lead the evaluation of new technology targeted for possible integration into the existing IT environment.
- Develop, institute, and maintain the design and metadata repository for integrating all aspects of established architectural models.
- Survey external emerging developments, and evangelize new technologies, standards and methodologies.
- Provide expert guidance on tactical projects/initiatives
- Provide training, coaching and knowledge transfer to team members on more complex tasks
- General and administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Natural Sciences & Mathematics or a related discipline
- 10 years of experience in IT Required
- Preferred 2 years of experience demonstrably solid performance in an architect role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations
- Preferred 2 years of relevant industry experience (e.g. medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments Preferred
- Proficient in English
- ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Architect, ServiceNow Application Developer, Implementation Specialist)
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives and communicate to various levels of audience or to explain complex or technical matters in a manner suitable for non-technical audiences
- Recognized as an expert in own area within the organization
- Expert knowledge in at least discipline (e.g. Analysis, Design, Development, QA/QC, etc.)
- Broad and deep technical knowledge – expertise in multiple aspects including hardware, software, applications, and systems engineering and QA/testing
- Expert in developing detailed architecture models, design, executable plans and documentation
- Expertise in conducting RFPs, vendor assessments, and contract reviews
- Knowledge of financial modeling and planning as it pertains to IT investment
- Knowledge of best practices related to IT governance, operations, and administration
