The Supply Chain Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing Amazon Brazil's transportation network, while integrating broader supply chain planning aspects.

In this role you will

  • Develop and maintain advanced network optimization models to enhance transportation efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery speed across the supply chain.
  • Evaluate and refine existing optimization models, ensuring they accurately reflect current operational constraints, business objectives, and end-to-end supply chain impact.
  • Design and implement scalable processes for middle-mile (MM) lane planning, integrating with broader supply chain metrics such as cost, speed, and inventory placement.
  • Ensure alignment between operational planning (OP) cycles, guidance, and overall network strategy, including FC capacity, speed plans, and inventory positioning.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across finance, transportation, and network strategy teams to communicate short, mid, and long-term supply chain plans effectively.
  • Support central teams in developing comprehensive supply chain planning chapters for strategic documents and planning cycles.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the finance structure to validate numbers upfront and minimize rework.
  • Create and document overall processes, identify key stakeholders, map data flows, and determine required inputs and expected outputs across the supply chain network.
  • Lead initiatives to scale planning operations, reduce manual workload, and integrate benchmark tools and automation with the SC optimization team.
  • Continuously analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks in the network.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain planning, a strong background in data analysis and modeling, and the ability to translate complex analytical insights into actionable strategies. They should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and levels of the organization.

Key job responsibilities

Planning & Modeling

  • Lead network optimization modeling to enhance transportation efficiency and cost;
  • Drive strategic supply chain initiatives for network design improvements;
  • Develop and evaluate optimization models using SCG;
  • Design scalable processes for middle-mile (MM) lane planning.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner with finance, transportation, and network strategy teams;
  • Support central team with strategic planning documentation;
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across organization;
  • Validate financial impact of network decisions.

Process & Analytics

  • Create standard operating procedures for planning processes;
  • Drive automation initiatives to increase analytical capabilities;
  • Analyze network data for optimization opportunities;
  • Implement benchmark tools and best practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Descrição Das Atividades

  • Prestar suporte geral ao time do SRMT
  • Auxílio na extração dos alertas capacitários e gerar os indicadores
  • Auxílio na extração de bases do ASN e manutenção do dashboard do Brasil, Argentina
  • Auxílio na extração de relatórios da taxa de serviço e adicionar na base das taxas
  • Suporte no desenvolvimento novas automações para maior eficiência de atividades
  • Suporte na manutenção do Sharepoint dos fornecedores
  • Acompanhamento na atualização dos indicadores industriais, logísticos e comerciais
  • Auxílio na elaboração e sintetizar apresentações para a gerência e direção
  • Auxiliar na organização de documentos

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Formação: Engenharia da produção, Engenharia automotiva, Engenharia de Software, Logística, Administração ou Áreas Relacionadas;
  • Conhecimentos técnicos: Pacote Office

The opportunity
  • Drive your future success in end-to-end supply chain by learning from industry experts in sustainability, procurement, quality, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and engineering.
  • Work at the center of it all, building your international acumen by connecting with our Business Units and Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.
  • Gain practical experience in supply chain excellence through challenging tasks, projects, and trainings in an international environment.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Academic achievement: Strong technical academic background; Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
  • Language: Proficiency in business English and local language.
  • Experience and passion: Up to 1-2 years in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments.
  • Global mobility and adaptability: Willingness to undertake international projects and relocations; ability to adapt to different cultures.
  • Proactive learners: Enjoy mastering complex concepts and applying them practically.
  • Creative problem solvers: Think outside the box to find solutions.
  • Diversity & inclusion: Respect diverse perspectives and work inclusively.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills and appreciation for diverse ideas.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Program Details

This 18-month program includes three rotations in different countries and supply chain areas, designed to develop your personal and professional skills. You will spend six months at your home location, then rotate to international plants and locations. Each rotation begins with a Skills Development Academy week, focusing on job-specific and personal development training.
