Position Summary

The Manufacturing Team Leader will manage and lead a team of employees by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team. They will motivate team members, assess performance and provide help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.

In addition, the Team Leader will be working hands-on alongside the team to complete assigned daily production goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with Shift Supervisor/ Manager at the start of each shift to establish clear expectations for work to be completed during the shift and reports out at the end of each shift to summarize status of work actually completed.
  • Plans project activity for the shift, and assigns team members appropriate tasks.
  • Participates in the assembly and fabrication of mechanical parts, pieces, or products accurately and with proper procedures in a timely manner, using a variety or tools and equipment according to required specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in customized manufacturing process.
  • Knowledge of all types of hand tools, fabricating equipment, measuring devices.
  • Participates in Installations at customer sites.
  • Oversees Team Members during the shift to assure compliance with all safety policies, quality practices & productivity expectations applicable to the work being performed.
  • Provides real-time guidance to Team Members to address any issues affecting completion of planned work assignments (technical, procedural, material-related, etc.).
  • Immediately addresses any employee behavioral issues that conflict with company policy or may be counter-productive to established goals for the shift.
  • Reports project needs, material requirements, and any planning & scheduling issues that are affecting planned work activities to Supervisor/Manager to assure manpower resources can be utilized in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Maintains and promotes communication with and among team members to ensure common understanding of purpose, methods and progress toward committed goals.
  • Interacts as necessary with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other Team Leads to obtain/provide information necessary to resolve problems and progress work.
  • Participates in Team Leader/Shop Floor meetings, project meetings, design reviews, or other similar meetings as may be required to share important information.
  • Provides performance review input and participates in interviewing new hire candidates.
  • Supports employee training activities to help assure accurate understanding of technical requirements, as well as productivity expectations of the job.
  • Reviews and approves team member paid time off request forms, and forwards them to the Payroll Timekeeping Specialist.
  • Implement Continuous and Lean Manufacturing improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and reduce costs.
  • Execute other tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to travel when required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years direct leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read tape measure and perform simple mathematical equations.
  • Proficient with the use of hand tools and basic fabrication tools.
  • Production Planning and scheduling capability/experience.
  • Self-Directed Work Style and Results-oriented attitude.
  • Self-Disciplined and able to work with minimal oversight.
  • Sets clear expectations for performance and leads by example.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate and able to direct team members in the use shop floor data system.
  • Able to interpret technical drawings (Blueprints, P&ID’s, Electrical Schematics).
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs./ 23 kilograms.
  • Typical work is in a manufacturing environment or customer’s site.
  • Required to stand for long periods of time and may involve heavy manual labor.
  • You will need to be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, and carry items.
  • Awareness of and prior experience with implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) a plus.
  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Exposure to loud noises.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment.

  • Gerenciar a equipe, incluindo seleção, capacitação, avaliação de desempenho, planejamento de férias e controle de ponto. Garantir a documentação e atualização dos processos de gestão de pessoas. Supervisionar os acessos e permissões da equipe. Controlar acessos de novos e desligados nas ferramentas da área;

    • Acompanhar o processo de discovery e validação com usuários (entrevistas, protótipos, testes A/B etc.) de novos produtos e soluções alinhadas com os objetivos estratégicos da empresa;
    • Planejar as iniciativas do time de produto, de acordo com os objetivos estratégicos da empresa, oportunidades de mercado, feedbacks de usuários e dados de performance do produto;
    • Promover discussões estratégicas e expor visão de produto para áreas correlacionadas, como Marketing, Produto (arte), Sucesso do Cliente (CS), Produção;
    • Acompanhar as entregas técnicas do time de desenvolvimento, fomentando a cultura ágil, melhoria contínua e importância da documentação das iniciativas;

We are actively seeking a Command Center Team Lead (SAP) . This position that is based in our São Paulo office, Brazil.

Position Summary

The role of the Team Lead, Command Center is to provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical applications as part of our global Application Managed Services support team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple application modules for our global clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of applications functionality and develop an action plan to resolve issues, either directly or through promotion to AMS L2/L3 or L4 support.
  • Replicate reported issues as needed for troubleshooting
  • Provide new or modified application configuration to resolve incidents
  • Advise junior coworkers on application functionality and capabilities
  • Recommend changes to training based on incident volumes and trends
  • Identify opportunities of process improvements and automation
  • Thoroughly document change requests, test results, and approvals
  • Be a pro-active contributor to a support organization which is running 24x7x365, this will require the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays and monitoring email regularly outside standard business hours
  • Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to extend field experience to different client situations
  • Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client experience
  • Identify, manage, and resolve complex risks and issues, preventing escalations wherever possible
  • Coordinate with manager and team for daily tasks
  • Ensure team is rightly staffed to support operations

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-6 years relevant hands-on experience as a consultant or production support provider, based on the tool that will work for.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A track record of successful roles in several implementation or upgrade projects, or as a production support provider
  • Deep working knowledge and understanding of support business processes
  • Broad expertise in applications (SAP , Oracle, Microsoft, …)
  • A blend of functional and technical development skills, with deep understanding of the business processes supported by the PeopleSoft application as well as experience developing custom solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tactfully resolve conflict
  • Ability to be persuasive and influence customer relationships in a positive direction
  • Ability to multitask, managing competing priorities and administrative tasks
  • Exposure on ServiceNow application
  • Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment.
  • Able to act as a mentor for the team
  • Strong capability to read, write, and speak English
  • Exceptional ability to maintain strong peer relationships, gaining trust and confidence from all levels within the organization
  • Well-developed presentation and communication skills

Education

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient and maintainable solutions, ensuring the best practices in software development.

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced engineering leader to join our RSP team. You will be part of an international team, driving the development of 1GLOBAL's eSIM platform, including our consumer and IoT solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient and maintainable solutions, ensuring the best practices in software development.
  • Lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance micro-services architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and designers, to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient backend solutions.
  • Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the overall system design.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between different components of our platform while ensuring API security, performance, and reliability.
  • Design and optimize database schemes and work closely with the database administrators to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the backend systems and continuously optimize and improve the efficiency of existing code and systems.
  • Mentor team members when needed and contribute with meaningful reviews.


Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in java software development.
  • 2+ years engineering leadership experience.
  • Good understanding of system architecture, cloud services (AWS) and scalable infrastructure.
  • Experience with unit/integration/e2e testing (test driven development is a plus).
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, both in implementing and consuming the interfaces.
  • Solid experience with relational databases, CI/CD flows, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with a self-motivated and autonomous mindset

Summary

As the Site Supervisor , you will work with limited supervision to monitor and manage the assigned facility's security operations to provide professional-class security services to Missile Defense Agency operations and personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and provide overall supervision of all assigned personnel.
  • Oversee daily operations of the facility and ensure personnel are providing professional and courteous service to the Missile Defense Agency workforce and visitors.
  • Provide the appropriate level of guidance, direction, and when necessary, corrective actions to Supervisors and their assigned personnel to promote a cohesive team. Ensuring all policies, SSI and procedures are adhered to.
  • Will work as the scheduler for all shifts and facilities, to determine staffing requirements for all assigned facilities.
  • Conduct Supervisory training on effective incident report writing, implementation of Enterprise Access Control Support (EACS) Operations Center policies/procedures, Emergency Response Checklists and Standard Operating Procedures; E-Alert Trainer and Operator training and operations; accurate operation of the Electronic Integrated Facility Security System (EIFSS) On-Guard; and all CCTV software functions and capabilities.
  • Work closely with all Supervisors to ensure assigned personnel receive the proper level of training to meet contractual requirements including Job Qualification Standard (JQS) training and certification, Chenega Corporate training, First Aid/CPR/AED training, specific policies/procedures, and MDA E-LMS training.
  • As the training coordinator, set employee goals and objectives; review performance data to monitor and measure productivity, including JQS certifications yearly, set goal progression and activity levels.
  • Review Daily Log and provide reports to management regarding site activities, and irregularities and identifying needed action.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Five years of generalized security work experience, including experience with access control operations, Shift Supervision, and Operations Management as a whole.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Speak, understand, read, and write the English language fluently.
  • Knowledge of or an ability to learn Security-related policies and procedures specific to the U.S. Government customer.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and managing projects of a nature similar in size and scope as referenced under this contract

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of directives about security operations.

Job Description


As a KYC Operations Team Lead you will oversee the daily operations of a team of KYC Analysts. Your team is responsible for conducting thorough customer due diligence reviews, analysing various customer and business activities, and ensuring that our KYC records are kept up to date according to our internal policies. The KYC Operations Team Lead is a people lead with a mindset focused on building processes that put our customers first while being aware of the risks surrounding the industry and the wider regulatory environment.

Qualifications


Team Leadership
Lead by example and drive a customer focused mindset across your team. Promote a culture of ownership and accountability. Build high-performing teams that value knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

People management
Coach and develop a strong team of KYC Analysts. Come up with initiatives to help your team to grow their skills, behaviours, and competencies. Design and manage development plans on identified opportunities. Conducts career map check-ins and makes recommendations for promotions, salary raises, and other decisions.

Operational management
Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with central functions and other operational teams as needed to increase operational efficiency. Provide guidance and support on complex, high-risk cases and escalations. Be on top of admin related tasks including but not limited to scheduling, training, hiring, interviewing, organising team activities, and others.

Performance management
Measure team KPIs and ensure performance targets and quality standards are met while maintaining focus on customer experience. Conduct regular one on one coaching sessions, usually on a weekly or biweekly basis. Run team meetings to ensure that your team is kept up to date with the latest information, share best practices and enhance overall team spirit.

Expertise Sharing
Be a subject matter expert in your area with the ability to train and coach your team on operational topics. Maintain a good understanding of our regulatory obligations, internal policies, and applying a risk-based approach to deterring and preventing money laundering and financial crime. Able to perform deep dives, understand root causes of problematic cases and propose solutions to senior leadership.

Planning and execution

Ensure key performance indicators are being met and provide insights to other stakeholders. Take full accountability in delivering your own initiatives and making sure your team is making progress on their goals.

Stakeholder management and communication

Collaborate closely with your stakeholders ensuring clear communication and coordination of actions. You communicate mindfully and professionally while choosing the right formats and platforms to convey your message to a wider audience in a timely manner. Your initiatives and reports are well documented and it has a clear scope that includes potential impact in different areas.


Additional Information


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills (additional language skills are a plus) with the ability to clearly articulate your thoughts.

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Operations (preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or Risk Assessment domain).

  • Good understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding KYC/AML.

  • You are punctual, independent, proactive and willing to get things done.

  • You are a fast learner, willing to become a Subject Matter Expert for your team and support them in their problem solving.

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills, great time management, and ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment.

  • Ability to multi-task and take responsibility in challenging situations;

  • You are capable of identifying gaps in policies and processes and providing detailed feedback, including examples when possible, through the established communication channels.

  • Proven track record of taking individual ownership and responsibilities as well as being a great team-player

  • Ability to analyze and move the team's metrics.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.

  • Certifications: ICA, CAMS, or equivalent certification (EDD/AML focused).
