Responsabilidades Da Posição
O Supervisor de Marketing é responsável por liderar as estratégias e campanhas de marketing da empresa, assegurando que as ações estejam alinhadas com os objetivos de negócios. Este profissional deve supervisionar a equipe de marketing, gerenciando projetos e garantindo a execução eficiente das atividades planejadas.
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de marketing eficazes.
- Gerenciar campanhas publicitárias e ações promocionais.
- Supervisionar a equipe de marketing, avaliando desempenho e resultados.
- Analisar dados de mercado e métricas de desempenho.
- Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos com fornecedores e parceiros.
- Coordenar a criação de conteúdo para diversas plataformas.
- Realizar pesquisas de mercado e análise da concorrência.
- Controlar o orçamento de marketing e otimizar recursos.
- Apresentar relatórios de resultados para a alta gestão.
- Promover a inovação e a melhoria contínua nas estratégias de marketing.
- Formação superior em Marketing
- Experiência prévia em supervisão de equipes de marketing
- Domínio de estratégias de marketing digital e tradicional

What Product and Solutions Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health
Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.
Product & Solutions Marketing is responsible for defining the product/service, market strategy and life cycle management including customer identification, market research, product and service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.
Executes marketing strategies to differentiate Cardinal Health’s products, increase growth revenue, market share, and customer awareness.
Implement and launch strategies and initiatives
Develops marketing content and campaigns for a variety of channels.
Coordinates cross-functionally to gain insights and alignment across relevant stakeholders, manages relationships with suppliers and KOLs, and marketing campaign perfomance.
Responsibilities
In conjunction with the Director and stakeholders, develops goals and key performance indicators for marketing campaigns for each product and/or service. Executes and monitors engagement metrics, return on investment, and other metrics.
Manages content for marketing campaigns using content created by vendors, content from manufacturers, internally-developed content, or a combination. Evaluates quality and alignment with marketing objectives, and coordinates with Legal team to ensure that all content is compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Liaise with related Product Management and Development teams to design launch new products targeting optimal market positioning, marketing mix, promotions, etc.
Manages Sales enablement trainings to ensure teams have all necessary information for efficient and optimal commercialization of the product.
Performs straightforward analyses of data from marketing campaigns. Coordinates with business intelligence teams or external vendors as necessary to track performance.
Reports on the performance of Marketing campaigns during regular meetings with Director, monthly Sales calls, and meetings with internal product stakeholders. Summarizes and clearly communicates key performance indicators and provides insight on high or low performance.
In conjunction with Director, manages relationships with manufacturers that market their products through Cardinal Health. Meets with supplier teams to understand needs, gathers necessary marketing content, and reports on performance of marketing campaigns.
Analyzes market research, trends, projections and innovations to formulate concepts for new marketing campaigns and approaches for products and services. Collaborates with Research & Development and Business Development teams to integrate commercial, customer, and technical perspectives. Manages relationships with vendors that provide market research and creative content.
Communicates with Cardinal Health vendors regarding their marketing needs and challenges.
- Acquires collateral and material from vendors for Cardinal Health use and distribution.
Participates in industry conferences and other events in order to promote Cardinal Health’s products and services and to stay abreast of market developments.
Understands market segments and makes context-driven recommendations to marketing and product development strategy.
Executes general contract management and administrative duties and general support for senior staff members as needed.
Develops collateral and material from manufacturer provided source material for Cardinal Health use and distribution.
Implements developed strategies and tactics for both manufacturers and Cardinal Health.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in Brazil's healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences is highly preferred (clinical, physiotherapy, nutrition, nursing, etc.)
- English: Advance (speak, read, write)
- Medical device experience. Understanding of compression, electrodes and/or wound therapies preferred.
- Progressive marketing experience (product launch, strategy ideation, others)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Team player, hands on approach, strong leadership and project coordination, energetic and positive disposition
- Solid leadership skills

Supervisor de Marketing – Dental Med Sul
Na Dental Med Sul , buscamos um líder de marketing que impulsione nossa presença no mercado de saúde bucal. O profissional atuará em planejamento estratégico , gestão de recursos e branding , garantindo a entrega de campanhas de alto impacto.
Responsabilidades Principais
- Planejamento anual de metas e ações de marketing alinhadas à estratégia comercial.
- Gestão de orçamento – otimização de custos e relatórios de performance (KPIs).
- Comunicação interna e endomarketing – engajamento de colaboradores.
- Gestão de conteúdo para mídias sociais e produção de materiais institucionais.
- Trade marketing e eventos – organização de feiras e promoções.
Local: Curitiba, Paraná – presencial .
Requisitos Obrigatórios Para a Posição
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em marketing corporativo ou de produto.
- Habilidade de liderança – gestão de equipe e desenvolvimento de talentos.
- Domínio de análise de dados – conhecimento em Google Analytics, Power BI ou ferramentas semelhantes.
- Gestão de orçamento – controle e otimização de custos de campanhas.
- Excel avançado e proficiência em pacote Office.
- Aumentar a geração de leads em 20% – metas mensais acompanhadas por relatórios de performance.
- Elevar o engajamento nas mídias sociais em 30% – métricas de alcance e interação.
- Gerenciar o orçamento anual com desvio não superior a 5%.
- Entregar relatórios diários, semanais e mensais de KPIs e recomendações de melhoria.
- Organizar e garantir a presença em 3 eventos corporativos por ano.

Responsabilidades:
- Planejar, organizar e executar eventos, cursos, feiras e ações promocionais, garantindo alto impacto e alinhamento com a estratégia da marca;
- Coordenar stands em congressos e feiras , assegurando visibilidade institucional e fortalecimento da marca;
- Desenvolver e implementar o planejamento estratégico de marketing , com foco em médio e longo prazo;
- Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de marketing, promovendo crescimento e alta performance;
- Monitorar métricas e ROI das ações, ajustando estratégias para otimizar resultados;
- Garantir a padronização da comunicação da marca em todos os canais e materiais;
- Gerenciar relacionamento com fornecedores, agências e parceiros estratégicos;
- Viagens nacionais para participação em eventos, feiras e visitas a unidades ou parceiros.
Requisitos:
- Experiência em marketing , com foco em eventos, planejamento estratégico e branding ;
- Perfil organizado, comunicativo e líder , com visão analítica e estratégica;
- Vivência em gestão de equipes ;
- Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes ;
- Conhecimento em CRM, automação de marketing e ferramentas gráficas (desejável).
Diferenciais:
- Inglês ou espanhol intermediário/avançado ;
- Experiência no setor da saúde ;
- Pós-graduação ou MBA em marketing, gestão ou comunicação.
