Se você é um (a) profissional entusiasmado (a), comunicativo (a), acolhedor (a), focado(a) nas tarefas de recepção e administrativas e gosta de se relacionar com o público, essa é a sua oportunidade
O que você precisa para participar do processo seletivo:
Residir em Ribeirão Preto ou cidade próxima;
Ensino Médio Completo;
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
Noções básicas de informática;
Possuir perfil atencioso, hospitaleiro, acolhedor e que gosta de trabalhar em equipe;
Será considerado um diferencial ter experiência comprovada em recepção e/ou em atendimento ao cliente;
Será considerado um diferencial ter experiência no segmento de hotelaria, clínicas particulares e com clientes de alta renda;
Será considerado um diferencial ter facilidade no sistema de agendamento.
Principais atividades:
Recepcionar e atender os clientes internos e externos com entusiasmo e cordialidade;
Dar suporte ao setor administrativo, realizando emissões de notas fiscais e boletos;
Receber encomendas, correios e fazer tratativas com fornecedores, organizando e realizando os protocolos pré-definidos pela empresa;
Criar, confirmar e remarcar os agendamentos de clientes da unidade;
Atender ligações, responder e-mails e dar suporte ao atendimento aos clientes;
Apoiar nos serviços de copa e na organização dos serviços de Spa em geral;
Divulgar e oferecer produtos e pacotes da rede de acordo com a necessidade e perfil dos clientes;
Acompanhar a produção de conteúdos internos de marketing, bem como, monitorar ações e campanhas realizadas pela agência parceira;
Replicar o sistema de trabalho da franqueadora na unidade franqueada, operando segundo os padrões e diretrizes;
Zelar pela estrutura e conservação da unidade;
Realizar demais atividades pertinentes ao cargo.
Jornada de trabalho e Remuneração:
44 horas semanais, sendo de Segunda a Sábado das 12:30 às 21h, com 1h de intervalo e aos Domingos das 13h30 às 20h com 30 minutos de intervalo. Terá uma folga fixa na semana. Com possibilidade de folgar um sábado por mês.
Salário fixo compatível com o mercado;
