Position Summary
The Business Systems Analyst III, Supply Chain Applications, reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Applications, and will be part of the Global IT team. This role's primary responsibility is to implement global strategic projects; small projects and provide SAP IBP IT support. This role will work with all levels of corporate and Global Supply Chain teams to drive efficiencies and improvements with focus on digitizing Supply Chain Planning using SAP IBP and SAP ECC applications. The candidate for this role must have experience with SAP Supply Chain Planning Solution (SAP IBP) and SAP S/4 or SAP ECC 6.0 Supply Chain modules processes and have demonstrated success managing projects, enhancements and support. The candidate should have an overall knowledge of IBP architecture and be capable of clearly communicating analysis and solutions to the end user.
Responsibilities
+ Member of the project team for SAP rollout of SAP IBP in global environment
+ Work directly with business partners to gather requirements for enhancements and deliver solutions to business issues in the overall Global Demand and Supply Planning function
+ Responsible for designing, configuring, documenting, delivering, supporting, and testing SAP IBP (Demand/Response & Supply/IO), CPI (i.e. Order to Cash) to meet business requirements
+ Design functional specifications and work with programmers to oversee the timely completion and efficiency of development objects, conduct unit and integration testing and maintain documentation
+ Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and designing the solutions.
+ Train end users on SAP processes in Demand and Supply Planning on SAP IBP
+ Develop relationships that will position IT as a trusted business partner
+ Collaborate with representatives of other IT/functional areas to ensure end to end process integration and consistency
+ Identify opportunities to standardize processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance across all implementations to these standards
+ Ensure business application systems are developed to comply with established standards, methodologies and best practices.
+ Advise management of the project status and problems, or potential problems, regularly

What we are looking for
Required Skills and Experience
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems or related field
+ 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 year's experience configuring various SAP IBP, CPI modules that support a global enterprise
+ Project and production support experience with SAP IBP, SAP CPI-DS, and SAP ECC 6.0 processes, including IBP Demand, IBP Supply, IBP Control Tower
+ Should have excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP and have Roll-Out or Production support experience in supply chain planning processes S&OP, Demand planning, or Response and Supply planning.
+ Demonstrated ability to configure core SAP IBP, and ability to troubleshoot and maintain configuration on SAP IBP and SAP CPI-DS
+ Experience working with Cross-Functional Processes, including Procure to Pay, Manufacturing and Order to Cash
+ Experience with various phases of project life cycle: Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support
+ Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
+ Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently
+ Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
+ Demonstrated ability to successfully manage IT projects

Responsibilities
Como será o seu dia a dia:

• Avaliar implicações tecnológicas que podem surgir ao longo do discovery.
• Desenhar arquitetura de referência e padronização.
• Garantir a qualidade e a segurança das soluções desenvolvidas.
• Colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento para implementar as soluções arquitetadas.
• Realizar revisões de código e fornecer orientação técnica para a equipe.
• Desenvolver um roadmap alinhado com a estrutura corporativa para capacidades de produtos, convertendo os requisitos de negócios em soluções técnicas.
• Moldar a arquitetura do produto incluindo a reutilização de componentes e padrões de integração.
• Identificar e mitigar riscos técnicos ao longo do ciclo de vida do projeto.

Prerequisites
O que você precisa ter:

• Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Computação ou área relacionada.
• Experiência com desenvolvimento de software, arquitetura de software e design de sistemas complexos.
• Experiência em projetos de adoção de S/4 HANA a partir do SAP ECC.
• Conhecimento em linguagens de programação como Java, JavaScript, C#, Python.

Será um diferencial se você:

• Certificações em Arquitetura de Software, como TOGAF (SAP).
• Possui certificações relacionadas a Padrões Arquiteturais, Tecnologias de computação em nuvem e Desenvolvimento Fullstack (Geral).

Senior Software Developer - SAP Datasphere Foundations role at SAP.

Responsibilities

• Work on design, coding and quality assurance tasks (such as unit test development) related to specific product features.


• Development activities in Typescript and Node.js for a cloud-based product, deployed in cloud providers such as AWS, Azure and GCP.


• Apply DevOps practices, being responsible for the complete feature lifecycle until it reaches production, including design, coding and unit testing.


• Work in an agile team that uses the Scrum framework to self-organize and work towards the development goals.


• Talk to technical product managers, architects and technical leads to help define the scope of new product features.


• Mentor and guide the team to foster their professional development and growth.


• Support and lead the team on technical discussions.


• Build & lead PoCs (proof-of-concepts) and research state-of-the-art technical solutions.

What You Bring

• Experience in OO languages such as Java, Go, Python, C#/C++ or similar; knowledge of algorithms, data structures and databases.


• Strong experience with cloud software development (AWS, Azure and/or GCP), micro-services architecture and API-first approach.
