Position Overview:

RealNetworks LLC seeks a motivated Sales/Solutions Engineer for SAFR (Secure, Accurate Facial Recognition), a visual intelligence platform specializing in face and person-based computer vision optimized for both access control and surveillance applications in Brazil .

In view of SAFR’s unique market position and the outstanding potential of growth, RealNetworks is now seeking a customer driven, individual contributor to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to our customers wanting to deploy SAFR.

The Engineer will apply an extensive technical background, understanding of Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, and related technologies to provide customer-facing, pre and post sales services, for a combined hardware and software solution, including advisory, installation, configuration, customization and support.

This role provides a unique opportunity to grow a function as our product becomes widely adopted in diverse markets.

What you’ll do:
  • Build deep knowledge of SAFR’s combined hardware and software solutions for physical security access control and video surveillance markets.
  • Provide technical expertise to external customers, partners and internal sales in areas related to S AFR product functionality (e.g. Access Control, SIP Intercom, VMS Integration, RTSP video streaming, etc.) and recommendations on equipment/hardware for the customer environment.
  • Lead technical presentations to demonstrate the SAFR access control and surveillance solutions to an experienced engineering audience as well as technology novices.
  • Configure and deploy SAFR applications for customer POC deployments to meet customer requirements.
  • Train and assist channel partners to plan, implement and configure SAFR hardware and software solutions
  • Troubleshooting complex issues with software, cameras and the facial recognition and related data processing for external customers in customer production environments
  • Work with product engineering as needed to report customer issues, collect information to assist in analysis and identification of problem, coordinate troubleshooting sessions on customer hardware as needed and apply engineering workarounds.
  • Identify issues, reproduce and provide details issue reports with clear repro instructions through our issue tracking system.
  • Advise technology partners with the implementation of integrated solutions using SAFR SDK/API tools
  • Assist with technical presentations, training, and performance evaluation by successfully describing our complex product to an experienced, sophisticated engineering audience as well as technology novices;
  • Deliver detailed feedback on customer needs and requirements to SAFR’s product management and engineering teams, always acting as the aggressive internal customer advocate.
  • Willingness to travel within the Brazil 20% of the year, but possibly up to 50%.

What we are looking for:
  • Must be fluent in both English and Portuguese reading and writing
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology or engineering-related field or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ experience as a systems engineer or technical support engineer for access control manufacturers or system integrators
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
    • Video Surveillance solutions and cameras installation
    • Access Control Systems including access control panels, readers and wiring/communications standards
    • Access control credentials and card formats
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Linux a plus)
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and technology presentation skills

Atuar em vendas B2B com foco em atuação técnica para apoiar ativamente o fechamento de novos negócios em ambientes complexos;

Apoiar o ciclo completo de vendas (end-to-end), desde a qualificação até a negociação e gestão de contratos, com foco na construção de propostas técnicas detalhadas e alinhadas às necessidades do cliente;

Apoiar na previsibilidade de resultados e na construção de números de forecast, contribuindo com análises e insights estratégicos para a área comercial;

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), essential for communication with global stakeholders and clients - besides fluent Portuguese
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, driving strategic deliveries
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill

Hamilton Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales growth of our Lab Solutions portfolio through our dealer network in Brazil and direct sales to house accounts. This role requires a unique blend of scientific expertise, sales acumen, and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will possess a background in life sciences (molecular biology, chemistry, or related field) and a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the laboratory equipment or consumables market. This individual will be responsible for managing and developing our dealer network, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dealer Management: Recruit, train, and manage a network of independent dealers across Brazil. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key dealer personnel.
  • Sales Execution: Drive sales of LabSolutions products (ML PREP, ML600, handheld pipettes, decappers, consumables, etc.) through the dealer network. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Joint Customer Visits: Accompany dealers on sales calls to provide product expertise, conduct demonstrations, and close deals.
  • Direct sales to and management of house accounts i.e. specific key accounts including reference customers, institutions and relationship with industry partners.
  • Product Demonstrations: Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of Hamilton's solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to dealers and customers, answering questions about product applications and troubleshooting issues.
  • Training and Education: Conduct regular training sessions for dealer sales teams on new products, sales techniques, and competitive positioning.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with dealers to develop accurate sales forecasts and annual business plans.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Reporting: Regularly monitor dealer sales performance, track progress towards targets, and provide reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support dealer sales efforts.
  • Relationship Management: Continuously nurture and strengthen relationships with dealers through regular communication, training, and support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, particularly in areas related to liquid handling, sample preparation, and automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese as well as ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbally.
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data analysis).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Brazil, 50% of the time.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related life science field is required.
  • Prior experience with Liquid Handlers is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the laboratory equipment or consumables market.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience managing dealer networks is a plus.
  • English proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Python programming is a desirable asset.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager, Risk and Identity Solutions Sales. The ideal candidate will have significant experience within the financial services industry and be able to understand and navigate the unique challenges brought forward by issuing clients.

This role for Sr. Manager, Risk and Identity Solutions Sales Specialist is part of the larger Issuing Value-Added Services Specialized Sales function, with expected focus on the sale of services related to Risk Management in Brazil, and potentially over time expand to other products and services. Internally, the role requires collaboration with a wide range of cross functional teams, including but is not limited to Generalist Sellers, Sales Operations, Product, Strategy, Client Services, Digital Partners, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the payment's ecosystem, specifically issuer side needs, emerging trends, open banking, real time payments, regulatory changes, and the specific operational challenges players in the payments ecosystem face.
  • Develop/ demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Visa's solutions and their application for clients.
  • Actively prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Identify high potential clients to target and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within these organizations.
  • Ensure high levels of client/ prospect satisfaction through proactive outreach with relevant insights and regular follow-ups.
  • Partner with the Generalist Sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials that highlight Visa solutions' technical capabilities and advantages to address client needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to issuers that align with Visa’s Purpose to uplift everyone, everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid.
  • Successfully structure, negotiate and close deals, ensuring that client needs are met.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates on sales activities are captured in Microsoft Dynamics, offering Insight into market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams, including Product, Client Services, Finance and Technology, to ensure optimal client experience and continuous product improvement.
  • Promote an understanding of critical success factors to achieving the assigned solutions revenue objectives.
  • Provide input into design and implementation of sales collateral, general marketing and promotional activities and materials to ensure increased awareness of VAS objectives and priorities.

Essential Functions

  • Accountable to driving and achieving the RaIS Solutions, potentially inclusive of other issuer side Value Added Services over time, booking and revenue lines through collaboration and partnership with Account Executives and Account Managers through acquisition of net-new customers or upsell of existing clients.
  • Acquisition of new clients and retention/ growth of existing clients in partnership with market product teams
  • Understand clients’ complex challenges/ problems and uses of Visa technology to drive solutions with said technology.
  • Champion and lead from the front with Visa’s value-based sales methodology, post-sale commercialization, mutual success planning with clients and across Visa to ensure client outcomes and Visa revenue realization.
  • Partner with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials that highlight our solutions' technical capabilities and advantages.
  • Engage with internal cross functional teams including Product Management, Product Development, Client Support and Product Marketing to relay market feedback and provide input into the design of new solutions.
  • Identify, qualify and quantify market specific opportunities in close cooperation with local relationship management and product teams.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Preferred Qualifications
• Proven track record in field sales or related role.
• Deep knowledge and extensive experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage large, complex deal negotiations with strategic clients.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills to influence direction and change attitudes / decisions of senior level international clients.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including key players, competition, and trends.
• Proficient in CRM software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
• Strong technical skills and ability to understand complex technological solutions and business issues.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem including, risk, client experience and engagement, payment security, transaction processing and regulatory requirements.
• Natural ability to understand and articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Confident speaker with ability to present, interact, and connect with executives and engineers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Multicultural sensitivity and interpersonal relationship management skills, including the ability to work effectively within Brazil and US based teams
• Ability to generate organizational momentum through creative and innovative solutions to problems and opportunities
• English and Spanish language knowledge
