Key Responsibilities
- Accurately update and maintain alumni and guest data in systems such as BANNER, Argos, and AlumnIQ/iModules.
- Manage payment processing and tracking, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions, ensuring proper coding and reconciliation in event systems.
- Oversee logistics for events, including preparation of materials (name tags, signage, place cards), shipment of supplies, and on-site event setup/teardown support.
- Manage event registration and guest communication, including assisting with sign-ups, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate guest lists.
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, responding professionally and courteously to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Monitor and manage communication channels to provide timely and accurate information about event logistics, policies, and changes.
- High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to three years of related work experience
- Proficiency in data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in event coordination or administrative support preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Title: Software Engineers (Development and L2/L3 Support)
Number of Positions: 3 (One each for Full-Stack Developer, Java CMS Developer, and DevOps Specialist)
Overview:
We are seeking experienced Software Engineers with strong development and L2/L3 Support backgrounds to join the Web Platform team in one of our banking client. The ideal candidates will specialize in one of the following tracks: Full-Stack Development or Java with CMS , or DevOps with Cloud . This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong debugging, system analysis, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
I. Full-Stack Developer (Cloud Focus)
- Strong proficiency in Java and modern UI frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience building and supporting full-stack web applications on cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , application monitoring, and performance tuning
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and integration patterns
- Ability to troubleshoot application and infrastructure-level issues in production
II. Java Developer (CMS Focus)
- Expertise in Java/J2EE application development
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Strong grasp of web architectures , templates, servlets, and OSGi configurations
- Knowledge of RESTful API integration and application logging/debugging
- Understanding of deployment pipelines and support workflows
III. DevOps Specialist (Cloud + Programming)
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles , CI/CD best practices , and build/release automation
- Working experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Basic programming/scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Python, or Groovy)
- Proficiency with Linux commands , system/application log analysis , and monitoring tools
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, or Terraform)
General Requirements:
- Ability to identify and resolve L2 production issues , drive root cause analysis , and provide stable resolutions
- Strong communication skills to interface with development teams and stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced , deadline-driven environment
