We're looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy team member to join our growing Sales Support team! If you're someone who loves clear communication, is comfortable on the phone, and enjoys working with estimates, tools like Looker Studio, and supporting a fast-moving sales process, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Follow up with clients and support our sales reps
- Build simple reports in Looker Studio
- Help manage our CRM and internal tools
- Have experience in estimates, project coordination, or sales support
- Write and speak fluent English
- Are comfortable using Google Workspace
- Are super proactive and take initiative
- Bonus: You’ve worked in construction, roofing, or architecture
Location: Remote, we’re looking for candidates based in Buenos Aires
Salary range: USD $1200 - $1400 (Performance interview)
Schedule: Full-time with availability in U.S. Pacific Time (afternoons/evenings) is required

Sales Support
This position is in a hybrid model at our São Bernardo do Campo unit.
Summary
This person will be responsible for building financial and commercial proposals, completing orders to close deals.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a dedicated portfolio for potential opportunities;
- Receive orders (sales function), performing actions from pre-sales, in cooperation with KAMs/CDs and Business Development teams, to final steps of closing the sale;
- Summarize and monitor sales forecasts;
- Promote and sell a dedicated portfolio. Manage the entire sales process, including change requests and partners;
- Manage sales teams and ensure necessary interaction with countries, particularly through pipeline analyses, Sitcom meetings, and Business Forums;
- Support the definition of the commercial strategy for a project or, more broadly, the sales approach for a specific client, working closely with the KAM or CD;
- Ensure customer satisfaction in cooperation with the KAM, through appropriate initiatives, addressing issues and complaints on a case-by-case basis;
- Gather information on risks and opportunities, marketing, and sales to share within the unit (including Bid/project teams), developing an understanding of the client environment;
- Monitor the entire Bid process, from Gate 1 preparation to proposal delivery;
- Hold regular meetings with Bid/project/account management/quality teams to ensure proposal quality and deadlines (meeting client expectations);
- Successfully negotiate terms of agreements and close sales according to expectations.
Qualifications
- Complete higher education.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Advanced English proficiency.

As a Sales Support, you will play an important role in developing and increasing sales within a structured setup. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing close relationships with clients and quoting rates in cooperation with the sales support team.
- Following up on quoted rates with clients and ensuring business gained is loaded.
- Updating Sales Analysis files regularly and making sales calls.
- Creating reports on sales calls and building an understanding of all products offered.
- Approaching clients to check rates feedback, targets, and potential volumes.

Effective communication skills, organizational prowess, attention to detail, and a keen awareness of the market are also crucial traits for success in this role.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential and you have strong Microsoft Office skills.
