Estamos em busca de uma pessoa com experiência prática no time comercial, que conheça os desafios da operação de perto, e que hoje tenha interesse em estruturar e treinar times de pré-vendas com base em processos sólidos e dados confiáveis. Essa pessoa vai atuar na estruturação da máquina de vendas, ajudando a construir um processo comercial mais previsível, organizado e eficiente, e depois treinar o time de pré-vendas (BDR) com base nessa nova estrutura — sempre com o pé na prática e conexão com a operação real.

Responsabilidades e atribuições
  • Mapear e otimizar processos do time comercial com foco em escalabilidade e eficiência;
  • Estruturar e revisar as etapas do funil de vendas, identificando gargalos e oportunidades;
  • Implantar ou melhorar o uso de ferramentas como CRM (Pipedrive, Exact Sales, HubSpot, etc);
  • Apoiar a liderança no acompanhamento dos indicadores de geração de demanda e conversão;
  • Criar e atualizar materiais de apoio: playbooks, roteiros, cadências, templates de e-mails, etc;
  • Treinar o time de pré-vendas (BDR) nas boas práticas de processo, abordagem e uso de ferramentas;
  • Acompanhar o time com escuta ativa, roleplays e feedbacks estruturados para melhoria contínua;
  • Atuar como ponte entre Marketing, Comercial e Produto para alinhamento estratégico.
Requisitos e qualificações
  • Graduação completa
  • Experiência em áreas como: pré-vendas (SDR/BDR), sales ops ou CS com viés comercial;
  • Conhecimento do funil de vendas e suas etapas (MQL, SQL, conversão, etc);
  • Ter participado da estruturação ou revisão de processos comerciais em empresas anteriores;
  • Experiência prática com CRM (Pipedrive, Exact Sales, HubSpot ou similares);
  • Habilidade de comunicação clara, didática e escuta ativa — vamos te chamar para treinar time!;
  • Proatividade, pensamento estruturado e perfil analítico, com foco em solução.
Requisitos desejáveis
  • Ter atuado com estruturação de máquinas de vendas, playbooks, cadências e automações;
  • Ter experiência com implementação de ferramentas ou transição de CRM;

Seus Principais Objetivos São:

Onboarding: Criar um processo de integração estruturado para novos vendedores e SDRs, reduzindo o tempo de rampagem.

What you’ll own

Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on sales tools, processes, and methodologies.

Stay current on sales enablement tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales training, ideally within the NA/LATAM region.

Background in enterprise sales with a strong understanding of sales tools and methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with commercial audiences and senior stakeholders.

Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally to develop learning content.

Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Performance Metrics & Optimization: Establish and implement sales enablement metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness of training programs, and continuously assess and refine based on data-driven insights to ensure they are delivering the desired business outcomes.
  • Sales Coaching & Support: Establish a sales coaching program and work with frontline managers to embed effective management practices that enhance team performance.
  • Change Management: Drive effective change management and communication for new product or technology rollouts, and sales process enhancements across GTM teams.
Requirements Required Skills and Experience
  • 6+ years of direct experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or related field
  • Training Expertise: Proven ability to design and deliver sales training programs that drive results.
  • Sales Process Knowledge: Strong background in defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with the ability to use data to drive decisions. Ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and demonstrate impact.
  • Technology Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to succeed in a lean, fast-moving organization and scale operations as the company grows.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This role does not have any direct reports.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Estruturar e conduzir o Onboarding Comercial quinzenal, garantindo 1 semana intensiva de treinamentos e outra de aplicação prática.

  • Conduzir simulações e role plays que preparem os times para negociações e interações consultivas de alto nível.

Key Functions

  • Support with maintenance of sales pipeline updates on Salesforce and reporting
  • Assist with evolution of triage/opportunity trackers to ensure scalable and easy to maintain
  • Assist with building processes and collateral for additional services as we scale
  • Work with GTM and Operations teams to ensure the right processes are in place and adhered to for effective handover of won projects to facilitate a smooth start up.
Skills And Qualifications
