Responsibilities
Communication: Communicates effectively with Guest, Members of Management, and Store Associates
Merchandising: Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation
Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
Customer Service: Ensure that the guest remains the top priority
Accuracy: Comfort and accuracy with cash handling/ ringing

Qualifications
Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.

As a Torrid Sales Associate, you’ll provide the Torrid Connection to every customer through your genuine ability to make our customer feel comfortable, cared for and confident.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty
- Perform register functions while using your sales, promotion and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
- Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends
- Cover the sales floor and helps ensure all visual standards are met
- Assist in the organization of the stockroom and providing a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop
- Previous sales or customer service experience a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience
- Be fashioned focused and stay on top of current trends
- Able to stand and walk around during scheduled
- Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures and move packages weighing up to 50
- Able to reach for merchandise using the ladders, step stool, merchandise retrieving pole, shoe pole, etc.

Position Overview
The Sales Associate is responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience. The Sales Associate will also handle a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team (e.g., housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards, etc.).
Reports To: Store Management Essential Functions Customer Experience
- Greeting Customers: Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business-like greeting.
- First Impressions: Create a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
- Store Standards: Maintain a sparkling clean and organized environment by adhering to store standards and cleanliness.
- Product Information: Provide customers with current relevant information about the product.
- Fitting Room Service: Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers in a timely manner, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and attempt to add on to the sale.
- Cash Wrap Efficiency: Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer Gift Cards, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.
- Customer Appreciation: Sincerely thank all customers for shopping at GUESS as they exit the store.
- Task Completion: Satisfactorily complete all duties as assigned by management.
- Punctuality: Be punctual and adhere to the designated work schedule.
- Teamwork: Be flexible and work well with peers and management to accomplish duties.
- Policy Adherence: Follow GUESS Policies and Procedures 100%.
- Housekeeping: Perform housekeeping duties as required.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed the Sales per Hour (SPH) result as assigned by management.
- Meetings and Functions: Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions.
- Positive Attitude: Represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise and the company.
- Inventory Participation: Participate in all inventories.

- Retail Experience: Previous retail experience preferred.

Position Overview
As a Sales Solutions Generalist you’ll provide each customer with the best experience possible by helping them find and purchase animals, supplies and services. During each interaction, you will discuss the needs of the guest and their pet/s to provide solutions for today, as well as in the future and assist with connecting them with a Specialist when appropriate. You’ll work the cash register and ensure that our merchandise is properly stocked and priced, providing an excellent experience for each of our guests. You can excel in this role by exhibiting a passion for the welfare, health, and proper handling of all animals as well as being a positive partner within the whole Pet Care Center team.
Position Responsibilities

- Provide a great experience by engaging with guests utilizing your acquired skills and training.
- Assist guests in the proper selection of merchandise in accordance with their identified needs.

- Generate future business through a deep understand of the guests and their pet/s.
- Perform related duties in support of the Pet Care Center attaining its assigned sales goals.
- Ensure merchandise is stocked, priced, and displayed to create a great presentation for our guests.
- Completes and applies training programs to maintain a high level of expertise of their role.
- Adhere to established operational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Promote a positive culture of teamwork, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Evaluate guest inquiries and as needed refers to the Leader on Duty.

Be able to work successfully within a team. In addition to having a professional appearance and demeanor, applicants must also demonstrate a keen and genuine interest in animals and their care. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience within sales, retail, or related field. Possess a high level of knowledge of pet nutrition and an aptitude for sales techniques.

The majority of job duties are conducted indoors, although merchandise receiving, merchandise carry-outs, or stock balancing will require leaving the store briefly. This position requires bending, kneeling, moving merchandise and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and pull 2000 lbs utilizing material handling equipment. Improper use of safety equipment and/or not following proper lifting techniques may pose of risk of injury to customers, pets, and Pet Care Center personnel. Follow all safety precautions and procedures. Must be available for shifts on evenings, weekends and some overnights and holidays.

Summary
To provide excellent customer service and perform necessary duties in the daily operations of a Goodwill Keystone Area retail store.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greets, assists customers and answers telephone in a positive and professional manner.
Operates cash register and credit/debit transactions with accuracy and according to all Goodwill Keystone Area policies and procedures.
Organizes, color coordinates and rotates merchandise on the sales floor ensuring an attractive and convenient layout of sales floor along with visual merchandising and cleanliness of store.
Promotes and represents Goodwill Keystone Area and its mission in a positive manner at all times.
Actively participates in organizational programs and special events.
Promotes an environment of workplace safety. Assures that duties are performed in a safe manner and safety requirements are adhered to.
Communicates progress, problems, and concerns to the Store Manager.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
No formal education necessary.
Skills/Abilities/Qualifications
POS experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, hear, and speak.
Ability to perform simple math.
Ability to operate necessary equipment such as cash register and credit/debit machines.
Ability to speak English in order to interact with donors and customers satisfactorily.
Must present a neat and positive appearance.
Must be able to identify clothing sizes and gender specific differences.
Must be able to work flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand continuously for more than 75 of the shift.
Ability to push and pull racks requiring a force of up to 20 pounds for a distance up to 100 feet for 10% of the shift.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions every few seconds associated with cash register use for more than 75 of the shift.
Ability to repetitively lift textiles on hangers weighing up to 4 pounds at or above head level for 25% of the shift.

Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting the store's management staff with providing quality customer service. Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting the store's management staff with providing quality customer service. The Sales Associate is knowledgeable in each product area or department in our store. Upholds policies, procedures and standards listed in the visual manual. They must fully promote each sale and/or promotion. Serves as an ambassador of Hibbett I City Gear creating a unique customer experience helping to acquire and retain long-time customers. The Sales Associate is passionate about giving outstanding customer service and promoting the merchandise in stores.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Produce and give extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual, including helping customers as they enter the store, and helping multiple customers during peak periods.
- Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear.
- Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
- Practice and uphold all Hibbett I City Gear policies, procedures, and standards as listed in the operations policy manual, personnel policy manual, visual manual, customer service manual, and memos with the company’s direction.

Qualifications
- 0-2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Is a self-starter, has initiative to take on important tasks without being asked.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
- Is a team-player, passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.

The anticipated rate for this position is $14.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.

- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.

Compensation: 60-day training hourly rate upon hire = $20.00 to $0.00. Following the training period, this position pays an hourly rate of 16.50 - 16.50. This position is eligible to earn weekly, and monthly incentives based upon sales. Incentive amounts range from 2% to 15% and differ based on product types.
Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
