Overview of the Role
The Lead Recruiter is a demonstrated talent advisor, who may oversee the recruiting activity of others. The primary focus of a Lead Recruiter is to carry a requisition load focused on hiring full time positions in the Support Center and management roles in the Field. S/he will have a demonstrated knowledge of recruiting best practices and understand navigating client and candidate support.
Responsibilities- Leads recruitment activities to hire Pet Resorts team members, developing strategies to achieve required results.
- Demonstrates skill partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs with proven ability to push hiring managers on their thinking and process challenges.
- Prepares presentations/reports to inform leadership of recruiting progress and effectiveness.
- Upholds and ensures data quality by reviewing reports and holding the business accountable to defined SLAs (resume review, candidate feedback, next steps, etc.).
- Advises hiring managers in candidate selection and offers.
- Assists management in successfully onboarding new recruiting hires.
- Participates on projects and feedback sessions to help shape the goals and strategy of the broader Recruiting team.
- As new processes and procedures are rolled out, drives change management with the team.
- Assist with other People-related tasks when time permits (i.e., LOAs, employee relations).
- 7+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting for both corporate and field positions, managing a requisition workload of 15-25 requisitions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Experience working in applicant tracking systems and reporting/presentation tools (Avature & Workstream preferred).
- Experience working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Has the experience and willingness to actively network and contact passive candidates, without just relying on job postings to fill roles.
- Experience presenting and negotiating offers.
- Understands legality and laws when it comes to job postings, providing salary information, ban-the-box, adverse action, etc.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources.
- A successful Lead Recruiter does not just recruit to fill jobs; this person seeks to understand the business and the team to help identify the best candidates for the positions.
- Interviews for background, skills, competencies, and values.
- Ability to prioritize roles, determines when requisition workload is too high, and makes recommendations for additional support.
- Demonstrates excellent influencing skills and overall strong account management skills.
- High level of accountability around data (uses market intelligence and data to lead conversations).
- Demonstrates superior candidate management skills, keeping them engaged throughout the process so candidates have an outstanding experience.
- Evaluates and creatively solves for difficulties in recruitment strategy and process.
- Possesses business and financial acumen to understand recruitment activities and how to best meet the business' overall objectives.
- High tolerance for continuously evolving needs and enthusiasm for process improvement (avoids workarounds).
- Demonstrates professional maturity with ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have great collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Intrinsic drive to always be asking questions on how to make the recruiting processes better.
- Authentic and direct communicator with ability to build strong relationships across all levels.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 with eligibility to earn a 15% bonus annually. Compensation is based on applicable experience.

- Experiência generalista em GP, com atuação como business partner PL/SR ou equivalente.
- Experiência com atração e seleção, além de desenvolvimento de equipes.
- Mínimo 3 anos de experiência na área de GP.
- 2 anos de experiência em liderança de equipe.
- Experiência no setor de hospitalidade, turismo ou varejo.
- Vivência em ambientes com gestão de pessoas ainda em desenvolvimento.

Guest Services Rep Part Time- role at Extended Stay America
OverviewThe Guest Services Representative (GSR) position must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. This position is responsible for assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, and collecting payment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. The GSR also is responsible for completing all necessary front office daily paperwork and ensuring that company safety and security procedures, guidelines and standards are followed for all associates and guests.
Responsibilities- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests.
- Assists and responds to guest requests with diligent follow-through.
- Job functions include empowerment to resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process. The GSR must embrace ESA's service culture and treat all guests and associates with the utmost of respect and kindness.
- Must be able to process reservations, registration, payment, and departures in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
- Handle collection efforts of all in-house balances. The GSR is responsible for maintaining all cash, credit card and city ledger accounts at the property.
- Setup, maintain, and takedown of breakfast display in timely manner.
- Maintaining an organized and clean work area behind the front desk, in the lobby, and in guest common areas in compliance with company standards.
- Selling the value of ESA to all inquiries (via telephone and in person) and striving to convert them into reservations and occupied rooms in compliance with company standards.
- Collecting relevant guest information in accordance with guidelines, probing for potential sales leads, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Periodic tours of the property to ensure the property is meeting brand standards.
- Assists and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests whenever possible and practical
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to adhering to key control policy, the prompt reporting of all safety and security issues directly to the manager or to the appropriate authorities.
- Responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness, including assisting with cleaning and upkeep of various areas of the hotel, including but not limited to the front desk, associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells and common areas.
- Engage in cross training in housekeeping and laundry areas to provide assistance as needed.
