We're looking for a detail-oriented mid to senior level professional with strong homebuilding design and drafting domain knowledge.

You will enhance Higharc's platform quality by collaborating closely with our Engineering and Product teams.

Your goal is to ensure a seamless, bug-free experience for builders.

• Apply mid to expert level drafting and homebuilding domain knowledge to improve platform quality.

• Manually test new features, regression scenarios, and complex user flows in a modern web-based CAD application.

• Write, maintain, and execute test cases based on product specifications and user stories.

• Collaborate with developers and PMs to understand technical implementations and identify edge cases in new features, before they reach end users.

• Log bugs using our issue tracking system (Linear).

• Validate fixes and contribute to QA sign-off for releases.

• Work with automated test output and support identifying gaps in test coverage so our automation engineers can help fill in those gaps.

• Participate in release QA coordination.

• Mid to expert level drafter with strong BIM modeling/CAD experience (Example - Revit / AutoCad).

• 3+ years in experience in production homebuilding, option management and documentation of master plan sets.

• Comfortable testing features involving real-time collaboration, 3D rendering, or document generation.

• Excellent written communication and bug-reporting skills.

• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Know how software is built and tested. (Understanding of the development and testing process).

• Experience working in a fast-paced software team. (Agile development environment).

• Familiarity with tools for managing tests and bugs (we use software called Qase for managing test cases and Linear for bug reporting).

• Familiarity with browser developer tools at a basic level (so that if an engineer asks for console output or information from the networking tab, you know how to respond).

• Basic understanding of how tests can be automated. (Scripting or automation concepts).

We are looking for a QA Specialist for Microbiology and Process who shares the same vision and commitment in driving the agenda for quality. Person hired will participate in the examination of specimens using microbiological procedures as function of quality assurance. He/she is responsible for making sure that process areas remains safe and in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practice and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Verify cleaning and sanitization of equipment, utensils (including pails/orocan and containers), areas and/or rooms that will be used by operations.

• Conduct analytical testing for bulk samples after compounding and filling (Physico Chemico testing: pH, viscosity, specific gravity, appearance, color, odor etc.).

• Keep push-button and bulk samples for micro testing.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance to Good Manufacturing Practice in the production area.

• Ensure compliance to line clearance prior to production and filling operations.

• Verify that the temperature and relative humidity (RH) are within specification in all areas of production.

• Review raw materials dispensing for accuracy of weights of RM and the corresponding RM ticket issued by dispenser.

• Work with production in ensuring that FGs will meet the micro requirements. The concurrent will also be responsible to ensure compliance to WIP monitoring and completion, productivity targets, monitoring usage of alcohol and other production supplies.

• Verify compliance to GKI quality requirements on C & S, filling (including coding) and GMP during production. Ensure timely feedback and escalation for any observed non-compliances.

• Creates Non-Conformity Report (NCR) and ensure that CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action Plans) are implemented to avoid recurrence.

• Participates in cross-functional investigation and use promote use of quality control tools to investigate and identify the Root Cause and Corrective/Preventive Action plans.

• Comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

• Participates in GMP (Internal Company Audit) and provide required documents for compliance.

• Stop the production or call-out to QA Head/Chairman of GKI for any non-compliance observes during the production of products.

• Accountable for providing and helping build the Company by strengthening our culture of shared ownership and bayanihan.

• Performs any and all other tasks and functions that may be assigned from time to time by his/her superior.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in the field of Microbiology or Biology.

• Has at least 2 years of experience working as QA in Manufacturing Plant or Pharmaceutical Company.

• Experience in microbiology a plus.

• Knowledge in ISO, Quality Management System, GMP audit and process engineering.

• Strong self-motivation, ability to work independently and with a team environment with strong follow up, organization and prioritization skills.

• Works with INTEGRITY especially with documentation.

As a Q.A. Engineer you will take end-to-end ownership of the quality of the most critical product flows and deliveries. WHO YOU ARE

• A QA professional with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid experience in QA Engineering, with a strong background in automation (Cypress, Playwright, Rest-assured, SuperTest, Bruno, Cucumber, Postman, or similar).
• Experienced with API testing (REST/GraphQL) and data validations in SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiar with cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experienced in risk-based testing, exploratory testing, and working with distributed systems.

• Create and review accessible PDFs
• Provide feedback in a collaborative way that helps to enhance all of the departments in courseware
• Participate as needed with collaborative projects across publishing teams

• Assist the testing team with functional and regression testing of the online gambling platform
• Write and execute test cases, promptly identify and report product defects
• Participate in test process optimization to ensure business processes comply with online gambling regulations and user experience standards
• Assist in organizing test documentation and coordinate communication across departments

Requirements:

Education:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields

Technical Skills:

• Familiar with software testing processes, methodologies, and common testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
