**What you bring:**
As a Quality Analyst Intern, you will support the development of automated tests, collaborate with Product Management (PM), User Experience (UX) and stakeholders, and assist in feature release assessments. This internship offers a great opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and grow your skills in quality assurance and testing.
In this internship position, you will gain exposure to engineering practices and have numerous opportunities for learning and professional development. You will work alongside experienced professionals, observing and assisting with their tasks to build your own skills.
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or equivalent education in computer science or related areas.
+ Automated Test Development: Develop scalable automated tests for software applications and gain familiarity with automation tools and frameworks, with TestCafe.
+ Collaborative Strategy Development: Ability to work with other team members and stakeholders to discuss test strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
+ Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify, investigate, and log software defects and issues efficiently considering their priority.

**_About the job_**
The EM&S Brazil QA Analyst performs direct quality oversight of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) managed by the hub to ensure that manufacturing operations are conducted in accordance with GMPs and the quality agreement in place.
The position is the direct contact with CMOs for quality matters. Also, the position interacts within functional units of EM&S LATAM, Brazil affiliate functions and M&S sites, but also other organizations within Sanofi.
The QA Analyst also contributes to the establishment and continuous improvement of EM&S LATAM Quality System on specific domains, providing support for implementation and management of the quality systems.
EM&S is a consolidated organization managing outsourced Sanofi products, which operates in each region through virtual sites ensuring optimal proximity with CMOs.
Engaged in a network optimization and building a strong relationship with our partners.
We extend Industrial Sanofi Limits, in both, installed capacity and technologies guaranteeing successful and sustainable results in terms of Quality & Regulatory compliance, Customer Service and Cost, through strong tactical principles and following internal compliance guidance.
**Main responsibilities:**
Performs quality oversight of CMOs and partners (licensors) managed by EM&S Brazil by:
- Monitor CMO compliance via GMP documentation review, remote contacts and onsite visits/ audits. He/ she is the primary quality reviewer of events as change controls, deviations and complaints, including asociated investigations and CAPAs.
- Perform sound scientific, quality and regulatory assessments of portfolio related GMP processes (manufacturing processes, validations, stabilities, etc) to provide the CMOs a Sanofi position.
- Complete or assess, according to established quality agreements, product quality reviews
- Leads CMO quality reviews
- Contributes to the CMO quality risk ranking establishment and leads associated mitigation initiatives Support country quality units completing product market release of EM Brazil supplied portfolio, ensuring key information is available to ensure their compliant distribution. Contribute to the design and maintenance of quality agreements established with their quality units. Participate in CMOs qualification initiatives, including initial assessment, due diligences, audit process and establishment Quality Agreements. Perform quality oversight of material suppliers and GMP service providers. Identify and communicate potential or confirmed critical quality events to management to ensure rapid escalation. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the hub QMS (Quality Management System) by design and maintenance to different quality systems. Define and lead the entity third parties audit program including scheduling, audit team member selection, audit outcome assessment and follow up of plans of action. As a member of EM&S LATAM team, work following approved procedures and as per predefined goals. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes cooperation with third parties, internal customers, collaborators, co-workers and management.
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
- Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the aim of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activities.

eero is looking for a highly focused QA Engineer to work on critical web application testing projects that keep our platform running smoothly. You will help the QA team validate software releases and ensure a great customer experience.
You'll work closely across multi-functional development teams to help discover, recreate, and debug issues for new and existing software features. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to and grow our web automation.

Key job responsibilities
- Participate in the software development life cycle from beginning to end
- Create and execute test plans for existing products and features
- Work with development teams to define testing protocol for new features as they are designed and developed
- Provide additional cross functional test support for other team members

- Provide detailed bug reports to the Engineering Team using JIRA
- Create detailed documentation to share your product and feature knowledge across the QA team and eero organization
Basic Qualifications

Job Description:
+ Improve processes and test methodologies.
+ Define test strategies and test plans.
+ Create new test cases (manual and automated) to verify/validate new features and fixes.
+ Analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
+ Perform regression tests and analyze their results.
+ Identify, document, and report defects.
Requirements:
+ Complete Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical Engineering etc.

We're seeking an efficient ICQA Operations Manager to take ownership of our fulfillment center Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA). Our fulfillment centers sit at the heart of Amazon's rapidly growing operations network: they are where we manage our fast-moving inventory. In each fulfillment center, our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out; each of these groups have played their part in taking us where we are today.
These fulfillment centers are fast-paced and high reward environments, where adherence to policies and procedures is key. We need the right type of leader to ensure that we deliver as reliably as ever to our customers, while making sure our teams deliver on customer obsession.
Key job responsibilities
Your role and responsibilities as ICQA Area Manager:
- Support safety programs and compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates;
- Lead and supervise a team in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations within the Fulfilment Center;
- Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies, ensuring SOX compliance and consistency;
- Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy while providing proactive feedback to the operations management team;
- Identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions;
- Drive and support network-wide Fulfilment & Operations-focused quality initiatives;
- Manage in ICQA functions and drive team performance;
- Promote process improvements while developing your team's capabilities to keep pace with our rapid growth, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
