The Project Coordinator is an empowered project management role with full end-to-end responsibility to deliver specific Customer Network projects and implementations while controlling results and meeting agreed time, cost, and quality criteria to ensure Customer Satisfaction. This is an entry-level (Junior) position; however, it requires some Project Management experience.
When a Service Transition SLA (Service Level Agreement) applies, the PC is accountable for ensuring compliance with this SLA.
Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT), including preparation, organization, and execution, is managed by the PC. The PC may delegate the CAT execution to another PC but retains overall responsibility for the CAT in front of the customer.
The role of the PC is limited to Network Services (NS) and NS-adherent services as defined by the PC Competency Center. An interlock with CSI PM may be applicable for Multi-BU projects.
The PC is involved in the early stages of the bid process to support the account team in providing input to the customer proposal.
About YouRequirements:
- Degree in telecommunications, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMI PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner) or equivalent is desirable
- Familiarity with Orange Business Services Synergy Methodology is a plus
Experience:
- Project management experience in the telecom or IT industry managing external customer-facing projects
- Customer Service and Telecommunications experience highly desirable
- Previous involvement in network deployment projects

Project Performance & Delivery Assurance

People Leadership & Retention

Conflict Resolution & Mediation
Serve as a trusted mediator in resolving conflicts between Ubiminders and client teams.

In Order to Successfully Fill This Position, You Will Need:
Mandatory Skills:
Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese
Proven experience in project management, account management, or client success (preferably in tech, outsourcing, or staffing).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with software development environments is a plus but not mandatory.

The Product Group in Votorantim is responsible for the delivery of key projects in the region and globally, ensuring our customers receive the highest standards in quality, performance, and safety.
Role Purpose:
As Manager, Project Delivery, you will lead the execution of mining product orders, driving performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. You will establish streamlined processes, mitigate project risks, ensure financial and contractual compliance, and collaborate across supply chain, engineering, and service teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, on budget, and to scope. Ownership for effective establishment, integration, and management of the Industry Order Desk (IOD) of assigned product lines within the Global Product Business Line/ assigned portfolio (product or integration scope) according to contract requirements.
Establish process & procedure: In conjunction with the other IOD Managers, establish consistent processes and procedures for effective handling and execution of all orders within the Product Group/Location (wherever applicable); ensure Global Process and Tools usage and provide feedback (for improvement)
Drive productivity & effectiveness : Lead execution performance and drive productivity & effectiveness in project / order execution according to defined Product Group and/or overall business KPI´s. Ensure financial KPI’s are met for portfolio products’ projects / orders monthly & quarterly. Ensure transparency in workflow and status.
DIFOT: Deliver assigned projects/orders as per contractual obligation in terms of scope, quality, schedule and budget (DIFOT).
Key Responsibilities:

Working knowledge of ERP and project systems (SAP, Intelex, MS Project or similar)
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
Familiarity with mining processes and crushing/grinding technologies is an advantage

Job Description:
- Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, maintain good relationships with all stakeholders

Job Description
The Professional Services Project Manager will lead projects and programs as part of the delivery cycle, including handling all deployment resources and ensuring that all deliverables are met and delivered on-time and under budget. You will drive customer deployment projects including program, process initiatives, as well as partner with IT on systems and infrastructure processes.

Your Experience
- 10+ years related work experience or leading complex projects.

- Strong proficiency with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Clarizen, @task, or Liquid Planner
- Good presentation skills including written, oral, presentation (including Microsoft PowerPoint), and adaptive (multi-level)
- Good organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization
- Strong interpersonal skills including appreciation and the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
- Flexible to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines - able to promptly and expertly react to project adjustments and alterations
- Project Management Institute PMP(r) certification or equivalent a plus
- Experience with Google’s G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is a plus

We are currently seeking for an IT Project Manager to join our growing delivery team in Brazil .

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage cross-functional project teams;
- Coordinate and control team activities, including technical implementation tasks, process reengineering, and organizational change activities to achieve desired results;
- Prepare project execution plans and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, meet technical requirements, and achieve business objectives. Manage budget and schedule;
- Select, develop and leverage appropriate technical and business resources needed for successful project execution;
- Align the project team around the project’s visions, strategy, goals, methodology and business objectives;
- Manage project resources and external stakeholders such as subcontractors and service suppliers;
- Lead regular project reviews with external and internal stakeholders, including senior IT and business leaders;
- Coordinate and maintain program communications;
- Ensure project results are of the highest caliber, meeting technical and behavioral objectives, business case targets, and planned value;
What we are looking for:
- Projects Manager with +7 years of experience as IT Project Manager;
- Experience leading functional and technical teams to deliver IT solutions;
- Experience leading projects as a service provider;
- Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of work experience in IT Project management plus applicable schooling/certifications;
- Proficiency in English is mandatory ;
What would be a plus:
- Project Management certifications;
- Experience in managing projects in Retail context and/or experience with Oracle Retail suite of applications;
