Descrição Do Trabalho

We're Hiring: Lead, Strategic Project Delivery & PMO (Client Implementation)

We're looking for a
PMO Leader
to own our client implementation lifecycle and accelerate time-to-value for enterprise customers. This is a
critical, high-visibility role
reporting directly to the Executive Committee, where you'll merge hands-on Scrum Master duties with strategic PMO governance to ensure every project relentlessly moves toward a successful client go-live.

What you'll do:

  • Enforce accountability on project timelines, holding internal teams (including senior peers) to commitments.
  • Provide honest, data-backed progress reports and risk assessments to executive leadership.
  • Define and enforce PMO methodologies and Agile/Scrum best practices across all client implementations.
  • Resolve cross-functional conflicts and remove organizational blockers.
  • Drive value realization by ensuring every project accelerates client outcomes and adoption.
  • Oversee ERP, OMS, and e-commerce platform integrations from planning to execution and handover.
  • Coach team members on project ownership and proactive communication.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in senior
Project Management, PMO, or Product Owner roles
in SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise software implementations.
  • High assertiveness, confidence, and the courage to challenge stakeholders while defending client timelines.
  • Strong technical acumen with ERP systems, OMS, logistics, and multi-channel operations.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence — skilled at leading tough conversations and presenting to senior leadership.

Why you'll love this role:

  • High-impact role: prevent revenue loss by driving faster go-lives and client adoption.
  • Empowered to make decisions, enforce standards, and transform the implementation process.
  • Direct access to executive leadership with authority to drive meaningful change.
  • Opportunity to lead mission-critical SaaS/e-commerce client projects end-to-end.

If you're passionate about driving enterprise software implementations and thrive on accountability, leadership, and impact, we'd love to hear from you

Apply now or reach out to me directly if this sounds like your next step.
