Overview:

Responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of finished goods and materials planning. Core Responsibilities

  • Production Planning Management:
    • Ensure that the production planning of finished goods aligns with sales and forecast requirements.

  • Monitoring and Response to Production and Inventory Alerts:
    • Proactively manage potential disruptions by monitoring production and inventory alerts.
    • Coordinate with the S&OP team to ensure timely product availability.
  • Material Scheduling and Supplier Coordination:
    • Oversee the scheduling of material deliveries and ensure timely receipt from suppliers, aligning with production schedules and logistics capacities.
  • Cross-functional Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with teams across Supply Network Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Netops, Quality Logistics, and External Partners to enhance planning processes and implement supply network strategies.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis:
    • Monitor key performance indicators related to production planning.
    • Provide actionable insights to boost operational efficiency.
  • Master Data Accuracy and System-Driven Planning Execution:
    • Ensure systematic, data-driven planning is upheld 100% of the time.
    • Conduct regular quarterly reviews of master data to ensure consistency and accuracy in line with business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify and recommend improvements in the planning processes.
    • Provide insights to enhance production efficiency and inventory management.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, And Experience

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Engineering.
  • Professional Experience: Prior experience in Planning or Supply Chain roles.
  • Core Skills:
    • Proficient in communication and data analytics.
    • Intermediate English.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in SAP, Google Collaboration Tools (required)
    • DOMO, and other relevant digital tools (preferred)

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sr. Solution Specialist, you are the reference for the SAP PP&QM solution.

You define and establish target solution , starting from an initial conceptual vision and evolving into a more concrete solution specification. You make high-level design choices according to the business strategy; dictate the standards, guidelines, best practices, and patterns and identify impacts on the information system . You will have to understand business requirements, prepare or review specifications, work effectively with other functional and technical team members, make recommendations, and converge all requirements into one/several solutions.

When specifications are set and solutions defined, you will also ensure the delivery of the solution hand-in-hand with the rest of the team.

In this position, you will have three main roles covering a large scope of responsibilities:

You are the gatekeeper of the PP&QM and it integration with the rest of the ecosystem:

  • Understand the business needs and translate into a solution.
  • With other team members, you design cross processes flows.
  • Work closely and confidently with various departments.
  • You are ensuring maintenance and enhancement of your process.

You act as trusted partner for long term & continuous improvement:

  • Manage business relationship to define target priorities and business value.
  • Ensure communication and be responsible of oneself indicators (measurable KPIs).
  • Animate, inform, communicate, enhance, anticipate and perform with the other domains to ensure end-to-end design.

In this role you will:

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of MM • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems

In this role you will:

  • Work on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality specifically within the SAP MM
  • Responsible for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients
  • Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP
  • Work closely with the SAP Run Team in the prioritization, testing, and deployment of system change requests and/or providing support
  • Design and implement core functionalities of SAP MM including screen controls
  • Expertise in SAP MM or related functional

Job Descriptions:

  • Experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
  • Brazil TAX localization in pricing schema and nota fiscal.
  • Proven background in system integration and procurement processes.
  • Background experience in development of integration between SAP and legacy systems, integration with SAAS/Cloud systems (using webservices, API connections)
  • Technical knowledge about ABAP for debugging and investigating issues (ABAP knowledge for functional consultant)
  • Logistic background in SAP/LES - Logistic Execution System.
  • Background knowledge in purchase process - transfer orders, intercompany STO, consignment, warehouse.
  • Importation purchase process (with SONDA PWCE Knowledge will be preferred)
  • Paraguay and Peru TAX localization knowledge is a differential
  • English/Portuguese speaker is mandatory
  • S4 Hana Certification is a differential

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.
