The Technical Product Owner - Patient Solutions will support the development and enhancement of patient support programs by assisting in gathering requirements, coordinating with teams, and contributing to product improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities- Support Product Development: Assist in translating business needs into clear, well-defined user stories and requirements. Support the team in prioritizing tasks based on business value and feasibility.
- Backlog Assistance: Help maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring requirements are well-articulated and ready for development. Collaborate with team members to understand technical constraints and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across departments—including analytics, design, engineering, and user experience—to ensure alignment and smooth communication throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile Processes: Support the team in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and reviews. Help identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate smooth workflows.
- Data and Reporting: Assist in monitoring product performance metrics, preparing reports, and gathering insights to help inform decision-making and continuous enhancement efforts.
- Vendor Coordination: Support vendor interactions related to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring external partners are aligned with project goals.
- Continuous Learning: Stay engaged in industry and product trends, supporting team initiatives to improve processes and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a support role within product management, business analysis, project coordination, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with product backlogs is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset to interpret data and assess project implications.
- Effective communication skills; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- English conversational proficiency; Spanish language skills are desirable.
- Proven understanding of healthcare, digital solutions, or data analytics domains.
- Solid product management experience, with demonstrated ability to support product development lifecycle, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Summary
The client is seeking a Technical Product Owner to focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities critical to their platform security. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams, security experts, and business stakeholders to define, enhance, and deliver solutions that support authentication, authorization, and secure access to our digital products. You will own the refinement of product stories related to identity, authentication, and access control, ensuring seamless user experiences that meet the highest standards of security and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Become deeply familiar with client’s identity and access management systems and business requirements.
- Distill highly technical subject matter related to IAM into concepts easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Own and manage the product backlog for IAM-related initiatives, prioritizing development based on business needs and security requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to shape quarterly roadmaps that advance our identity and access control capabilities.
- Define and maintain detailed feature specifications for:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Partner with engineering and security teams to ensure successful delivery of identity-related features.

The Product Owner (PO) for the Revenue Management System (RMS) is responsible for shaping and delivering integrated solutions that support pricing, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization. This role involves managing initiatives that span data engineering, machine learning, and user-facing interfaces. In addition to gathering and managing business requirements, the PO will be responsible for overseeing the full delivery lifecycle to ensure successful execution from concept through release.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain a backlog of features and enhancements spanning data pipelines, predictive models, and RMS user interfaces.
Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to optimize pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed epics and user stories with clear descriptions, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Own the full delivery lifecycle of features and enhancements, ensuring timely execution, alignment with stakeholders, and readiness for deployment.
Collaborate with Data Engineering on requirements for data sourcing, integration, and quality.
Partner with Data Science to define, deploy, and iterate on ML models and pricing algorithms.
Align with UI/UX and front-end teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and planning sessions with business stakeholders.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and user adoption.
Ensure accurate documentation in Confluence and Jira for themes, epics, and tasks.
Coordinate with QA to validate features and ensure delivery meets requirements.
Promote continuous iteration based on stakeholder feedback and performance data.
Drive change management and support user training for new RMS features.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process and system changes.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE;
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end product ownership, product management, or delivery of data or optimization platforms.
- Experience working across Data Engineering, Data Science, and UI Development teams, as well with multiple stakeholders and brand Revenue Management teams.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments with cross-functional teams.
- Industry experience in cruise, travel, or enterprise data systems is a plus.

Requisitos:

- Ter atuado em um time que sustentou ou criou features relacionadas à fintechs / gateways de pagamento;
- Organização junto ao time, controles, prazos, acompanhamento das demandas que vem do time de produtos para dentro da TI - Conhecimento de Agilidade / Métodos de Gestão de Projetos para tocar ritos junto às squads
- Conhecimento de Produto para dar visibilidade de Road Map e interagir com time de produtos e fazer a interface com as squads (somente delivery, não há discovery)
- Sr. gerenciamento de projetos e liderança
- Comunicação com o c-level
- Experiência com gestão de múltiplos projetos
- Lidar com a área de governança
- Lidar com squads - Gestão de backlog, métodos de priorização, navegar entre time de Produtos e Squads Técnicas (ponto focal)
- Domínio com cronogramas e status report
