Responsabilidades / Responsibilities:
The incumbent main role is responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional projects that support the organization's strategic goals. This role ensures that strategic initiatives are executed effectively, on time, and within budget, while aligning with broader business objectives.
Key member to lead change management efforts and support organizational transformation initiatives, collaborating with senior local/regional/global leadership, function heads, and external partners.
Strategic Project Leadership
- Ensure projects are aligned with corporate strategy and business goals;
- Translate strategic projects into actionable project plans;
- Evaluate project proposals for strategic fit and feasibility.
Key Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria;
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations;
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively;
- Track project progress using KPIs and dashboards;
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies;
- Provide regular updates to executives and sponsors.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate with senior leadership and key stakeholders (Brazil, LA, BSAM, BSJ);
- Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder needs are met;
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts;
- Communicate forecast changes and implications to stakeholders.

Qualificações / Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or its equivalent with business management related discipline would be preferred
- 7–10+ years of experience in project management, strategy, or consulting
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Must be proficient in both writing and speaking in English. Spanish would have added advantage

- Success in driving change, achieving targets and working across the different functions and teams
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and business levers
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of onshore and offshore projects, ensuring alignment with client and corporate objectives;
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning;
- Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time and on-quality delivery;
- Manage project risks, cost control, and stakeholder communications across all phases;

Resumo do cargo:
Responsável sobre o Gerenciamento na Execução dos Contratos de SYSS, principalmente relacionados com Sistemas de Automação. Atua na iniciação, planejamento, execução, encerramento, controle e monitoramento das atividades do projeto, além de controle financeiro e manejo de metodologias de reconhecimento: POC, MD e CC.
Nesse cargo, suas responsabilidades serão:
- Iniciação, planejamento, execução, encerramento, controle e monitoramento das atividades do projeto;
- Comunicação principal com o cliente e a equipe (reuniões de transferência e kick-off meeting);
- Desenvolver e elaborar o Plano de Execução do Projeto;
- Desenvolver o Plano de Comunicação - Matriz;
- Desenvolver o Plano de Qualidade do Projeto;
- Desenvolver o plano de segurança e HSE;
- Controle financeiro: previsão de receita, faturamento, controle de custos e estoque;
- Manejo de metodologias de reconhecimento: POC, MD e CC;
- Gerenciamento de contratos / T&C dos contratos e/ou pedidos de compra;
- Manter e controlar o GP do projeto de acordo com a linha de base estabelecida;

Job Description:
- Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Work closely with HQ Project team to maintain and implement global standardized solutions and frameworks for IT services
- Translate business IT requirements into technical requirements precisely. Drive full-scale infrastructure project proposal with the technical team and HQ team to present to management
- Define resource allocation, project scope, roles and responsibilities and project timeline
- Drive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project delivery. Review and report to stakeholders regularly as a timely update
- Identify and address problems that arise with the project team. Decide alternatives/work-around in time to ensure project deliverables still meet expectations
- Ensure UAT/SIT acceptable from project personnels and report to stakeholders on project outcomes to conduct proper project closure and handover to operation phase
