Sobre o cargo:
Buscamos um(a) Analista de Projetos Júnior com experiência no uso do Primavera P6 e do MS Project para apoiar no planejamento e o controle de projetos complexos. Você será peça-chave no elo entre a direção de projeto e a execução, garantindo a rastreabilidade documental e a visibilidade do avanço físico dos projetos.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Atualizar e controlar cronogramas detalhados em Primavera P6 e Microsoft Project, alinhados à EAP e marcos contratuais.
• Gerar e analisar curvas S, histogramas e lookaheads semanais/mensais.
• Controlar caminho crítico, prazos e impactos de desvios.
• Apoiar o gerente de projetos com dashboards, relatórios e atas.
• Manter a organização e o versionamento da documentação técnica e administrativa (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Participar de reuniões técnicas, atualizando cronogramas conforme decisões registradas.

Requisitos:

• Formação técnica ou superior em Engenharia, Gestão de Projetos, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
• Domínio de Primavera P6 (obrigatório) e MS Project (avançado).
• Excelência no pacote Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint e Outlook.
• Experiência mínima de 2 anos com planejamento de obras ou projetos industriais.
• Conhecimento em EAP-WBS, curvas S, controle físico financeiro e reprogramações.

Zin om na te denken over vernieuwde uitvoeringsmethodes en planning?

• Je komt in aanraking met alle facetten van het bouwproces, wat een ideale voorbereiding is om door te groeien binnen deze afdeling of een andere job binnen ons bedrijf (werfleiding, projectleiding, design manager, Bim key user,…).
• Je werkt nauw samen met het begrotingsteam in aanbestedingsfase van zowel gebouwen als infrastructuurwerken.
• Daarnaast werk je een plan van aanpak uit met de daarbij horende uitvoeringsmethodes en planningen (uitvoeringsplanning, manpower,…)
• Voor werken in uitvoering zet je dit alles om in de praktijk: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en verfijnen van werkplannen, voorbereiden van aankopen en het assisteren van de verschillende werven in hun dagelijkse activiteiten (coördinatie van onderaannemers).

• Je behaalde jouw master of bachelor diploma bouwkunde zodat je voldoende technisch onderlegd bent.
• Enige ervaring als werkvoorbereider of werfleider is een pluspunt.
• Je brengt structuur aan in jouw werk en organiseert de taken op een efficiënte en nauwkeurige manier.
• Je bent enthousiast, denkt probleemoplossend en hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.

We are seeking a Utilities & Facilities Planning Engineer to join our Facilities Planning Division under Support Facilities Planning Department. The Facilities Planning Division is responsible for providing development of Saudi Aramco Capital Program, long term plans that focus on value creation and optimal options for capital projects, as well as front-end planning.

As a Utilities & Facilities Planning Engineer your primary role is to lead the development of business case evaluation, master planning, projects design basis scoping, and conduct special techno-economic studies to identify new capital investment opportunities.

• Develop non-electrical utilities Capital Projects from feasibility assessment to full funding, including scope of work development, economic justification and alternatives assessment, and value improvement.
• Lead the Integrated Project Team (IPT) during the study and scoping phases of the project.
• Develop the non-electrical utilities scope for major crude, gas, and refining, and chemical programs.
• Conduct engineering studies to establish project business case and economic viability.
• Assess the feasible alternatives for capital projects and perform economic evaluations to identify optimal project solutions.
• Perform project specification review during the details engineering phase to ensure economic design and conformance with Design Basis Scoping Papers.
• Develop executive level briefings, memos, presentations and documents on capital investment and other special study items.
• Mentor Utilities Planning engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Advanced degrees are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 20-year experience in non-electrical utilities systems technologies, scope development, design, economics and execution, including at least 5 years in business case evaluation and assessment for various non-electrical utilities systems, leadership of major engineering studies and design packages.
• Experience of oil, gas, and chemical processes and industry.
• Knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, Codes, Standards and Specifications.
• You will be able to demonstrate development of strategies and feasibility studies for the upgrade or replacement of installed systems.
