Position Summary:
The role is responsible for supporting the local execution of marketing activities in Brazil, with a focus on execution of strategic initiatives for the business outlined in our commitments, looking in details to the portfolio management. POSITION OVERVIEW

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints. This role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful implementation of IT solutions that align with business objectives. Responsável por acompanhar os eventos relacionados a manutenção e operação da infraestrutura dos prédios industriais e data centers, atuando em plantão.

Principais atividades

• Avaliar e monitorar todos os indicadores de eficiência operacional que envolvem consumo de franquias e investimentos (Field);
• Suportar e direcionar equipes regionais em mapeamentos de planos de ações estratégicos de eficiência operacional;
• Monitorar fechamento mensal das preventivas, franquias, penalidades e bonificações aplicadas;
• Apresentar indicadores internos e ações estratégicas para melhorar performance do processo;
• Direcionar os planos de ação das áreas Field para novos investimentos;
• Conduzir reuniões com fornecedores para alinhamento de entregas e atualização de registros;
• Desenvolver soluções buscando a automação de processos;
• Priorizar e direcionar uso de franquias FAT A e B de Preventiva;
• Difundir conhecimento por meio de treinamento "on the job training".

Requisitos e qualificações

• Superior completo preferencialmente em Engenharia de Produção, Telecomunicação, ou similares;
• Conhecimento em Gestão de projetos;
• Conhecimento avançado em Excel e PowerBi;
• Conhecimento em Planejamento de recursos e capacidade;
• Conhecimento em Gestão de equipes e comunicação operacional;
• Experiência em Controle e Qualidade;
• Experiência em Ciclo S&op;
• Experiência em Reports diários PBI;
• Experiência em Planejamento de equipes;
• Experiência em Análise de KPI´s de controle e elaboração de ações para correção dos desvios.

Regime de trabalho

• Modelo de trabalho hibrido (3x presencial e 2x remoto), 2ª a 6ª no horário comercial
