Job Summary:

We're looking for driven, self-motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic sales environments. In this role, you'll help promote and sell our all-in-one Data Recovery and Backup software solutions. Strong communication skills in both Spanish and Portuguese are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for revenue in the assigned territory and accounts
  • Engage and interlock with channel partners, new prospects, and existing customers
  • Use Salesforce CRM to contact prospective customers and reach marketing prospects qualified by our sales development organization
  • Generate new prospects and opportunities via phone and email, discussing their needs and how our products and services can meet them
  • Engage with strategic Channel Partners in your territory to grow revenues and client engagement
  • Collaborate with partner account managers to expand channel presence and relationships within your geography
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, leveraging our 25-year history in data protection to grow revenues
  • Gain and maintain access to decision makers and end users in prospective client companies
  • Maintain lead, account, and forecast records in Salesforce
  • Develop a solid understanding of Arcserve products and stay up to date on industry trends, competitive developments, and internal portfolio advancements
  • Achieve revenue targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Travel within the LATAM region as needed (up to 30%).


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience to meet the essential functions of the position
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the technology sector
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working alongside Channel Partners
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Work with the Channel Sales team and partner community to create a pipeline through indirect engagements

What You Will Bring

What You Will Do
  • Generate Mid-Market & Enterprise accounts sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecasting pipeline
  • Develop a strategy for the territory assigned
  • Achieve agreed quarterly sales goals through management of the sales process to the closure of the sale, driving high renewal rate and cross-sell opportunities in the territory
  • Engage with customers to understand their business pain points, priorities, and business drivers to align Sophos solutions to customer’s desired outcomes.
  • Work with the Channel Sales team and partner community to create a pipeline through indirect engagements
  • Collaborate with sales engineering and channel partners throughout the sales cycle to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and high adoption of Sophos technology
What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years in a sales role working with end users or channel partners and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Understanding the mid-market business sales cycle, buyer personas, decision-making processes, and how to successfully navigate them
  • Exceptional opportunity discovery and deal qualification skills, value proposition presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Customer-centric orientation with the ability to build relationships via email, telephone, and in person
