As Quality Control Analyst you will guarantee and assure that company’s products (hydraulic components and systems) and the materials used in manufacturing them meet the required standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality for customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on the appropriateness of data for release.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet predefined quality standards and specifications.
- Collect and document data from quality tests, inspections, and audits, and maintain accurate records of quality control processes.
- Perform visual inspections of finished products and provide assistance to production staff in terms of quality control procedures.
- Identify and analyze any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities in the finished products or processes, and collaborate with relevant teams to amend these issues.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management and relevant stakeholders on the results of quality control tests.
- Provide guidance to production and quality control staff on quality standards, testing procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Lead the creation of quality documents within scope of customer projects (Industrial Pumps and Auxiliary Systems).
- Lead plant's ISO audits and Customer Quality audits with support from corporate's quality team.
- Unroll company´s global Quality Managment System into Ruhrpumpen Jundiai plant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering areas (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
- Experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control for Industrial plants in Brazil
- Languages: Conversational English is a must, Spanish proficiency is desirable.
- IT systems: Office Package & CAD viewing (drawings interpretation) necessary, PowerBI tools are desirable.

The Product Specialist for Leica Biosystems is responsible for supporting marketing strategies and product lifecycle management.
This position is part of the Marketing located in São Paulo/Capital and will be on-site with presence at customers office as well. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the Marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager Latam responsible for support Marketing and product lifecycle, as well working in close collaboration with the Sales and Global teams, the professional combines technical, scientific, and market knowledge to ensure product success, contributing to sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction. In this role, your main responsibilities are:
+ Technical and scientific support: Provide technical training to direct and indirect sales teams, as well as field support. Presentations to strategic customers may be required.
+ Technical communication and marketing: Develop, review, and adapt technical and scientific materials for campaigns, publications, and internal use, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
+ Demonstrations and events: Conduct demonstrations and workshops for customers and during scientific events, highlighting the technological differentiators of the products.
+ Customer and KOL relations: Visit strategic customers and key opinion leaders to monitor customer satisfaction, report improvement opportunities, and collaborate with the global team on product updates. Support evidence generation.

Senior Product Operations Analyst
to join our
Merchant Operation Strategy
team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for
developing and implementing innovative strategies
that enhance dispatch efficiency, improve merchant performance, and strengthen brand competitiveness.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize order dispatch based on meal preparation time;

Evaluate user feedback, conduct research, and incorporate insights to enhance the experience of

Work directly with merchants and riders to understand their needs and challenges;

+ Train and develop Stryker customers and employees to support MAKO business growth and market penetration.
+ Launch new account across in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais.
+ Serve as a MAKO clinical expert and provide product clinical support and guidance to customers. Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use in conjunction with the company's Robotic Arm, assists surgeon in preoperative robotic procedure surgical planning.
+ Actively sell the clinical benefits of the products, and build strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and Theatre staff at Stryker accounts.
+ Mentor and certify new local MPS's by delivering on job training and guidance following company's policies.
+ Support the development and delivery of training and education programs for Stryker employees and regional customers on MAKO products.
+ Collaborate with regional training teams in communications and negotiations with government and professional bodies to ensure the accreditation of courses as needed.
+ Support regional sales and marketing efforts through the delivery of road-show product demonstrations and participation in local and regional marketing and clinical conferences. Provide potential customers with opportunity to experience product in use and explain its clinical value.
**What you need-**
**Required:**
+ Technical Degree and/or bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Surgical Instrumentalist, or other Healthcare related areas.
+ Fluency in English.
+ Experience in the hospital and surgical environment.
+ Previous experience providing clinical and surgical support in the Operating Room, including guidance for surgeons and clinical staff.
+ Available for travel and flexible work schedule.
