Principais Responsabilidades
Gestão de Pessoas e Liderança
- Conduzir o "xadrez" de lideranças: contratação, promoção, movimentações e sucessão de gerentes de loja.
- Desenvolver, treinar e engajar líderes de unidade, garantindo equipes de alto desempenho, alinhadas à cultura e propósito da marca.
- Atuar como mentor e multiplicador de boas práticas operacionais.
Excelência Operacional
- Realizar visitas de campo com aplicação de checklists, garantindo padronização de processos, higiene, segurança alimentar e qualidade do atendimento.
- Implementar e monitorar planos de ação corretivos para desvios operacionais.
- Acompanhar gestão de escalas, banco de horas e disciplina de jornada, assegurando produtividade e conformidade trabalhista.
- Acompanhar e otimizar performance do delivery, garantindo SLAs de tempo e qualidade.

Gestão Financeira e de Resultados
- Controlar e otimizar o
CMV (Custo de Mercadoria Vendida)
, assegurando rentabilidade das unidades. - Monitorar indicadores-chave de performance (vendas, ticket médio, margem, NPS, turnover) e propor ações de melhoria contínua.
- Apoiar na gestão de inventário, compras e giro de estoque, com foco em redução de perdas.
Requisitos técnicos:
- Experiência consolidada em gestão de operações no segmento de
restaurantes, fast food ou varejo de alimentação
. - Formação superior completa (Administração, Engenharia, Gastronomia ou áreas correlatas). MBA será considerado diferencial.
- Forte capacidade de liderança, comunicação e desenvolvimento de equipes.
- Visão analítica e orientação para resultados, com habilidade em gestão de indicadores e finanças operacionais.
- Capacidade de atuar no detalhe do dia a dia operacional, sem perder a visão estratégica da rede.

Responsabilidades
- Supervisionar a operação de múltiplas unidades na região (Soracaba, Campinas e Região)
- Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, metas de venda, qualidade e satisfação do cliente
- Garantir a aplicação dos padrões da marca e dos processos operacionais
- Atuar na gestão de equipe: seleção, treinamento, desenvolvimento e clima organizacional
- Apoiar no onboarding de novas unidades e na estruturação da equipe local
- Ser ponte entre a matriz administrativa e as operações regionais
- Solucionar conflitos, propor melhorias e garantir a performance das cafeterias
- Realizar visitas técnicas e auditorias internas com regularidade
Requisitos
- Experiência anterior como supervisor(a) ou gerente de operação no varejo, food service ou franquias

Why This Role MattersAs the Head of Media Sales for our QSR vertical you will lead Azira's sales strategy for the QSR and restaurant sectors across North America. You will drive growth by leveraging Azira's media buying suite, enabling brands to harness location intelligence for smarter marketing, increased foot traffic, and measurable ROI. In this strategic leadership role, you will own Media Services for the QSR and restaurant categories within Azira , working cross-functionally with teams to create tailored solutions that deliver lasting impact for our clients. This high-visibility, high-impact, individual contributor position is essential to Azira's growth in this important vertical.
What You'll Do- Lead and execute Azira's go-to-market strategy for the QSR and restaurant verticals across North America, from planning to closing deals
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of QSR and restaurant brands and agency partners, with a focus on expanding relationships at local, regional, and national levels
- Conduct discovery sessions with senior stakeholders, craft tailored pitches, and develop proposals that align Azira's solutions with client business objectives
- Close complex, enterprise-level deals with top-tier QSR and restaurant brands, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams - Product, Marketing, and Executive leadership - to create innovative, category-specific solutions for QSR clients
- Serve as Azira's voice within the QSR and restaurant sectors, gathering market intelligence and providing insights on customer needs, competitive trends, and opportunities for growth
- Represent Azira at major industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand awareness and drive new business
- Share best QSR industry practices and contribute to the professional development of the broader Sales team
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of successfully selling to the QSR and restaurant sectors—ideally with experience both on the brand-side and agency-side. Deep, hands-on knowledge of the QSR and fast-casual industries is essential. If you don't have a strong command of this space, this role is not the right fit for you.
- Bonus : Expertise in programmatic media, audience segmentation, location-based targeting, and media buying strategies
- Bonus : Familiarity with CDPs, foot traffic attribution, and measurement tools in a marketing context
- A consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach with a history of closing high-value, complex deals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear, strategic value propositions for clients
- Strong leadership and self-motivation, with a deep attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- A collaborative team player who thrives on building relationships cross-functionally and externally
