Main responsibilities
A Área de Operações nasce como um pilar essencial para a maturidade da DOJO, com o propósito de trazer visão, estrutura e inteligência para o funcionamento da agência. Mais do que apenas organizar processos, essa área tem o papel de traduzir nossa operação em dados concretos e critérios claros, que permitam decisões mais estratégicas, sustentáveis e alinhadas aos nossos objetivos de crescimento. Com uma atuação transversal, ela conecta áreas, equilibra capacidades, protege a qualidade das entregas e assegura a viabilidade financeira dos projetos.
Como será o dia a dia:
- Criar, atualizar e manter os fluxos e painéis operacionais (status de entregas, SLAs, produtividade, etc.);
- Acompanhar a capacidade dos times x demandas recebidas, sinalizando sobrecargas e gargalos;
- Consolidar dados de horas por projeto e apoiar a estruturação de relatórios táticos para a liderança da área;
- Auxiliar na aplicação e no cumprimento dos processos padronizados;
- Participar dos ritos operacionais quando necessário (kick-offs, follow-ups, reuniões de status);
- Promover o uso correto das ferramentas de gestão e sugerir ajustes operacionais;
- Apoiar o time no cumprimento dos cronogramas e na organização da documentação de projetos.
Requirements and skills
- Experiência anterior em agências de publicidade, digitais ou de conteúdo ;
- Vivência com times multidisciplinares (ex: creators, mídia paga, produção audiovisual);
- Familiaridade com ambientes de alta demanda e prazos apertados ;
- Noções de branding, mídia e conteúdo digital ;

Your new role
Responsible for ensuring that all revenue in Latam is entered and executed with minimal errors. Responsible for the inventory of the channels and the optimization of revenue within all platforms both linear and nonlinear. Work closely with the Ad Sales management as well as Media Planning to understand the strategy of both Ad Sales and Content and work with both teams to ensure revenue with minimal impact to ratings. Work with Ad Sales by providing superior customer service and finding solutions in order help reach the company’s financial objectives.
Your role accountabilities:
Managing a team in all aspects including understanding all negotiations, making sure the team has the right tools to executive its work accurately, and provide support to ensure the accuracy of all revenue booked in the system. Appropriately balance and distribute workload among resources, raise performance bar, clearly communicate responsibilities and empower staff to complete their tasks, while holding them accountable for their output.
Work closely with Ad Sales to understand their key objectives and provide solutions to meet those objectives. Daily monitoring of inventory and adjust inventory levels to balance revenue optimization as well as ratings; making sure the audience has the best experience.
Liaison between Ad Sales, Programming, Strategic Planning to understand any complex negotiations that require coordination between all teams for flawless execution. Communicate daily with the regions and external sales representatives on status of accounts. Provide excellent customer service to the regions, clients, or external sales reps
Maintain a current understanding of dept system/s functionalities and challenges/gaps to effectively propose areas for system/s and process improvement / automation.
Expected to fully understand legal and business imposed regional market regulations, requirements, and expectations with regards to the overall structure, use of breaks and minutage for assigned region. Understanding and adhering to all SOX controls.
Qualification & Experiences:
College degree or equivalent required
Intermediate English
Experience preferably in television environment or operations with experience in leading teams.
Other nice to have:
Spanish
Leading teams in other regions

Primary purpose of the position:
Responsible for leading efforts to analyze and define detailed specifications for business systems that align with business processes and IT strategy. Acts as a technical expert driving solution delivery through requirements analysis, design, and implementation. Essential Responsible Areas:
- Leads efforts to elicit future systems requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis to analyze, design and implementation business solutions for complex business problems.
- Partner with business analysts and respective cross-functional business groups (e.g. Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to elicit functional and non-functional requirements
- Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (functional requirements (business requirements document), use cases, GUI, screen and interface designs).
- Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative business solutions that challenges the business on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
- Participate in defining the integration between proposed development projects and existing systems, software and hardware.
- Ensures that systems and application designs adhere to standards and reflect the architecture appropriately.
- Collaborates with other divisions IT leads as well as other stakeholders to align solution in support of the business’ tactical and strategic plans. Aligns IT goals with business needs.
- Researches emerging technologies and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness, improve flexibility or better support business requirements.

Professional & Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
- Experience implementing solutions for complex systems supporting business processes.
- Experience in driving software and technology solutions in large, complex organizations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects to drive business improvements
- Experience in driving process and technology re-engineering using industry practices e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, COBIT, ITIL, CMMi.

- Ability to be flexible about project changes and dynamically mitigate risks in the moment with mid-course corrective action
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
