Position Overview
- This role calls for someone with solid leadership skills and the ability to bring teams together and keep things running smoothly, even under pressure. You should be well-organized, able to juggle priorities, and comfortable working independently while following direction from remote teams. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operation, guiding the team in incident response and resolution
- Manage daily planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing across the team
- Responsible for supporting the selection, recruitment, onboarding, performance and continuous training of NOC analysts
- Monitor team performance and drive improvements through individual development and process refinement
- Coordinate communication between local teams, service management, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with procedures and consistency in incident documentation and escalation
- Lead coordination during critical incidents, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Willing to work hands-on alongside the team, actively participating in daily operations
- Maintain situational awareness of ongoing incidents and service impacts
- Serve as the primary local point of contact, working in coordination with the central NOC management team.
- Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on experience with CORE/RAN networks and telecom protocols such as SS7, MAP, SIP, CAP, ISUP, and DIAMETER
- Solid understanding of mobile network architecture and service delivery
- Proven ability to coordinate complex incidents involving multiple systems and teams
- Familiarity with IoT ecosystems and network monitoring tools is an advantage
- Experience in a 24/7 NOC environment, including team coordination

Main responsibilities
Responsável por realizar a manutenção e operação especializada em sistemas de rede móvel.
Principais atividades
- Realizar a manutenção e operação de nível especializado de rede e serviços em elementos na redede competência;
- Analisar e executar as demandas de configuração (MOP), resolver problemas de complexidademédia e alta e tratar tickets de corretiva dos elementos da rede de competência;
- Realizar aceitação de novos elementos de rede e novos serviços (ATP e PQR);

- Create PoC configurations and setups to address specific client needs, documenting implementation and testing results for validation.
- Assist clients in configuring and optimizing VyOS deployments, providing tailored advice to meet their specific networking needs.
- Conduct initial debugging and troubleshooting, utilizing tools such as tcpdump, Wireshark, and system logs to identify root causes of issues.
- Develop simple scripts, patches, or configurations as required to resolve client-reported issues or support client-specific use cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and network engineers, to facilitate the resolution of complex or escalated issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents reported by clients, delivering detailed reports to internal stakeholders for resolution or improvement.
- Provide detailed and structured feedback to internal teams on recurring client issues, suggesting improvements in features or usability.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a network support role
- CCNP Certification required

- Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco network devices
- Experience with Next Gen Firewalls, Cisco ISE, and wireless technologies
- Knowledge of routing protocols, LAN switching, and TCP/IP protocol suite
- Experience with network security practices
- Experience with firewall cloud services, Zscaler preferred

- Realizar diagnóstico, troubleshooting e correção de falhas em equipamentos Cisco (roteadores, switches, Access Points e WLC).
- Monitorar e analisar o desempenho da rede utilizando ferramentas de Observabilidade como ThousandEyes, entre outras.
- Garantir documentação técnica atualizada dos ambientes e procedimentos.
- Cumprir os SLA’s e escalar chamados quando necessário.
- Apoiar na instalação e substituição de equipamentos de rede no local.
- Formação técnica ou superior em Redes, TI, Engenharia, ou áreas correlatas.
- Certificação CCNP
- Experiência comprovada de no mínimo 03 anos em suporte técnico com equipamentos Cisco
- Domínio de protocolos e tecnologias: VLAN, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ACLs, HSRP, DHCP, NAT, TCP/IP.
- Inglês intermediário para interação com fabricante
- Proatividade e senso de urgência.
- Boa comunicação e postura profissional para lidar diretamente com o cliente.
- Espírito colaborativo e foco em soluções.
- Experiência com automação de redes (Python, Ansible).
- Noções de cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experiência com Redes SDN
