A pessoa ideal será responsável por apoiar a sustentação, manutenção e otimização de ambientes MongoDB, atuando junto ao time de banco de dados para garantir a disponibilidade, segurança e performance das instâncias.

Responsabilidades:

1. Auxiliar no monitoramento, manutenção e tuning de bancos de dados MongoDB.
2. Apoiar a execução de rotinas de backup e restore.
3. Realizar atividades de troubleshooting, identificando e resolvendo incidentes com suporte do time mais experiente.
4. Automatizar tarefas operacionais e documentar procedimentos técnicos.
5. Participar de projetos de migração, atualização e configuração de instâncias MongoDB.
6. Garantir boas práticas de segurança, integridade e disponibilidade dos dados.
7. Colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento e infraestrutura para suporte a aplicações e melhorias de performance.

Requisitos:

• Experiência prévia com MongoDB, em ambiente on-premises ou cloud.
• Conhecimento básico em replicação, sharding e indexação.
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento (ex: MongoDB Ops Manager, Zabbix, etc.).
• Noções de backup lógico (mongodump/mongorestore) e físico.
• Experiência com shell script ou outra linguagem de automação.
• Conhecimentos de Linux.

Diferenciais:

• Experiência com MongoDB Atlas.
• Certificação MongoDB.
• Conhecimentos em outras tecnologias como MySQL e PostgreSQL.

Job Duties

We are looking for a Senior Developer who will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of our web application solutions. The candidate must have a strong background in Java (using Springboot) and MongoDB. Ideally they will have at least a basic understanding and experience developing a backend for a Typescript/JavaScript front-end.
