Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of search strategies and participate in client kick-off meetings.
  • Conduct industry research, company mapping and candidate headhunting .
  • Assess and qualify senior candidates, contributing to shortlists and client updates .
  • Conduct in-depth interviews in partnership with the Partner/Principal.
  • Guide candidates throughout the interview process , ensuring an excellent experience.
  • Present candidates and market insights confidently in client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate, high-quality data in the proprietary database.
  • Build and nurture a long-term candidate network within your industry specialisation.

Skills & Experience

  • Background in recruitment (contingency or executive search experience ideal).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (fluency required).
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the confidence to engage senior-level professionals .
  • Enjoys sales, research, and market analysis, with strong report writing skills .
  • Confident, professional, and able to present information clearly and persuasively.
