The Role
As a Delivery Consultant , you’ll play a vital role in supporting the successful completion of executive search assignments. Working closely with a Partner or Principal, you will be part of the core delivery team, ensuring outstanding experiences for both candidates and clients .
This is a career-defining opportunity to work on international search projects, develop your research and client delivery skills, and build long-term professional relationships in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of search strategies and participate in client kick-off meetings.
- Conduct industry research, company mapping and candidate headhunting .
- Assess and qualify senior candidates, contributing to shortlists and client updates .
- Conduct in-depth interviews in partnership with the Partner/Principal.
- Guide candidates throughout the interview process , ensuring an excellent experience.
- Present candidates and market insights confidently in client meetings.
- Maintain accurate, high-quality data in the proprietary database.
- Build and nurture a long-term candidate network within your industry specialisation.
Skills & Experience
- Background in recruitment (contingency or executive search experience ideal).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (fluency required).
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the confidence to engage senior-level professionals .
- Enjoys sales, research, and market analysis, with strong report writing skills .
- Confident, professional, and able to present information clearly and persuasively.
