Description
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
We are looking for an experienced AWS Sales Account Manager focused on Financial Services Industry (FSI) accounts.
The candidate should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an account coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets. The candidate should possess both a sales and technical background that enables him or her to drive engagement at the CXO at LoB level as well as with CIO, software developers, IT architects, and other customer executives.
Successful candidates will have executive level experience in leading, defining, designing and deploying enterprise level strategic solutions in the FSI domain
In this role, the candidate will work with a small set of large FSI customers, where a prescriptive and in-depth approach is required. The ability to understand complex business requirements and provide tailored solutions is crucial.
The AWS FSI Account Manager will be a strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments and has very strong communication, writing and presentation skills. Additionally, the ability to work with extended teams and coordinate their efforts is essential for success in this role.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets;
- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers;
- Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically;
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS;
- Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy;
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement;
- Solid skills working with partners to manage joint selling opportunities;
- Assist FSI customer in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Amazon Web Services as well as best practices implementations;
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key FSI accounts.

Job Description
Role Purpose
Senior Business Process Consultants (BPCs) build trusted, long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional consulting and managing end-to-end process improvements. Leveraging domain expertise, they contribute to early process design with technical consultants, gather requirements through workshops, and translate them into functional specifications. They analyze workflows for process improvements, implement automation, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver agreed results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead less complex and smaller teams than Principal Business Process Consultants, acting as the functional solution lead.
- Focus on specializing in 1-2 ServiceNow offerings, positioning for career advancement.
- Translate complex business requirements into configuration needs, author user stories for agile development, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, share insights with product teams, and lead best practices.
- Coach and mentor junior team members (BPC and Associate BPC) on solutioning, building expertise, and project challenges as they arise.
- Share learnings and new practices across the BPC community.

At Amazon, we are working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive our Latin America Partner Management strategy. The ideal candidate will lead relationships with key vendors, third-party service providers, and strategic partners to ensure operational excellence and compliance in alignment with Financial Services regulations. This role requires a combination of strong partnership management, analytical capabilities, and strategic leadership skills to optimize our partner's operations and drive an efficient business growth.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Management & Operations
- Own and optimize the partners (vendors) workstream for Financial Services operations, aligning with Amazon's business goals, regulatory requirements, and operations standards
- Support with partner selection and on-boarding, establishing operational framework, SLAs, relationship and incidents management processes, including crisis management and escalations
- Develop, implement and monitor partner policies, joint procedures, and performance metrics while making data-driven recommendations for improvements to senior management
Cross-functional Leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact between partners and internal stakeholders including Risk, Product Strategy, Business Operations, Customer Experience and Technical teams
- Support the implementation of new partner initiatives and integration projects
- Coordinate with Legal and Business Development teams on partner selection, contract management and compliance

You'll be pioneering the development of our partner management framework for Financial Services operations. Your days will focus on managing strategic relationships with services partners, and other technology vendors. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders like Risk, Product, Legal, Operations, and other. teams to establish partner selection criteria, performance metrics, and governance frameworks.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineer, Tech or related field
- 8+ years of relevant Program Management experience
- Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Portuguese (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Financial Services, credit payments or Fintech regulations
- Previous experience in launching and scaling products across Latin America
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)

The Customer Financial Services team is a fast-paced team, playing an integral role within the company. Based in São Paulo, the team is responsible for the whole LatAm and Central America region.
What is in it for you?
You will be responsible for ensuring the collection of aged receivables, receipt of invoices and timely application of payments.
You will work alongside internal departments to answer client queries and bringing them to a resolution.
You will work alongside our New York billing team to resolve pricing issues and invoice disputes, as well as attend regular team meetings with Sales to build strong working relationships and identify key areas for improvement.

- Maintain positive relationships with our customers by providing excellent service.
- Be accountable for a sizable collections portfolio and meet specific, targeted goals related to the aging of open receivables.
- Be responsible for reconcile payments, process tax certificates, credits, customer refunds and write-offs.
- Collaborate with our internal Sales, Contracts, Installations and Billing Teams in order to resolve outstanding issues.

- Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience.
- Ability to multi-task, trouble-shoot and solve complex problems while utilizing multiple system interfaces and addressing a high volume of work within a fast-paced environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Principal and working closely with the Mastercard AI team, the Senior Managing Consultant, AI Strategy will spearhead AI-driven consulting engagements for clients-especially card issuers and other financial services organizations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and business strategists to develop long term strategies to build AI solutions and implement AI solutions that transform how clients approach analytics, automation, and value generation.
