The Marketing and Communications team at ClimateWorks Foundation has a key role to play in building awareness, generating funder interest, and promoting philanthropic collaborations that can help end the climate crisis. We’re a quickly growing team of 14, working to expand the organization’s impact, outreach, and engagement to funders, partners, and grantees globally.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an executive assistant to perform a variety of administrative functions in support of our team. Key responsibilities will include managing calendars and meetings, supporting contract processing, assisting with expense management, and making travel arrangements. With rapid growth in our communications activities, we’ll look to the executive assistant to contribute to a variety of communications projects and assist with project management. You will be an essential part of our team’s work to establish ClimateWorks as a leading global partner to philanthropy for driving big outcomes on climate. To be successful in this role, you will be well-organized, self-directed, have great time management skills, and strong follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the senior director’s calendar, handle business communications, provide support services and help prioritize demands on her time. Recommend appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Manage expense reporting, including receipt gathering, monthly expense report filing, and online approvals for department expenses.
- Help with budget preparation and management, including quarterly reporting and ensuring costs are appropriately tagged and allocated within accounting systems.
- Schedule cross-team/cross-org meetings with both internal and external attendees.
- Support team meetings: help build agendas, distribute background information, and take and distribute notes as needed.
- Provide logistics support for in-office and hybrid events and meetings, such as quarterly team retreats and cross-team meetings, which may include preparing materials, ordering meals, assisting with conference room AV, and helping manage hybrid/remote participation.
- Assist with the vendor contracting process: working with our team, vendors, and the CWF contracts team to establish and renew contracts in a timely manner.
- Work with the CWF accounts payables team on vendor invoices and payments as needed.
- In coordination with CWF travel agent, assist team with travel arrangements: flights, hotels, ground transportation, and any needed logistics. Provide travel documents as needed.
- Maintain the department calendar to avoid conflicts in scheduling of events and workstreams.
- Work with corporate communications team to develop the monthly updates of communications activities across ClimateWorks.
- Help produce outbound emails, including newsletters and other content promotion, using Pardot email automation software.
- Provide project assistance to marketing and communications team members. Review communications, presentations and documents for accuracy, completeness, format, and grammar as needed.

Requirements Required Qualifications- 5+ years of administrative work experience with 2+ years in a senior administrative/executive assistant role.
- Previous experience maintaining complex calendars and coordinating meetings/events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Google (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Ability to judge the relative importance of issues and act independently to address them, applying the appropriate level of urgency, and drive to achieve results.
- Keeping calm under pressure, prioritize and manage multiple and sometimes competing tasks.
- Handling sensitive matters with discretion.
- Desire to learn new skills and tools, and eagerness to take on new areas of responsibility.
- Working effectively and efficiently (both virtually and in-person) with minimal supervision.
- A commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment.
- Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
- Previous experience with Box (cloud file storage), Salesforce (contact management), Pardot (email automation) a plus.
- Experience proofreading and copyediting communications products.
- An interest in and prior experience working with a marketing and communications team.
- Past work experience at a philanthropic and/or environmental organization.

Job DescriptionPosition Overview:
The Marketing & Communications Lead will be responsible for delivering comprehensive 360 marketing campaigns which engage Gen Z talent and drives conversion for our new studio in Brazil. This role requires proven hands-on experience from developing campaign concepts as well as hands-on execution and coordination of the initiatives across relevant social media, events and outdoor channels.
You will be a result-oriented storyteller who thrives in a dynamic international work environment and possess a track record of successful marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently plan, create and lead the implementation of external marketing concepts, campaigns and activities for Evolution in Sao Paulo, to drive the inflow of applications to entry-level positions (mainly targeting first-job seekers) in our studio. Efforts to span social media, events, PR, OOH and other types of digital marketing as relevant and be synced with local business leaders and Head of Employer Branding & Communications.
- Work with the local recruitment teams and business units to advise and support on asset creation and initiatives related to enhance the candidate journey, such as events, recruitment fairs, job ads, candidate workshops, etc.
- Liaise with internal and external photographers, videographers and graphic designers, draft creative briefs, and be the main point of contact for any creative material required for execution of the marketing plan and campaigns.
- Liaise and network with third parties and partner organizations relevant to the success of the marketing plans, including but not limited to Student Associations, Universities, local community organisations and partner brands.
- Overall, act as an ambassador for the company and brand, ensuring that all communications adheres to the corporate values, Evolution’s desired positioning as well as comply with the Brand Guidelines. Boost the attractiveness of our employer brand with the target audiences as part of the efforts.
- Tracking of agreed KPIs and report to stakeholders.
- Budget planning, monitoring of costs and report.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR/Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leading position in marketing communications, with a focus on content marketing, digital marketing and social media.
- Proven expertise in developing and evaluating campaigns on Meta and Google AdWords.
- Experience in marketing to Gen Z audiences and solid understanding of their preferences.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.

How you will create an impact
Reporting to the Head Marketing and Communications, Latin America and Caribbean, and to the GM for Brazil, this role has accountability of marketing and communications strategy, internal communications, content marketing, events, media relations and sales enablement in support of AIG Brazil.
The role will be responsible for establishing processes, best practices, and strategic business marketing and communications plans in support of AIG Brazil – including distribution engagement programs targeted to clients, brokers and partners; our events program, product/solutions marketing, differentiated knowledge leadership, attributable content marketing, and alignment with distribution to deliver AIG’s full capabilities to the market. This role is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans, encompassing external, internal and leadership communications, media relations and knowledge leadership to AIG’s stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an integrated marketing and communications team, creating alignment and consistency in Marketing & Communications strategy and messaging, strengthening capabilities, and driving a culture of high performance to deliver sustainable, high-quality services.
- Mentor and develop team members about core marketing and communications disciplines including audience targeting and segmentation, customer value propositions, business development, pipeline management, media relations, event management, industry events, campaign planning, and KPI/ROI reporting;
- Provide guidance and oversight of marketing and communications plans and budgets aligned with AIG Brazil business priorities;
- Develop best practices for demand-driven event marketing, knowledge leadership, content marketing and social media campaigns that facilitate sales growth;
- Closely partner with Brazil business and functional leaders to promote and sustain a consistent AIG brand identity across businesses;
- Manage Brazil business and industry media relations, including news releases and interviews, speaking opportunities, and issues and crisis management communications in coordination with AIG corporate teams;
- Oversight and governance of external vendor engagement
What you’ll need to succeed
- Significant experience in marketing and communications strategy development, execution and team leadership
- Thorough knowledge of marketing and communications principles, product/service management, sales enablement and business development
- Demonstrated ability to manage media relations, crisis management and corporate social responsibility efforts
- Solid understanding of digital marketing communications and PR, content production, technology platforms and sponsorship/event management
- Demonstrated expertise in storytelling and in developing compelling and segmented narratives for key internal and external stakeholder groups
- Ability to produce high-quality, high-volume deliverables in a dynamic environment, effectively aligning Country Marketing & Communications strategies and activities
- Significant prior experience managing complex projects across geographies, businesses, products and segments;
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate meaningful working relationships as a trusted and influential advisor to senior executives, and to deliver within a global matrixed environment;
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, driving high levels of performance and build a pipeline of talent within the function;
- Experience within the Insurance, broader Financial Services or regulated sectors preferred;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, preferably also Spanish

Responsabilidades:
Liderança estratégica
- Liderar e desenvolver um time multidisciplinar de conteúdo (social media, influenciadores e creators) com foco em crescimento sustentável;
- Definir a visão editorial multicanal (YouTube, redes sociais,blog, newsletter) alinhada ao posicionamento global da marca e orquestrar a estratégia “always-on” e campanhas hero;
- Gerenciar o orçamento anual de conteúdo, alinhando-o às prioridades globais e necessidades locais;
- Documentar e apresentar estratégias e resultados para stakeholders internos.
- Criar calendário trimestral de campanhas de conteúdo (vídeos, lançamentos, lives, webinars, eventos da comunidade) em 4 canais do Youtube, 2 perfis nas redes sociais e 2 websites;

Procuramos uma liderança experiente em marketing para liderar as investidas do nosso time de conteúdo globalmente, principalmente nos Estados Unidos e no Brasil.
Responsabilidades:
Liderança estratégica
- Liderar e desenvolver um time multidisciplinar de conteúdo (social media, influenciadores e creators) com foco em crescimento sustentável;
- Definir a visão editorial multicanal (YouTube, redes sociais,blog, newsletter) alinhada ao posicionamento global da marca e orquestrar a estratégia always-on e campanhas hero;
- Gerenciar o orçamento anual de conteúdo, alinhando-o às prioridades globais e necessidades locais;
- Documentar e apresentar estratégias e resultados para stakeholders internos.
Produção e operação de conteúdo
- Criar calendário trimestral de campanhas de conteúdo (vídeos, lançamentos, lives, webinars, eventos da comunidade) em 4 canais do Youtube, 2 perfis nas redes sociais e 2 websites;

About The Position
As a Content Marketing Manager at Azion, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content that communicates the value of our platform to the market. You will own and maintain the content for Azions website, including product pages, ensuring our positioning is clear and compelling. You will write technical and market-oriented articles for the Azion blog, create thought leadership pieces, and produce high-value assets such as e-books, datasheets, product and solution briefings, and campaign content.
As part of the Product Marketing team, you will work closely with Marketing and Product Engineering, aligning technical accuracy with messaging that highlights the benefits of our solutions, driving adoption, demand, and brand authority.

- Proven experience in content creation for technology products or SaaS/PaaS companies;
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, impactful language for diverse audiences;
- Familiarity with product marketing principles and content marketing best practices;
- Experience producing content across different formats (web, blog, campaigns, datasheets, e-books);
