RYZ Labs is looking for a Sr. Marketing Analyst to join one of our client’s teams, a personal health brand that is building the future of daily essentials.

We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Analyst to lead our client's marketing data and analytics efforts with a focus on attribution, mixed media modeling (MMM), and growth analytics for their direct-to-consumer business. This role will be responsible for building and executing marketing attribution strategies, analyzing customer acquisition funnels, and driving insights that directly impact their growth and retention strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of marketing analytics experience with focus on attribution, MMM, and growth metrics
  • Expert SQL skills with experience in complex query optimization and data modeling
  • Snowflake Experience: Proficiency with Snowflake data warehouse including performance optimization and cost management
  • dbt Proficiency: Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
  • BI Tools: Strong experience with Looker for dashboard creation and self-service analytics
  • Attribution Expertise: Hands-on experience with marketing attribution models, MMM, and multi-touch attribution
  • Statistical Analysis: Strong background in statistical analysis, experimentation design, and A/B testing
  • DTC Experience: Experience analyzing direct-to-consumer marketing channels and customer acquisition

As a Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst at 99Food, you’ll play a crucial role in helping the Growth Marketing team make smarter, faster, and more data-informed decisions. You'll be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of user and restaurant marketing campaigns, identifying business opportunities, and supporting strategic planning through actionable insights. This is a high-impact role with visibility across city operations, campaign strategy, and investment planning.

Role Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, conversion rates, ROAS, restaurant online rate, and user engagement (EFOs, RTBO).

  • Supporting the marketing and commercial teams by setting campaign targets based on segmented data (city, restaurant tier, user type).

  • Performing post-campaign analyses to understand business impact, optimize investment efficiency, and fuel future planning cycles.

  • Contributing to investment allocation decisions by analyzing historical performance across channels and moments.

  • Tagging and tracking user cohorts based on engagement, value, and conversion potential to enable precise targeting.

Role Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance analysis.

  • Hands-on experience measuring campaign performance, calculating ROAS, and informing channel strategy.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Data Pipeline Management: Work on data warehouse pipelines that feed into dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency

Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Web Analytics que será peça-chave na transformação de dados em decisões estratégicas. Essa pessoa irá monitorar o comportamento dos usuários em nossos canais digitais, traduzir métricas em insights de negócio e colaborar com times de mídia, CRM, produto e performance para otimizar a jornada e maximizar resultados.


Responsabilidades:

  • Planejar, implementar e manter tags e eventos via Google Tag Manager ou outras ferramentas de tagueamento;
  • Criar dashboards e relatórios com foco em comportamento de navegação, funil de conversão, campanhas, canais e performance geral do site/app;
  • Analisar dados de ferramentas como Google Analytics, Firebase, GA4, Hotjar e afins, transformando-os em recomendações práticas para as áreas de negócio;
  • Realizar análises ad hoc para apoiar decisões de mídia, UX, CRM e produto;
  • Acompanhar testes A/B e multivariados, mensurando impacto e recomendando melhorias;
  • Garantir a qualidade e consistência dos dados coletados em diferentes plataformas;
  • Suportar áreas internas com extração, tratamento e visualização de dados em ferramentas como Looker Studio, Power BI ou similares.


Requisitos:

  • Experiência prévia com ferramentas de web analytics (GA4, Firebase, etc.);
  • Domínio de Google Tag Manager e conceitos de tagueamento;
  • Habilidade para construir relatórios e dashboards com visualizações claras e insights acionáveis;
  • Conhecimento em marketing digital e jornada do usuário em e-commerce ou apps;
  • Excel intermediário/avançado e familiaridade com SQL ou BigQuery são diferenciais;
