A Lear está contratando um(a) Gerente de Engenharia Industrial para atuar na planta de Navegantes – SC. É necessário ter experiência na área, com chicotes elétricos, gestão de pessoas e engenharia de processos.

O que você vai fazer?

  1. Gerar o plano de capital para a planta;
  2. Coordenar a preparação dos documentos para aprovação do PAR e Pré-PAR;
  3. Responder pela administração e controle do custo do programa usando o TIS (Tooling Information System);
  4. Administrar informações e recursos para garantir instalação e liberação de sistemas de manufatura robustos, seguindo as diretrizes de engenharia, qualidade, políticas e procedimentos internos;
  5. Assegurar métodos de engenharia, instruções de trabalho e recursos visuais para manufatura, garantindo qualidade, entrega e eficiência;
  6. Garantir instalação de ferramentais e equipamentos necessários para atender à capacidade requerida, conforme processos e projeto do sistema de manufatura;
  7. Administrar, analisar, monitorar e controlar custos e investimentos na implementação de mudanças de engenharia, considerando cotações e orçamento;
  8. Coordenar atividades relacionadas à implementação de mudanças de engenharia;
  9. Garantir uso de ferramentas e processos para implementação de mudanças de engenharia, como CMTS, QIE, entre outros;
  10. Coordenação de equipe multifuncional para transferência eficaz de produtos entre plantas;
  11. Definir e implementar projetos de melhoria contínua;
  12. Acompanhar workshops de redução de custos em engenharia, materiais, custos e qualidade;
  13. Coordenar projetos globais de redução de custos;
  14. Criar e monitorar o plano de desenvolvimento de engenharia e pessoal na planta;
  15. Garantir que o sistema de gestão de EHS atinja os resultados pretendidos, apoiando as pessoas na sua eficácia;
  16. Promover melhorias contínuas em EHS;
  17. Liderar a cultura de segurança na planta;
  18. Garantir um ambiente de trabalho seguro e saudável, gerenciando perigos, riscos e minimizando impactos ambientais.

The opportunity

Engage with plant personnel in the development and support of the company’s short and long- term business processes and strategies in the supply chain, operations, inventory management and quality functional areas. This individual will be accountable for providing administration and technical support for plant, regional and global information technology initiatives supporting manufacturing, including quality and laboratories, and engineering. The individual will conduct analysis of functional business process and functional requirements, and deliver structured documentation and presentation of findings to all levels of management. The individual will support site and cluster business and IT leadership, and provide the necessary support to global and regional initiatives deployed at the site. The individual will be an IT representative for interacting with local staff and leadership and regional IT resources to support the above mentioned business areas.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Serve as an IT liaison and business process expert in the areas of supply chain, operations, inventory management, lab systems and quality. Analyzing business needs, validating solutions with the client, and working with local and regional IT to support critical aspects of the business.
  • Maintain focus on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions and the relationship to the business and technical environment.
  • Collaborate with customers, staff, regional IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to support existing processes and technologies in the supply chain, operations and quality areas.
  • Identify customer requirements; assess impacts to the delivery and development of applications. This may involve lab systems, engineering systems, or both.
  • Administer and support all laboratory computer systems – LIMS/Labware, CDS/Empower, standalone-computerized instruments and other applications identified by laboratory management. Support interfaces to these systems and troubleshoot as required.
  • Plan and execute validation of computerized systems. Create and update IT SOPs and work instructions.
  • Develop and support appropriate administration and master data maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Develop, maintain and deliver appropriate training modules for laboratory systems. Act as a key site expert of laboratory processes to provide appropriate knowledge to laboratory system implementations.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing use of MES and OEE systems as required. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is required to understand the key interfaces for MES and Batches/Dispensing systems.
  • Collaborate with site and global Engineering to adopt standard systems where possible and with global IT to support standards for network, remote access and security.
  • Support local engineering systems interfaces as required.
  • Support local delivery of IT services and coordinates with local resources, regional IT support to complete projects and support efforts at the facility.

Your Experience And Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering/Pharmaceutical-related Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
  • 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry and Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Enterprise Asset Management, and Costing functions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing, QC and/or R&D laboratory practices in a pharmaceutical environment that includes PC based/Standalone Laboratory and Manufacturing Systems.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills, operational background and working experience with infrastructure technologies and computerized laboratory analytical systems.
  • Experienced in providing technical solutions aligned with standards, security, validation, capacity, high availability and identifying associated risks.
  • ERP Business, Manufacturing and QA/QC IT Systems a plus, Industry related knowledge in a pharmaceutical.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Industrial Engineering Leader (plant and process engineering)
Industrial Engineering Leader is responsible for leading and overseeing the data analytics service offering. Initially, this role will support the global sales team in selling analytics solutions to Entrust's Central Issuance and Bureau customers while delivering analysis, findings, and recommendations based on customer-specific data. **Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Ability to automate and write scripts to create business reports, valuable graphical visualization of data, build automatic forms for customer information input, and automatically generate consulting reports using templates. Also, building data models and business cases.

+ Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in a technology manufacturing setting.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $112,847-$165,508 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Hybrid Database / Power BI Developer to join our Process Improvement team. This role combines expertise in database development and business intelligence, focusing on creating scalable, high-performance data solutions and delivering actionable insights through advanced Power BI reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based relational databases and data models

  • Write and optimize stored procedures, views, functions, and complex queries

  • Build and manage ETL processes to ingest and transform data from various sources

  • Monitor database performance, ensure data integrity, and implement security best practices

  • Work closely with backend developers and data architects to support efficient data architecture

Power BI Development

  • Develop and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports

  • Use Power Query (M) and DAX to transform data into insightful visualizations

  • Create calculated columns, measures, and KPIs using advanced DAX techniques

  • Build semantic data models with proper relationships, hierarchies, and normalization techniques

  • Ensure dashboards are optimized for usability, performance, and scalability

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a database development role (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and data models

  • Proficient in SQL and strong understanding of data modeling principles (e.g., normalization, star schema)

  • Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M)

  • Experience with ETL tools or processes such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or custom-built pipelines

  • Exposure to data governance and BI development best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS, Snowflake)

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Hybrid Database / Power BI Developer to join our Process Improvement team. This role combines expertise in database development and business intelligence, focusing on creating scalable, high-performance data solutions and delivering actionable insights through advanced Power BI reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Development

Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based relational databases and data models

Write and optimize stored procedures, views, functions, and complex queries

Build and manage ETL processes to ingest and transform data from various sources

Monitor database performance, ensure data integrity, and implement security best practices

Work closely with backend developers and data architects to support efficient data architecture

Power BI Development

Develop and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports

Use Power Query (M) and DAX to transform data into insightful visualizations

Create calculated columns, measures, and KPIs using advanced DAX techniques

Build semantic data models with proper relationships, hierarchies, and normalization techniques

Ensure dashboards are optimized for usability, performance, and scalability

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a database development role (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

At least 2 years of hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and data models

Proficient in SQL and strong understanding of data modeling principles (e.g., normalization, star schema)

Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M)

Experience with ETL tools or processes such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or custom-built pipelines

Exposure to data governance and BI development best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS, Snowflake)

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Confident in gathering and translating requirements from technical and business stakeholders

Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and reliability

National Brands Limited (NBL) is seeking an enthusiastic INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING IN-SERVICE TRAINEE to join our NBL WESTMEAD BISCUITS FACTORY, based in Westmead, Kwa-Zulu Natal. The successful candidate will report to the Site Industrial Engineer and form part of a team of key players in driving efficiency and innovation. Your role will involve hands-on work in our factory, where you’ll acquire practical experience, utilise relevant tools, and develop your skills in report writing and presenting findings.

Overview:
The Director, Business Transformation plays a pivotal role in advancing Mastercard’s People Operations & Insights strategy. This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and improve user experience across the People & Capability (P&C) function. This position combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and program execution to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
• Program & Portfolio Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives. Build and manage integrated project plans, ensuring alignment with the broader P&C roadmap and business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with key internal stakeholders—including Technology, Legal, Risk, Finance, Global Business Services, and P&C leadership—to coordinate efforts, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks across workstreams.
• Governance & Reporting:
Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms (dashboards, scorecards, executive briefings) to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Process Optimization:
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within P&C operations. Leverage data and insights to streamline workflows and enhance processes.
• Tool & Business Case Development:
Define requirements, evaluate solutions, and create robust business cases that articulate trade-offs, risks, costs, and resource implications to support investment and prioritization decisions.

Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of experience in project or program management, with a strong focus on HR transformation or enterprise change management.
• Deep understanding of HR functions, including HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and HR Technology.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects using both SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities; able to synthesize complex data to drive decisions and actions.

Estamos em busca de um(a) Engenheiro(a) Sênior para integrar nosso time de Engenharia Industrial na Whirlpool Corporation. Este (a) profissional será responsável por liderar projetos de engenharia com foco em inovação, eficiência e qualidade, atuando de forma estratégica e colaborativa para desenvolver soluções que impactem diretamente os nossos produtos e processos. O(a) Engenheiro(a) Sênior se reportará ao Gerente de Engenharia Industrial, localizada na Unidade de Manaus. Nossa equipe é composta por profissionais que atuam em projetos estratégicos de desenvolvimento de produto, processo e melhoria contínua, com interação com todas as áreas da empresa, incluindo Qualidade, Manufatura, Tecnologia e Suprimentos

Suas responsabilidades incluirão

Liderar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de projetos de engenharia, com foco em inovação e desempenho de produto;

Atuar como referência técnica, apoiando equipes multidisciplinares com conhecimento especializado;

Analisar e resolver problemas complexos de engenharia, propondo soluções eficazes e sustentáveis;

Coordenar testes, validações e avaliações técnicas de novos componentes, produto e processo;

Garantir conformidade com normas técnicas, regulatórias e de segurança;

Apoiar a definição de roadmap tecnológico e estratégias de melhoria contínua;

Interagir com fornecedores, parceiros externos e equipes globais para alinhar soluções e estratégias.

Requisitos mínimos

Graduação completa em Engenharia Mecatrônica, Elétrica, Mecânica ou áreas relacionadas.

Experiência comprovada atuando na área de Engenharia Industrial com projetos de melhoria de processo, produtividade e automação, Lean Manufacturing;

Experiência em software de análise de dados e de gestão de projetos: SAP, MES, Autocad, Flexsim, Kinovea, sketchup, inventor, blender, Power BI, Minitab

Experiência sólida em Indústria 4.0

Fluência em Inglês

Habilidades e experiências desejáveis
