A Lear está contratando um(a) Gerente de Engenharia Industrial para atuar na planta de Navegantes – SC. É necessário ter experiência na área, com chicotes elétricos, gestão de pessoas e engenharia de processos.
O que você vai fazer?
- Gerar o plano de capital para a planta;
- Coordenar a preparação dos documentos para aprovação do PAR e Pré-PAR;
- Responder pela administração e controle do custo do programa usando o TIS (Tooling Information System);
- Administrar informações e recursos para garantir instalação e liberação de sistemas de manufatura robustos, seguindo as diretrizes de engenharia, qualidade, políticas e procedimentos internos;
- Assegurar métodos de engenharia, instruções de trabalho e recursos visuais para manufatura, garantindo qualidade, entrega e eficiência;
- Garantir instalação de ferramentais e equipamentos necessários para atender à capacidade requerida, conforme processos e projeto do sistema de manufatura;
- Administrar, analisar, monitorar e controlar custos e investimentos na implementação de mudanças de engenharia, considerando cotações e orçamento;
- Coordenar atividades relacionadas à implementação de mudanças de engenharia;
- Garantir uso de ferramentas e processos para implementação de mudanças de engenharia, como CMTS, QIE, entre outros;
- Coordenação de equipe multifuncional para transferência eficaz de produtos entre plantas;
- Definir e implementar projetos de melhoria contínua;
- Acompanhar workshops de redução de custos em engenharia, materiais, custos e qualidade;
- Coordenar projetos globais de redução de custos;
- Criar e monitorar o plano de desenvolvimento de engenharia e pessoal na planta;
- Garantir que o sistema de gestão de EHS atinja os resultados pretendidos, apoiando as pessoas na sua eficácia;
- Promover melhorias contínuas em EHS;
- Liderar a cultura de segurança na planta;
- Garantir um ambiente de trabalho seguro e saudável, gerenciando perigos, riscos e minimizando impactos ambientais.

Role Overview/Tasks:
- Handles data analytics and ad hoc case studies, machine utilization and capacity computations
- Manages projects of plant and division initiatives
- Supports Lean Implementation Program, implementation of Lean Six Sigma concepts, development and presentation of training materials
- Supports Strategic Planning Exercises and Budget review process
- Generates Plant Key Performance Indicators Reports and development of data spreadsheets or programs
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Management, or other related engineering courses.
- Fresh graduates may apply but those with 3-5 years of work experience are preferred (preferably in the manufacturing industry)
- Intermediate skills in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint; ability to develop publication materials through Adobe/Canva is a plus
- Has experience in handling and facilitating projects and case studies
- Experience and knowledge in Lean Management concepts and Programs; with Lean Six Sigma Belt is a plus

Industrial Engineering Leader (plant and process engineering)
Industrial Engineering Leader is responsible for leading and overseeing the data analytics service offering. Initially, this role will support the global sales team in selling analytics solutions to Entrust's Central Issuance and Bureau customers while delivering analysis, findings, and recommendations based on customer-specific data. As the solution and customer base expand, the specialist will assess global business needs and contribute to the strategic growth of Business Solution Consulting resources.
This role involves implementing and utilizing data collection tools to provide customers with valuable insights into their system efficiency, operational effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to Entrust's Professional Services business opportunities in the Americas, as the consulting solution evolves including projects delivery and solution integration services.

+ Prepare and present customer-specific reports using the Entrust Analytics platform, providing insights into root causes of inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
+ Develop customer-specific strategies to improve quality, efficiency, and resource utilization.
+ Maintain a portfolio of case studies covering diverse customer-use scenarios.
+ Develop and refine methodologies, templates, and business process improvement tools, including Lean methodologies.
+ Gain and maintain expertise in issuance market trends and customer drivers to ensure recommendations align with business needs.
+ Conduct on-site assessments, interviews, and audits to develop detailed consulting reports.
+ Prepare and develop consulting reports with data visualizations, graphs, charts, and action plans.
+ Provide valuable insights to professional services teams for improving service efficiency and reducing costs.
**Sales Support (15%)**
+ Deliver customer-specific presentations to support sales engagements domestically and globally.
+ Support sales teams in assessing customer needs, articulating Entrust's value proposition, and delivering consulting expertise.
+ Provide global sales training on tools, methodologies, key messages, and best practices.
+ Maintain a bi-weekly forecasted pipeline of clients and strategize to expand the customer base.
+ Utilize feedback from sales interactions and client engagements to refine the sales strategy and improve onboarding experiences.
**Cross-Functional Coordination**
+ Collaborate with software engineers, developers, integrators, product owners, sales, and technical consultants to develop and implement solutions.
+ Provide insights to Professional Services teams for integration and project support.
+ Assist service teams in improving customer support operations using data insights.
+ Guide the development and roadmap of the analytics tool by influencing engineering and product teams.
**Market & Competitive Intelligence (15%)**
+ Conduct external and internal research on industry trends, market drivers, and competitive landscape.
+ Analyze big data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for customers.
+ Collaborate with regional sales and technical sales teams to identify new opportunities and develop regional strategies.
+ Lead meetings with international teams to track business development opportunities and consult on sales strategies.
+ Contribute to the analytics tool roadmap by collaborating with engineering and product teams.
Assets:
+ Experience in a sales support role, including customer presentations and engagement with senior management.
+ Must have legal authorization to work in the US without restrictions.
+ Experience managing multiple parallel-running complex-projects across different time zones.
+ Proficiency in advanced Excel, databases, and data querying tools.
+ Experience with statistics and big data analytics, translating data into meaningful information and actions.
+ Solution pre-sales or sales experience in business value consulting for Financial Central Issuance or Financial Instant Issuance solutions.
+ Experience in secure printing or packaging plants
+ Multilingual abilities are an asset.

**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., Finance, Economics, Data/Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Sciences, Computer Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mathematics).
+ 8+ years of professional experience within the **printing and packaging industry** , or closely similar manufacturing setting.
+ Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects across different time zones.
+ Ability to travel internationally (minimum 35%).
+ Advanced background in querying databases and utilizing analytic tools for information intelligence analysis and data visualization + presentation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent certification (PMP).
+ Strong background in statistical analysis and translating big data insights into actionable recommendations.
+ Ability to automate and write scripts to create business reports, valuable graphical visualization of data, build automatic forms for customer information input, and automatically generate consulting reports using templates. Also, building data models and business cases.
+ Evident experience presenting in various settings; pre-sales, business case meeting, project delivery, project follow ups, customer complaints, customer experience follow ups, etc.
+ Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in a technology manufacturing setting.
**Skills & Competencies:**
+ Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytics querying tools.
+ Strong project management skills, including creating project roadmaps and tracking implementation.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers, developers, product owners, and sales teams.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $112,847-$165,508 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan. O(a) Engenheiro(a) Sênior se reportará ao Gerente de Engenharia Industrial, localizada na Unidade de Manaus. Suas responsabilidades incluirão
Liderar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de projetos de engenharia, com foco em inovação e desempenho de produto;
Atuar como referência técnica, apoiando equipes multidisciplinares com conhecimento especializado;
Analisar e resolver problemas complexos de engenharia, propondo soluções eficazes e sustentáveis;
Coordenar testes, validações e avaliações técnicas de novos componentes, produto e processo;
Garantir conformidade com normas técnicas, regulatórias e de segurança;
Apoiar a definição de roadmap tecnológico e estratégias de melhoria contínua;

Requisitos mínimos
Graduação completa em Engenharia Mecatrônica, Elétrica, Mecânica ou áreas relacionadas.
Experiência comprovada atuando na área de Engenharia Industrial com projetos de melhoria de processo, produtividade e automação, Lean Manufacturing;
Experiência em software de análise de dados e de gestão de projetos: SAP, MES, Autocad, Flexsim, Kinovea, sketchup, inventor, blender, Power BI, Minitab
Experiência sólida em Indústria 4.0

Estamos em busca de um(a) Engenheiro(a) Sênior para integrar nosso time de Engenharia Industrial na Whirlpool Corporation. Este (a) profissional será responsável por liderar projetos de engenharia com foco em inovação, eficiência e qualidade, atuando de forma estratégica e colaborativa para desenvolver soluções que impactem diretamente os nossos produtos e processos. O(a) Engenheiro(a) Sênior se reportará ao Gerente de Engenharia Industrial, localizada na Unidade de Manaus. Nossa equipe é composta por profissionais que atuam em projetos estratégicos de desenvolvimento de produto, processo e melhoria contínua, com interação com todas as áreas da empresa, incluindo Qualidade, Manufatura, Tecnologia e Suprimentos
**Suas responsabilidades incluirão**
Liderar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de projetos de engenharia, com foco em inovação e desempenho de produto;
Atuar como referência técnica, apoiando equipes multidisciplinares com conhecimento especializado;
Analisar e resolver problemas complexos de engenharia, propondo soluções eficazes e sustentáveis;
Coordenar testes, validações e avaliações técnicas de novos componentes, produto e processo;
Garantir conformidade com normas técnicas, regulatórias e de segurança;
Apoiar a definição de roadmap tecnológico e estratégias de melhoria contínua;
Interagir com fornecedores, parceiros externos e equipes globais para alinhar soluções e estratégias.
**Requisitos mínimos**
Graduação completa em Engenharia Mecatrônica, Elétrica, Mecânica ou áreas relacionadas.
Experiência comprovada atuando na área de Engenharia Industrial com projetos de melhoria de processo, produtividade e automação, Lean Manufacturing;
Experiência em software de análise de dados e de gestão de projetos: SAP, MES, Autocad, Flexsim, Kinovea, sketchup, inventor, blender, Power BI, Minitab
Experiência sólida em Indústria 4.0
Fluência em Inglês

Primary purpose of the position:
Responsible for leading efforts to analyze and define detailed specifications for business systems that align with business processes and IT strategy. Acts as a technical expert driving solution delivery through requirements analysis, design, and implementation. Ensures system and application architectures adhere to enterprise standards and support business priorities. This role requires hands-on expertise in the administration and configuration of monitoring tools (e.g., Broadcom UIM, Spectrum), job scheduling (AutoSys), and NOC operations. Also responsible for technical leadership in managing and optimizing CMDB, CSDM, Service Mapping, Discovery, and Call Management Systems (CMS), while guiding teams and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.
Essential Responsible Areas:
- Leads efforts to elicit future systems requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis to analyze, design and implementation business solutions for complex business problems.
- Partner with business analysts and respective cross-functional business groups (e.g. Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to elicit functional and non-functional requirements
- Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (functional requirements (business requirements document), use cases, GUI, screen and interface designs).
- Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative business solutions that challenges the business on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
- Participate in defining the integration between proposed development projects and existing systems, software and hardware.
- Ensures that systems and application designs adhere to standards and reflect the architecture appropriately.
- Collaborates with other divisions IT leads as well as other stakeholders to align solution in support of the business’ tactical and strategic plans. Aligns IT goals with business needs.
- Researches emerging technologies and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness, improve flexibility or better support business requirements.
Position Requirement & competencies:
Professional & Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
- Experience implementing solutions for complex systems supporting business processes.
- Experience in driving software and technology solutions in large, complex organizations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects to drive business improvements
- Experience in driving process and technology re-engineering using industry practices e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, COBIT, ITIL, CMMi.

- Ability to be flexible about project changes and dynamically mitigate risks in the moment with mid-course corrective action
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
