You’ll support users across Latin America from our São Paulo office, providing hands-on assistance and tier 2 troubleshooting, while learning from a collaborative and experienced global IT team.

• Contribute to team documentation and improvement projects
• Deliver new hire onboarding sessions when needed

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Condução de reuniões com o time e responsáveis de diversas áreas das empresas; Participação no treinamento, avaliação e suporte de profissionais do time; Relacionamento com o time das áreas de negócios da PP&C; Gerenciamento dos projetos, garantindo qualidade, cumprimento de prazos e rentabilidade do projeto; Participação em reuniões e apresentações; Auditoria de TI/Sistemas (controles e frameworks como ITGC, ISO27, NIST, CIS18, Bacen 85); Consultoria de TI (melhoria de processos sistêmicos em TOTVS, SAP, MVsoul, Tasy); Apoio na frente interna de transformação digital; Apoio junto à diretoria na prospecção de novos clientes e novos projetos e na identificação de novas oportunidades de negócios.

Requisitos e qualificações

Graduação completa em Ciências da Computação, Análise de Sistemas, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas; Vivência na liderança técnica do time; Experiência em revisão de riscos e controles de TI, auditoria de controles gerais de TI, auditoria de controles internos automatizados e avaliação de controles de Cyber; Vivência na execução e revisão de testes de análise de dados com o auxílio de ferramentas automatizadas (ACL/Arbutus ou IDEA); Conhecimento e experiência em gerenciamento de projetos, através de PMBOK e Agile/Scrum, e frameworks de TI (ISO, ITGC, COBIT, ITIL, NIST, CIS, Governança de Dados, Big Data, entre outros); Proativo(a); Trabalho em equipe; Resiliente; Comunicação tempestiva; Hands-on.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in managing an open territory to drive new sales
  • Minimum of five years of experience senior leadership and C-Level relationship building
  • Understanding of sales skills and techniques
  • Complex solution selling
  • Ability to achieve high sales volumes
  • Minimum of four recent Sales/Technical Certifications
  • Business Development / Pre-Sales (Sales and Technical)
  • Ability to perform without direct supervision
  • Provide professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levels
