Responsabilidades- Ministrar treinamentos de Green Belt, Black Belt e Master Black Belt , em formato EaD, presencial ou híbrido, conforme a demanda.
- Realizar mentorias individuais e coletivas para acompanhamento de projetos Lean Seis Sigma dos alunos.
- Apoiar o time de consultoria da FM2S em projetos corporativos de melhoria contínua, atuando como especialista convidado.
- Ser um ponto de referência técnica para a comunidade FM2S, agregando profundidade, consistência e credibilidade às entregas.
- Formação sólida em Lean Seis Sigma, com certificação Master Black Belt .
- Experiência comprovada na condução de treinamentos e na mentoria de projetos reais de Green e Black Belt.
- Atuação prévia em projetos estratégicos de redução de custos, aumento de produtividade e transformação de processos em empresas de médio e grande porte.
- Excelente comunicação oral e escrita, com didática clara e foco em resultados.
- Disponibilidade para atuar como (prestador de serviço) , de forma pontual conforme demanda
- Formação acadêmica de excelência (mestrado/doutorado em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas).
- Experiência internacional ou em grandes consultorias/empresas industriais.

Position Title:
Process Improvement Engineer (Trainee)

Purpose of the Role
Support materials engineering activities, contributing to the development, specification, selection, inspection, and application of materials in equipment, structures, and systems used in the oil and gas industry, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with technical standards and client requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis and specification of metallic materials, polymers, ceramics, and composites applied in oil and gas projects.
- Support studies on corrosion, fatigue, welding, and material behavior in critical environments (subsea, high pressure, and high temperature).
- Participate in material qualification tests, mechanical, chemical, and non-destructive testing.
- Monitor manufacturing, coating, welding, and heat treatment processes with suppliers and internal workshops.
- Support the team in evaluating component failures and preparing technical reports.
- Contribute to the update of technical specifications, internal standards, and engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations areas to ensure the correct application of materials.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed in Materials Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering.

- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring they are executed within the agreed timelines and budgets, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to update senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, and related areas
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consulting and / or program or project management, preferably in a corporate setting and large enterprises
Familiarity with Agile and / or Lean Management methodologies and frameworks, and with Project Management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Fluency in Portuguese and / or Spanish, both verbal and written and in English, as a mandatory second language
- Experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management
Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and IT infrastructure; certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), Lean Six-Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.), ICAgile; experience working in the healthcare or medical device industry managing projects across different geographical regions and cultures.

- Deep understanding of HR functions, including HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and HR Technology.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects using both SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities; able to synthesize complex data to drive decisions and actions.
