Requisitos e qualificações:
- Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;
- Certificação e experiência em Lean e Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt);
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de qualidade e melhoria contínua (PDCA, 5S, Ishikawa, 5 Porquês, Pareto, Análise de Problemas);
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de controle (Microsoft Planner, Google Planilhas);
- Experiência com KPIs: eficiência, resíduo, produtividade e qualidade;
- Domínio de Power BI, PowerPoint e Excel Avançado;
- Experiência prática em projetos Kaizen ou trabalhos acadêmicos aplicados (diferencial);
- Interação com Inteligência Artificial (IA) será considerada um diferencial.

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Hybrid Database / Power BI Developer to join our Process Improvement team. This role combines expertise in database development and business intelligence, focusing on creating scalable, high-performance data solutions and delivering actionable insights through advanced Power BI reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Development
Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based relational databases and data models
Write and optimize stored procedures, views, functions, and complex queries
Build and manage ETL processes to ingest and transform data from various sources
Monitor database performance, ensure data integrity, and implement security best practices
Work closely with backend developers and data architects to support efficient data architecture
Power BI Development
Develop and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports
Use Power Query (M) and DAX to transform data into insightful visualizations
Create calculated columns, measures, and KPIs using advanced DAX techniques
Build semantic data models with proper relationships, hierarchies, and normalization techniques
Ensure dashboards are optimized for usability, performance, and scalability
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a database development role (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
At least 2 years of hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and data models
Proficient in SQL and strong understanding of data modeling principles (e.g., normalization, star schema)
Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M)
Experience with ETL tools or processes such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or custom-built pipelines
Exposure to data governance and BI development best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS, Snowflake)
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
