Oportunidade em Destaque COORDENADOR(A) DE LEAN MANUFACTURING
Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Lean Manufacturing para atuar em uma empresa do setor de Transporte, com o objetivo de promover a aplicação de metodologias de Lean Manufacturing na área de manutenção, assegurando a melhoria contínua dos processos, redução de desperdícios, a otimização da utilização de recursos, garantindo práticas padronizadas e sustentáveis.
Principais Responsabilidades
· Implementar metodologias Lean nos processos de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva;
· Mapear fluxos de processos (VSM) para identificar gargalos, desperdícios propondo melhorias contínuas;
· Garantir a padronização dos procedimentos de manutenção e monitorar sua execução;
· Aplicar ferramentas Lean (Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, SMED) para reduzir o tempo de manutenção e aumentar a disponibilidade da frota;
· Conduzir análises de falhas recorrentes e aplicar metodologias de resolução de problemas (PDCA,Ishikawa, Pareto);
· Monitorar indicadores de manutenção (MKBF, disponibilidade da frota, custos de peças) e propor ações corretivas;
· Coordenar projetos de redução de custos com foco em aumento da confiabilidade da frota e eficiência operacional;
· Promover treinamentos de boas práticas de manutenção baseados em conceitos de Lean Manufacturing;
· Assegurar o cumprimento das normas ambientais, saúde e segurança do trabalho inerentes ao processo;
· Apoiar na transformação cultural da empresa, estimulando a mentalidade de inovação, disciplina operacional e foco no cliente.
Competências Necessárias:
· Formação superior em Engenharia de Produção, Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
· Vivência consolidada em manutenção de frota ou industrial.
· Experiência em projetos Lean, Kaizen, TPM ou Melhoria Contínua, preferencialmente em setores de serviços, logística ou transporte.
· Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de processos (VSM, fluxogramas, indicadores) e Normas: ISO9001 e ISO14001.
· Habilidade em gestão de equipes, projetos multidisciplinares e condução de treinamentos.

Quais são os desafios e as principais responsabilidades?
- Realizar mentoria teórica, capacitando os mentorados (colaboradores das empresas) a entender os conceitos de lean manufacturing, utilizando plataforma online para repasse do conhecimento teórico, prestando suporte em chats e chamados online;

You will support warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will provide team leadership and direction for the warehouse organization. How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Own the P&L for warehouse operations
- Manage all activities related to handling and warehousing of finished goods, semi FG and/or raw and pack materials for our distributions center/s and/or implant warehouse/s in a particular site/geography
- Create a winning team by developing, coaching, delegating and leading warehouse personnel in the area of responsibility who can drive the business agenda and enable them to have the opportunity to grow in the organization
- Maintain proper storage and rotation of stock in the warehouse using technology such as a warehouse management system and ensure the warehousing operation minimizes products write-offs and maximizes capacity usage meeting the overall business objectives
- Manage services to provide a savings to our overall costs, superior service to internal and external customers and ensure safe and legal operation
- Support network design activities and projects that improve our overall strategic position
- Monitor third-party logistics service levels, research causal factors and implement corrective actions to maximize efficiency and maintain strong partnerships with providers

- Established (at least 3 years) of experience in the travel industry and working closely with hotels is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Deploy Continuous improvement standard processes (including training material) across manufacturing and support areas for short-, medium- and long-term visibilities (i.e. shift, daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly).
- Perform/support site Continuous Improvement diagnostics, improvement projects and health-checks within our new revamped Continuous Improvement frame.
- Be an ambassador for the overall Lean Six Sigma training deployment program.
- Orchestrate best practice sharing and manage knowledge sharing forums.
- Participate in the running and deployment of manufacturing recognition programs.
- Develop / adapt recurrent fault handling tools (like A3, PDCA/RCA, etc); execute/develop capabilities to execute these tools with direct stakeholders (leaders, supervisors, managers)

- Proven experience with methodologies implementation (Lean, TPM, WCM or others) in different businesses (food, chemical, metallurgical, etc).

Main responsibilities
- Support the definition and monitoring of local CX KPIs by developing tools that track performance and correlate with Customer Satisfaction.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to CX leadership.
- Develop automations and digital solutions that enhance the efficiency and reliability of performance management routines.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps, enabling the CX team to proactively act on improvement opportunities.
