Requisitos essenciais:
- Experiência prática com Kubernetes em ambientes produtivos
- Conhecimento em Docker, Helm, CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Experiência com ferramentas de observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK)
- Conhecimento em infraestrutura como código (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experiência com pelo menos uma nuvem pública (AWS, Azure ou GCP)
- Familiaridade com práticas DevSecOps e segurança em Kubernetes
Diferenciais:
- Certificações CKA, CKAD ou CKS
- Experiência com service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Conhecimento em linguagens como Go ou Python

O que esperamos que você realize:
Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista em Kubernetes para atuar na construção, manutenção e evolução de ambientes de orquestração de contêineres em larga escala. A pessoa ideal terá experiência sólida com infraestrutura como código, automação de pipelines CI/CD e práticas DevOps, além de forte conhecimento em ambientes de nuvem pública.
- Projetar, implementar e manter clusters Kubernetes escaláveis e seguros (EKS, AKS, GKE ou on-premises)
- Automatizar processos de deploy e gerenciamento de infraestrutura com ferramentas como Terraform, Helm e ArgoCD
- Monitorar e garantir a alta disponibilidade e performance dos serviços
- Trabalhar em conjunto com times de desenvolvimento para promover boas práticas de arquitetura nativa em nuvem
- Implementar políticas de segurança, RBAC, network policies e gestão de secrets
- Apoiar na resolução de incidentes e troubleshooting de ambientes produtivos

O especialista DevOps irá fazer parte do coração do time de operações de aplicações cloud native na execução e desenho da plataforma TOTVS Apps, através da evolução da infraestrutura de serviços, aplicativos, arquitetura e suas automatizações. A plataforma TOTVS

Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Orientar no processo de administração de dados e ambientes, através da execução de rotinas e ferramentas envolvidas na área, estipulando os prazos e prioridades da equipe.
- Realizar atividade de triagem dos tickets abertos pelos clientes internos através da classificação ou categorização dos mesmos quando necessário, por tipo de ticket ou status do atendimento.
- Promover ações de melhoria através da participação ativa das cerimônias do Ágil (Daily, reabastecimento, reviews e retrospectivas)
- Contribuir tanto para o cumprimento dos indicadores individuais (produtividade, pesquisa de satisfação e outros) quanto para o resultado/meta da área através da execução de suas atividades propostas
- Identificar problemas de ambientes DevOps, integração contínua, e banco de dados implementando e inovando em soluções.
- Estimular a equipe em processos de melhoria, usando seu conhecimento e experiência para identificar problemas e desenvolver soluções.
- Garantir a sustentabilidade dos ambientes através da orientação dos demais integrantes do time no uso de boas práticas de DevOps.
- Ser uma referência interna e externa em práticas DevOps, garantindo a sustentabilidade dos ambientes por meio da disseminação de conhecimento e participação de fóruns.
- Realizar pesquisa e avaliação de novas tecnologias, ferramentas e práticas de mercado, com o objetivo de identificar e propor soluções que aprimorem a eficiência, segurança e escalabilidade dos ambientes e processos de desenvolvimento, integração e operação.

We are hiring a software engineer to join our Kubernetes product team. As a member of that team, you will build the operators and addons; the former, offering complete lifecycle management of mission-critical components, and the latter, a zero-ops experience for seamlessly integrating projects into your Kubernetes.
You will gain familiarity with the latest features in Kubernetes and look to incorporate the best of open-source to bring functionality to our end-users. You will collaborate with industry peers and partners to bring the right solutions to our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a software engineer passionate about open source software, Linux, Golang, Python and Kubernetes.
Location : This is a remote position available in EMEA and the Americas.
What you will focus on
- Write high-quality code to create new features
- Debug issues and interact with a vibrant community
- Collaborate proactively with a distributed team
- Work with helpful and talented engineers including experts in many fields
- Work from home with global travel 2 to 4 weeks for internal and external events
- You are a Golang developer also fluent in Python
- You have experience with Kubernetes
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You have a Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM or similar degree
- You love technology and working with brilliant people
