What You'll Do
- Responsible for the development and operation of regional chain brands, driving user acquisition and scale growth for assigned brands, leading the team to execute the company's sales strategies, and achieving performance targets.
- Promote deep collaboration between regional chain brands and the platform in areas such as brand marketing, promotional activities, and user operations, enhancing the partnership and stickiness between the brands and Keeta.
- Based on the characteristics of the food and beverage industry, develop a deep understanding of categories and brand operation models, identify business development opportunities, and formulate tactical plans covering (but not limited to) growth, marketing, user experience, and membership programs to strengthen Keeta’s influence within the industry.
- Establish strong communication with the delivery department, acting as a bridge between brands and the platform’s delivery operations, and work collaboratively to continuously optimize the brand delivery service experience.
- Fully leverage personal work potential, gather frontline marketing information, user feedback, and local market dynamics to provide valuable insights and references for the company's decision-making.

- Have basic data analysis skills and master office software applications. Experience in working with charts/graphs is required.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing enterprise sales within the assigned territory. The role focuses on building and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Enterprise on NAL.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships to build a qualified pipeline and drive revenue.
- Develop customer contacts into leads and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Articulate the value of Kaspersky's products and services to higher levels within customer organizations.
- Identify, develop, and present a compelling value proposition to prospective customers in the large enterprise segment.
- Position Kaspersky's specialized services, such as cybersecurity training, threat intelligence services, and Anti-APT solutions, to large enterprises.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and product information to prospects.
- Provide funnel reporting and updates using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to ensure deal closures and full sales cycle support through resellers or system integrators.
- Stay updated on the competitive landscape and latest trends in the cybersecurity market.
- Act as a trusted consultant for enterprise clients, positioning Kaspersky products and services as their preferred choice.
- Lead the process of timely responses to RFPs in collaboration with partners and colleagues.
- Present Kaspersky's portfolio of products and services at field events, such as conferences and seminars.
- Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the Global Enterprise Sales Team to align strategies and achieve goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct account management experience in cybersecurity or IT, handling large accounts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and the enterprise sales landscape.
- Proven, documented track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience delivering presentations to large corporations and engaging with C-level executives.
- Existing contacts/relationships at the CxO level in large accounts.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a "hunter" mentality for new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage relationships at all levels within an organization.
- Strong business acumen and executive-level sales expertise.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to maintain and expand our presence in the Brazilian financial market. This role will start as part-time and has the potential to grow into a full-time position based on business needs and client expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong account management experience in the financial technology sector , excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
Primary Objectives
- Maintain and Strengthen Client Relationships: Ensure our key customer in Brazil receives exceptional service through regular communication, on-premise support when required, and seamless coordination between their technical team and ours.
- Expand Market Presence: Proactively engage with 20+ identified financial institutions in Brazil, with the goal of onboarding new clients over time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for the existing customer in Brazil.
- Conduct regular (daily/weekly) calls with the client to facilitate effective communication.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively to ensure loyalty.
2. New Business Development
- Build on the foundation established by the sales team to engage with identified prospects in Brazil’s banking and finance sector.

3. Market Insight and Reporting

Work Arrangement

Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management within the financial technology sector.
- Previous experience working in the Brazilian market is highly desirable.
