A Spectra é uma gestora especializada em investimentos alternativos na América Latina. Nossos portfólios têm exposição a estratégias diversas, como VC, Growth, Buyout, Distress e nichos de mercado onde haja alto potencial de retorno. Como é o dia a dia

• Monitorar empresas do portfólio;
• Realizar análises de transações;
• Preparar memorandos de investimento e materiais para Comitê de Investimentos;
• Participar em discussões de estratégia sobre os portfólios.
• Colaborar nas apresentações para investidores;
• Apoiar em estudos do mercado de Private Equity, Venture Capital, Search Funds e outras teses de investimentos alternativos;
• Manter controles e bases de dados da área de investimento.

O que buscamos

• Formação em Economia, Engenharia, Administração de empresas, áreas relacionadas;
• Base sólida em finanças corporativas e contabilidade;
• Conhecimento avançado no Pacote Office (Excel, PowerPoint e Word);
• Inglês fluente (mandatório) e espanhol avançado (desejável);
• Conhecimento/Experiência relevante em Private Equity e Investimentos Alternativos;
• Perfil desejado: pensamento analítico e estruturado, protagonismo, atenção a detalhes e organização. É importante ter facilidade para lidar com prazos e alto volume de informações. What You'll Do:

1. Assist in onboarding external API service providers , ensuring smooth and compliant integration processes under guidance.
2. Support API product testing and documentation, helping identify improvement opportunities and contributing to basic feature iterations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, tech) to facilitate communication and track project progress.
4. Help create and maintain product training materials , user guides, and internal knowledge base updates. 5.Learn industry-standard API products and operational best practices to grow expertise over time.

What We Need From You:

1. Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, E-commerce, or related fields preferred).
2. Basic understanding of API technologies and interest in B2B product operations.
3. Native in Portuguese, with working proficiency in English (able to read/write documentation and handle basic communication).
4. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in office Tools .
6. Proactive learner with good communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
