Em energia solar, tem mais de 930 MWp globalmente e, no Brasil, possui mais de 70 usinas conectadas ou em implantação, somando 190 MWp de potência instalada. Atuando em toda a cadeia, a GreenYellow investe, desenvolve, constrói, e opera seus projetos no longo prazo.
Buscamos um(a) profissional para gerenciar a área de Supply Chain da GY!
RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES
- Gerenciamento dos setores de logística, pós-venda e Procurement, negociação da curva A e dos processos de logística com complexidade elevada, como armazenagem e transporte dos módulos fotovoltaicos;
- Gerenciamento e planejamento estratégico das compras nacionais e internacionais;
- Negociação, desenvolvimento e gerenciamento de contratos de fornecimento (materiais e serviços em especial serviços de engenharia);
- Captação de novos fornecedores para contratação de serviço e materiais dos itens da curva A, mediante a análise e previsão de tendências de preço;
- Gerenciamento de processos, elaboração e revisão do procedimento e da política de compras;
- Gestão das equipes de Compras e Logística;
- Responsável desde o planejamento de demanda, compras, comércio exterior, até a distribuição dos produtos a nível nacional;
- Gerenciamento do controle de prazos e qualidade de entregas;
- Avaliação de oportunidades de ganhos e redução, elaborando estratégias e implantando planos de ação;
- Priorização de demandas e promoção de melhorias continuas;
- Manter níveis de estoque adequados para operação da empresa;
- Identificar e propor soluções para os problemas na cadeia logística;
- Acompanhar os indicadores logísticos e de compras da empresa;
- Estabelecer acordos com fornecedores para melhorar a rentabilidade;
- Controle de custos dos projetos com análise comparativa entre orçados e realizados;
- Análise financeira e identificação de possíveis riscos por meio da implantação da homologação de fornecedores.
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES
- Experiência no setor de energia ou infraestrutura;
- Experiência de no mínimo 5 anos na área de SCM e gestão de equipes;
- Experiência em desenvolvimento de parceria comerciais e estratégicas;
- Perfil proativo, organizado, dinâmico e com visão estratégica;
- Formação em Comercio Exterior, Administração, Engenharia e áreas a fins;
- Inglês fluente;
- Francês será um diferencial.
