- Gerenciar a cadeia de suprimentos e produção;
- Gerenciar área de Comércio Exterior, com operações de transporte aéreo;
- Liderar organização junto ao time comercial (S&OP);
- Alinhar com time de vendas as projeções de pedidos e desdobrar para planejamento produtivo, desde a chegada de material da matriz no exterior até a produção no Brasil;
- Mitigar riscos na cadeia e desdobrar planos de ação para atendimento dos clientes;
- Garantir fluidez do fluxo de planejamento produtivo;
- Gerenciar e garantir que a equipe extraia melhor planejamento e produtividade da cadeia;
- Planejar demanda e estoque de outras categorias de matérias primas;
- Gerenciar os processos de importação e exportação, com foco em carga aérea;
- Conhecer de certificações e exigências do setor de agronégócios;
- Gerenciar produção nas plantas do Brasil e LATAM;
- Manter agenda de viagens entre as plantas do Brasil e LATAM.
Perfil desejável
- Experiência em gestão de PCP, PCM e COMEX
- Experiência no mercado de agronegócios e tratativas junto ao MAPA;
- Experiência com fretes aéreos para cargas complexas;
- Inglês e espanhol fluentes;
- Disponibilidade para atuar de maneira 100% presencial com sede na região de Campinas/SP;
- Disponibilidade para viagens em países do Cone Sul.
