  • Alinhar com time de vendas as projeções de pedidos e desdobrar para planejamento produtivo, desde a chegada de material da matriz no exterior até a produção no Brasil;
  • Mitigar riscos na cadeia e desdobrar planos de ação para atendimento dos clientes;
  • Garantir fluidez do fluxo de planejamento produtivo;
  • Gerenciar e garantir que a equipe extraia melhor planejamento e produtividade da cadeia;
  • Planejar demanda e estoque de outras categorias de matérias primas;
  • Gerenciar os processos de importação e exportação, com foco em carga aérea;
  • Conhecer de certificações e exigências do setor de agronégócios;
  • Gerenciar produção nas plantas do Brasil e LATAM;
  • Manter agenda de viagens entre as plantas do Brasil e LATAM.

Perfil desejável

  • Experiência em gestão de PCP, PCM e COMEX
  • Experiência no mercado de agronegócios e tratativas junto ao MAPA;
  • Experiência com fretes aéreos para cargas complexas;
  • Inglês e espanhol fluentes;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar de maneira 100% presencial com sede na região de Campinas/SP;
