Responsabilidades do cargo:

• Supervisionar a equipe de compras, garantindo o atendimento das necessidades da empresa;
• Aprovar pedidos, contratos e documentos do departamento;
• Definir prioridades e acompanhar as atividades da equipe;
• Administrar os targets do departamento conforme os objetivos corporativos;
• Implementar ações de kaizen com a equipe e fornecedores;
• Elaborar e acompanhar o budget de materiais diretos, despesas e cash flow, considerando flutuação cambial, volume de vendas e preços de componentes;
• Desenvolver a equipe por meio de treinamentos internos e externos;
• Acompanhar acordos de performance e desenvolvimento de fornecedores;
• Atender auditorias internas e externas, validando procedimentos da área;
• Emitir relatórios mensais para a matriz;
• Preparar e apresentar semestralmente os resultados nas reuniões globais de Compras (WWP).

Requisitos e Qualificações:

• Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Economia, Administração ou áreas afins;
• Inglês avançado;
• Experiência prévia na Indústria Automotiva (requisito indispensável);
• Desejável pós-graduação;
• Desejável proficiência em Espanhol.
