Responsabilidades- Instalar, configurar e manter instâncias e bancos de dados SQL Server (versões 2012 a 2022).

- Implementar, gerenciar e solucionar problemas em soluções de Alta Disponibilidade (HA) & Disaster Recovery (DR), como Always On Availability Groups e Replicação Transacional.
- Gerenciar a segurança do banco de dados, incluindo usuários, roles, permissões, e implementar recursos como Transparent Data Encryption (TDE), Data Masking e Row-Level Security.
- Configurar e gerenciar a Auditoria do SQL Server para fins de segurança e conformidade (LGPD, GDPR/HIPAA).
- Realizar tuning e otimização de performance de queries complexas, analisando planos de execução, utilizando Query Store e definindo estratégias de indexação.
- Gerenciar e manter índices (Clustered, Non-Clustered, Columnstore) e estatísticas.
- Utilizar ferramentas de diagnóstico como SQL Profiler, Extended Events e DMVs para identificar e solucionar gargalos de performance.
- Realizar tuning de I/O, CPU e Memória para otimizar a performance do SQL Server.
- Otimizar a configuração e uso do TempDB.
- Analisar e resolver problemas de concorrência, como Locking, Blocking e Deadlocks.
- Desenvolver T-SQL complexo, incluindo stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, CTEs, Dynamic SQL e manipulação de XML/JSON.
- Desenvolver scripts em PowerShell para automação de tarefas administrativas e de manutenção.
- Criar, gerenciar e otimizar Jobs complexos no SQL Server Agent.

- Configurar, gerenciar e analisar logs de auditoria e monitoramento de atividades no SQL Server.
- Implementar e gerenciar a automação de deployments de banco de dados (ex: Flyway, Liquibase, Redgate).
- Integrar o gerenciamento de código de banco de dados com sistemas de controle de versão (Git, Azure DevOps, SVN).
- Integrar e manter deployments de banco de dados em pipelines de CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Job Summary:
The Team Lead, Enrollment manages the day-to-day operational activities for setup and maintenance of membership records and payment reconciliation activities.
