  • Monks is seeking a passionate and analytically-minded Data & Insight Analyst with a focus on Organic Social Media to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, analyzing and providing insights for organic social media strategies. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong analytical skills, business sense, communication skills, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide expertise in measurement and analytics of organic social media campaigns, channel optimization, and reporting
  • Develop and own dashboards and reports that track OKRs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work across multiple client accounts to ensure the best delivery and results in various organic social media campaigns
  • Continuously provide insights to internal teams and clients based on data analysis of organic social media performance
  • Benchmark and measure organic social media activities and influencer marketing initiatives
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly data/intelligence reviews with project teams, providing strategic recommendations for continual improvement in organic social media performance
  • Translate strategic recommendations for digital experiences into actionable items
  • Collaborate with other marketing account leads to ensure alignment of strategies across all channels
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Utilize social media analytics tools
  • Conduct extensive audience and platform research to inform organic social media strategies for clients
  • Process, analyze, and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities
  • Collaborate with other team members on research, content creation, and optimization efforts


Background & Skills


  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or insights role within a digital agency environment.
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively tell data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently across multiple projects, with limited oversight. Proficiency in using social analytics tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Emplifi, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Khoros, Unmetric)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Python, SQL, and Google Looker Studio is a plus.
  • Experience working with complex data sets and extracting actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced or Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Realizar análisis cruzado de datos internos, utilizando capacidad para descubrir patrones, tendencias y oportunidades en la información que maneja el área. Este rol tiene como propósito generar insights valiosos que aporten profundidad analítica a la toma de decisiones.

• Analizar información proveniente de múltiples fuentes (comportamiento digital, transaccional, etc.) para detectar insights, patrones y anomalías.

• Formular hipótesis de valor, diseñar análisis y validar resultados con foco en impacto.

• Elaborar reportes analíticos que combinen datos, visualizaciones claras y narrativas accionables.

• Proponer mejoras en los tableros y reportes existentes para aumentar su poder explicativo.

• Trabajar en conjunto con equipos técnicos (BI, Data Engineering, Data Science) para enriquecer modelos y generar sinergias.

• Aportar una mirada analítica a proyectos estratégicos del banco, ayudando a identificar oportunidades latentes o no exploradas.

• Comunicar hallazgos de forma clara y convincente a líderes del área y otras partes interesadas.

  • Experiencia en análisis de datos con Teradata SQL y Microstrategy (excluyente).
  • Formación en carreras afines al rol.
  • Dominio de lógica analítica, formulación de hipótesis y validación con datos.
  • Curiosidad y pensamiento crítico: capacidad de ir más allá de lo evidente.
  • Autonomía para investigar, proponer y construir análisis sin esperar pedidos explícitos.
  • Capacidad para articular con equipos diversos y enriquecer discusiones con una mirada basada en datos.

Overview

RYZ is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst with expert SQL skills and deep expertise in product analytics to drive data-driven decision making across our product organization. This role will focus on user behavior analysis, A/B testing, retention analytics, and customer lifecycle insights. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills combined with business acumen to translate complex data into actionable product insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Analytics: Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, product performance metrics, and user engagement patterns
  • A/B Testing: Design, implement, and analyze product experiments and A/B tests to optimize user experience and product features
  • Retention Analysis: Build and maintain customer retention models, cohort analysis, and churn prediction models

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help democratize our data by creating compelling visualizations.

This role involves maintaining and optimizing data pipelines, conducting advanced analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn raw data into meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain efficient data pipelines to ensure data integrity and availability
  • Perform in-depth analysis to uncover trends and patterns that lead to actionable insights
  • Design and implement robust dashboards and visualization tools to enhance data accessibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present analysis findings
  • Address complex data challenges and propose creative data solutions to meet business needs
  • Optimize existing ETL processes and contribute to the development of new ETL solutions
  • Refine and enrich data warehouse architecture to improve data storage and retrieval
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions to iterate on visualization UX/UI and improve user engagement
  • Maintain rigorous documentation for all data processes and analytic reports
Requirements
  • Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation
  • Background in data visualization and effective dashboard creation
  • Experience optimizing ETL processes and applying business logic
  • Understanding of data warehousing principles, including database design and storage methods
  • Competency in working in a UNIX environment and familiarity with version control systems
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques to derive insights from large datasets
Nice to have
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark

Tenemos una oportunidad para vos, estamos buscando Senior Data Analyst para el equipo de Data con foco en productos Fintech dentro de la Tribu de Payments & Fintech .


El rol implica colaborar en la construcción y desarrollo de modelos de datos junto con los Analytics Engineers. Además, entender al dato como un producto en sí mismo y transformar los datos en información y productos accionables (por ejemplo: segmentaciones, clasificaciones, scores, etc.). Realizar análisis complejos en los que serán claves la metodología analítica y los conocimientos básicos de Data Science.


Por último, este rol ayudará a identificar y visibilizar oportunidades de negocio en el ámbito de los servicios financieros para el ecosistema PedidosYa.


¿Qué desafíos te esperan?



  • Garantizar la calidad del dato y que exista una única fuente de verdad.

  • Contribuir a la creación de modelos de datos en la Intelligence Layer o Datamart que favorezcan la eficiencia en costos.

  • Colaborar en el desarrollo de nuevos datos (segmentaciones, clasificaciones, scores, performance metrics, etc).

  • Trabajar junto con otros equipos en la definición y el mantenimiento de los datos de tracking.

  • Trabajar en colaboración con otros equipos para explorar y descubrir nuevas oportunidades estratégicas dentro de Fintech. Esto implica el desarrollo y la exploración de hipótesis y la aplicación de técnicas analíticas y conocimientos básicos de ciencia de datos.

  • Colaborar en la definición de métricas clave y KPIs relacionados con la performance de los productos financieros (ej. tasa de adopción de servicios, retención de comercios, rentabilidad por producto, etc.)

  • Apoyo en la creación de dashboards con visualizaciones que generen valor.


Requisitos

  • Conocimiento avanzado de SQL.

  • Experiencia con Bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.

  • Experiencia con grandes volúmenes de datos.

  • Experiencia en Python.

  • Conocimientos para construir y colaborar en el desarrollo de dashboards, construyendo visualizaciones que agreguen valor.

  • Conocimientos en Ciencia de datos.

  • Proponer nuevas funcionalidades y mejoras sobre las existentes.

  • Inglés avanzado.

  • Conceptos de A/B testing.


Será un PLUS si contás con experiencia en:

  • GCP

  • Github

  • Tableau

  • Experiencia e interés en servicios o productos financieros
