**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Análise de dados de social listening, com aplicação de metodologias dessa disciplina e cruzamento com dados secundários, a fim de identificar insights acionáveis sobre o consumidor e o mercado;
- Atuará com os times de Planejamento Estratégico, Social e Criação;
- Será responsável pela análise de campanhas publicitárias de comunicação e resultados das ações realizadas através de dashboards no Sprinklr, gerando aprendizados e insights para otimizar os resultados e atingir os objetivos do cliente.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Sólida experiência com social listening;
- Perfil analítico, investigativo e curioso, voltado para insights;
- Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento: Semrush, SimilarWeb, Answer The Public, Google Trends, TGI, Monitor Evolution, Commspoint Journey - Diferencial;
- Inglês intermediário - Diferencial;
- Conhecimento na ferramenta Sprinklr - Desejável.

What You Will Do:

The Senior IT Analyst – Social Media & Marketing Technology is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the company's global brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's global brand and business objectives.
  • Analyze social media data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
  • Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional social media teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all global social platforms.
  • Identify and evaluate technology enablers that support continuous improvement within business processes.
  • Research, identify and promote technology solutions that enable business objectives.
  • Develop task estimates, activity plans, forecasts, and project estimates associated with assigned functional area(s).
  • Recommend cost-saving solutions and implementation plans.
  • Investigate complex system problems to identify causes for shortfalls, user needs, and corollary factors and prepare situation analysis.
  • Monitor quality standards, business requirements, time constraints, and budgetary resources within projects.
  • Provide status reports, progress reports, and documentation to information technology and business partners.
  • Support operations by ensuring orders are placed, updating vendor contracts, and solving day-to-day technology-based business issues.
  • Collaborate with business users and project managers to define technical requirements.
  • Process employee suggestions and ideas for process improvement.
  • Track system development and improvements and interpret changes for programming staff and other functional areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in social media platforms and provide recommendations for adoption.

Required Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a global or multi-national organization.
  • Experience in Sprinklr solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Influencer solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with social media management tools and platforms, such as Hootesuite, Sprout Social, Traackr, or CreatorIQ.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in IT, with a focus on social media platforms.
  • Experience working in large and global enterprises is desirable.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, R, Scala.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other MS office tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written skills in English.

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media/performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliates), ensuring budgets and strategies align with the local sales team's objectives.
  • Implement and evolve SEO strategies for e-commerce (technical, on-page, product feed) to increase organic traffic and revenue share.
  • Design and manage marketing automation flows integrated with CRM, segmenting audiences by behavior, lifetime value (LTV), and funnel stage.
  • Daily monitor critical KPIs (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, LTV) and conduct A/B tests and optimizations for continuous improvement.

It would be WOW if you had:

  • Digital Marketing for e-commerce – with a focus on performance marketing aimed at online product sales (mainly customer-focused).
  • Creativity, Analytical thinking, Organization, Proactivity
  • Higher Education:Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, and related fields
  • Experience with Online Content Management (CMS) tools, e-commerce platforms, and Google Tag Manager are a plus.
