Recrutamento e Seleção:
- Auxiliar na triagem de currículos, divulgação de vagas, contato com candidatos e entrevistas iniciais;
Treinamento:
- Auxiliar na organização de treinamentos internos e externos, realizando a gestão de listas de presença, avaliação de desempenho e certificados;
Comunicação Interna:
- Auxiliar na gestão e atualização de canais internos, produção e tradução de eventos semanais de comunicação interna.
Suporte às demais atividades do departamento de Recursos Humanos conforme necessário.

- Você for estudante dos cursos de Psicologia ou Administração de Empresas;

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
2. Provide support to one or more applied disciplines including, but not limited to, Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, EH&S, Recruiting, and Learning & Development.
3. Modify and update applicant, candidate, employee, and/or organizational data accurately.
4. Respond to applicant, candidate, employee, and/or community inquiries, concerns and needs.
5. Cross-train with other department members to ensure seamless support of all HR duties.
6. Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
7. Under close supervision, follow area processes and work instructions.

9. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Current student studying Human Resources or related field at an accredited institution
Proficient knowledge of MS Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)

Sobre você

Role Description
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding, assisting with benefit administration, maintaining employee records in the HRIS, and other tasks as assigned. This individual will act as the first point of contact for HR related issues, providing recommendations on HR policies and practices. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources.
Primary Responsibilities
- Involved in driving company-wide HR projects, implementing changes, and improving HR processes.
- Responsible for maintaining employee records in HRIS including new hires, terms, and leaves of absence.
- Support in recruiting and hiring new employees including: posting targeted job opportunities, screening resumes and applications, conducting video or in-person interviews, extending offers, performing background screenings and other pre-employment testing.
- Conduct new-employee orientation, prepare first-week schedules, and facilitate mentoring/summer intern program.
- Assist with administration of employee benefit programs, maintain and update employee files.
- Support with annual open enrollment cycle including preparation of benefit communication materials, hosting open enrollment webinars, and communicating with broker and benefit vendors to ensure successful enrollment.
- Assist with evaluating the compensation structure and partnering with third party consultants to evaluate market data.
- Deploy effective compensation communication strategy.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and company benefits.
- Assist with preparation and filing of mandatory reports, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the upkeep of employee handbook and organizational chart.
- Manage administration of course assignment and reporting for global training initiatives within the Learning Management System.
- Maintain global corporate communication calendar, audience distribution lists, manage feedback survey process, and support electronic content distribution for various communication channels.
- Perform tasks to support implementation of the performance management cycle process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of support experience within an HR Department
- Deep knowledge of HR functions, policies and best practices
- Expert technical skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as the aptitude to learn new technologies
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and external entities
- Must be organized, dependable, professional, and confident
- Experience working with Union relation
- Ability to speak and write in English at a professional level
